The most helpful staff with courteous demeanor. The people who speak ill are the said people who disrespect staff and none appreciative of themselves much less to pass the kindness on to others.Have you ever taken one step back to understand what the the staff and management go through daily. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but give an honest opinion that is what is at stakes here. There is one set of people that is in this society that appreciate and has willingness to calmly embrace patent. There is some who try to familiarize themselves with the shopping system and enjoys the convenience that Home Depot provides. The complainers are the one who simply there to bring the store down; the worst of mankind that is supporting the store. They exercised complex situation for a solution in getting results, don’t follow simple left and right direction and the most huge problem is taking less time out to read and usually struggled with having a clear understanding of what they are looking for in the store. If you can take a few minuets to download the website you will find you can learn much more to get around in store. The technology provision that has been provided and is providing is for customer to be more self sufficient and make less needy wants on company staff. The insults given to staff is too much. Most time the tizzy, nasty insults started before they even explained what they are looking for in the store. The mean demeanor can be from the tone of their voice to the lengthy profanity usages .

Been here for over 1 hour picking up an online order that suppose to be ready sounds yesterday. Unfortunately it isnt. They dont help you load it. It is a zoo here. Sitting at customer service and hearing the amount of complaints coming in.

Great attention to all things. The merchandise is very well organized, corridors well marked. All but all helpers know where every item in the store is. And in the event that they do not tell you where there is stock

I want to thank JAMES FRANCIS AND GREGORY CABRERA publicly, for the nice detail they had with my husband and me. Thank you for the patience and dedication of helping us find and build a wheelchair for an invalid puppy. That is about having a staff with good feelings and humanism.
