Dont waste your time. I contacted the company almost 10 days ago to ask for an estimate for a laminate kitchen counter-top. Very simple task. Giving them a lot of flexibility in terms of size and other options. I spoke to them 6 or 7 times. Unfortunately they gave me so many different excuses for not giving me the estimate, that it was obvious they didnt want to do a laminate counter top.

I had a bad experience in Fort Lauderdale Store.The sales rep I worked with was helpful, but could not supply my request for several days. The person sitting in the front reception area was very rude, interruptive and a had a dismissive attitude. Forget it. I dont want to be mistreated when I am the client.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. It is all smiles when they take your money but that is when the service stops. Good product, but DO NOT use their installation service, poor finish and disappointing end to a long saga

UPDATE:Today, August 27, 2021, STILL NOTHING. I had to trash them on IG to get a human to respond to me. Of course, I had to reexplain the ENTIRE saga YET again. I again am told someone will reach out. Meanwhile, still no dishwasher panel, no toekicks and no molding. I is OFFICIALLY 11+ months since I walked into this store--- becoming the BIGGEST regret of MY LIFE!I purchased a full kitchen with install at end of September 2020-- 6 mos after Covid began. I was told they could deliver and install within 2 weeks as my order was stock cabinetry. They knew-- I didnt--that their product is made in Malaysia (:/) and pretty sure delays were already occurring when I designed & ordered. I bought a DW based on panel ready cabinet that THEY SAID THEY HAD and DONT! I now have a $1k DW that doesnt fit in my kitchen and I cant return. Corporates consolation is an apology and a $200 credit !!! PLEASE dont do it.

Not very helpful. They didnt want provide info services and services unless you already have exact measurements calculated. Almost gives the idea, unless you look like a certain type of person, they wont do much to help.
