The staff here is absolutely amazing! Some of my friends have been coming for years. I started recently and they have been so wonderful every time. They wont price gouge you either. They work on a lot of high-end cars but I take my little Hyundai in there and they treat just the same LOL. The mechanics are awesome❤️

They are disorganized and extremely slow. I called at 8am, the rep told me to come right over and they’ll take care of the simply oil change on a nissan, I told him I was in a rush. Long story short, I was parked out front for 20 minutes waiting for them to just move a car so I can drive in, and they couldn’t even get they right. Employees everywhere just walking around or talking to each other, nobody working. What a waste of time

Wow! I gotta say, I’m blown away, this place is high level in terms of customer service. There’s plenty of places to have your car repaired so the choice usually boils down to quality of service and honestly. I can truly say based on my experience, these people care about customers.

Worst service ever. They “fixed the issues” the issues are still there. They erased the codes 3 times and they are still there. Charged me over 800 dollars and had to leave the car there over night. Left with a battery that was not mine and died in a week. If there was a 0 star would of left it. Waste of money and time. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. You maybe be lucky or you may end up like me.

Andrés Victoriano does it all everything that you need to get done is in house body shop mechanic sales of new and used German cars and I highly recommend it theres no need to go anywhere else his staff is top-notch and Ive been doing business with them for many years.

Did a paint job on one of my cars. Had to take it back because the paint was starting to fade. He repainted it and before releasing the car he asked me if I could pay at least $50 because he had to buy a plastic trim of the roof ( which was broken the first time he did my car ). Two years later, paint is starting to fade. AGAIN. All this after showing how proud he was for using top of the line products. Don’t recommend the place for a paint job at all.

The BEST auto repair shop EVER!! Finally, I found a mechanic who I can completely trust. Andres is very knowledgeable and he is such a nice person. He explained me exactly whats wrong with my BMW 335i convertible 2007. There was a small crack also on the engine valve cover that needed to be replaced. But, he helped me save thousands just by fixing the crack so I can keep driving my car. The lady at the desk also is very respectful and polite. She explained me everything in details as well. My car runs perfectly now. Ive been at almost every auto shops in Miami, but theses guys are amazing! I would absolutely recommend this place for those who are looking for trusted mechanic. This place is AWESOME! I drive from Sunrise to get my Mercedes E350 serviced here because Andres is the best. What would cost me over $1500 at the dealer cost me $650 here. My car rides better, sounds better and performs just like new because of this place keeping up my maintenance. They are very friendly and the prices are more than fair! As a single woman its hard to find a mechanic you can trust. Everyone here was courteous and professional and very informative. They provided services exceptionally fast and efficiently and gave me great advice on how to handle an issue I had with a repair at a different mechanic.

A/C broke. With very limited choices in the Keys, I was referred to Victoriano Auto Tech. So so glad I made the trip! Has been a long time since Ive been able to completely trust a mechanic. The whole family is knowledgeable, sincere, and trustworthy. Felt comfortable immediately upon meeting Dennis who then turned me and my car over to his Dad, Andres who kept me notified of each step in diagnosing the problem. My car was repaired at a comfortable price and I returned to the Keys with cold air. I own a 2005 Mercedes C230. There were a few issues so took it into the dealership. A few confusing conversations and a very expensive quote later I was at Firestones door. Again, very expensive and just uncertainty on the causes of my issues.I luckily was recommended to go to Andres Victoriano. He not only fixed what the dealership quoted to be corrected, he did it in only one day, his prices were significantly lower, AND fixed additional issues the car was having.Mechanics are either really expensive or very shady. This location is far from that. You speak directly with him, he works on the car along side his family, is always polite and trustworthy in the work he does. I wish I had met him sooner.

Excellent repair, They take the time to diagnose the problem and no short cuts in the quality of the repair. Very well equipped to handle current model European as well as American and Asian automobiles. My car was a current model Volkswagon TDI that I was extremely impressed on the speed of the repair as well as the cost of repair. The dealer installed a fuel filter which had a small leak from the O ring and eventually a engine light came on. The company changed the filter and reset the light and explained the diagnosis all in a couple of hours.

Very busy place which can only be because of the quality of service they give. Good pricing and support after the job.

This shop isnt the hype these other guys are making it out to be. The owner was inconsistent with pricing( try to raise it when the time came to pay) .. inconsistent with timing ... both he and Secretary were unsyncronized with what they would tell me. If it werent for me constantly calling my car would have stayed in the rain by the dump they parked it at. Victoriano was very shady and tried to say he had spoke to me about these all of the sudden price raises... when in reality he must have imagined it or ... you tell me . Sounds to me like he tries to play his clients for fools. P.s. while in the shop one his workers told me they were charging someone $3000 to clean his plugs.. of course he said said it to brag. ..... now driving and the car is in worse condition than when I brought it.

Good workshop for your Mercedes Benz BMW audi,,,, I recommend

Too bad the experience I had with this workshop took them a q7 to change the compressor they changed it and it only cools in the 1st row. The 2nd and 3rd row of seats release hot air now my daughter passes heat behind eye with these types. I took the q7 back and they didnt even touch it back after 2 days with the same problem. I really feel scammed by these people eye with them.
