I looked at a local store (more like a Depot) and a few websites before choosing KOC. I worked with Sav and selected the cabinets I needed on their easy to use form. I chose Branford Oak. After ordering I noticed I had made an error and they let me change it for free. Not everything was in stock so I had to wait a while but it gave me time to demo my old cabinets. The clip system made assembly fool proof and fast. You cant put the parts together wrong. I also used liquid nails on my wall cabinets as they are supporting a microwave. Everything was level and square. I bought a dishwasher panel which I used next to my stove to hide an unused corner space. The heavy construction should last years, as will the finish. Im waiting on counter tops now.

Several years ago I had the pleasure of working with Steve to redesign my kitchen. Although we were on a strict budget, Steve assured us that neither style nor quality would be compromised. We worked with the companys on site designer Herman. And wow wow wow, every detail of the layout and functionality of my new kitchen was simply perfect. They managed to stay within budget and produced gorgeous results within a reasonable time frame. Its now years later and my kitchen is still like new, despite the heavy usage of our large family.More recently, we had the pleasure of working with Steve again for our bathroom renovation. For this project we had the pleasure of working with Nikki, who was very pleasant and just as enthusiastic as we were! Nikki helped up to perfectly match cabinetry and granite that would complement the existing tile work. I purchased Kitchen Cabinets for a rental apt.The cabinets had to be assembled but they were fairly easy to do. I ordered new kitchen cabinets from this company and had a lot of requirements; all wood, no partical board, nice door detail, dovetail corners and soft close hardware. All of the bids I was getting were double and triple the price of this company, so I ordered. Nikki helped me verify measurements and cabinet sizes. Helped me move some things around for maximum visual effect. I was Very happy with the product. My husband is a contractor, so putting the cabinets together was time consuming but not difficult. If you don’t have wood working skills, may need to hire someone to help you. The cabinet package came complete which is a really big deal when you are operating under a time crunch. Nothing was missing and I had ordered a lot of little details. I didn’t have any damage in shipment which doesn’t have anything to do with the cabinet company, but their packing job held up. When the kitchen was finished, it had lots of WOW factor. I would buy from this company again and I am a pretty tough critic!

My experience with your company was one unlike any I have ever h ad. From the first phone call to the installation of the cabinet and it was way better than I ever expected. It was a joy to talk to your rep and thank God he knew exactly what I needed. Then the cabinet arrived and it looked like it was installed at the same time as my original ones.. I contacted Kitchens on Clearance earlier this year and the phone was answered by Sav Gupta who was very competent. This was a good start. I discussed my kitchen needs while reviewing information online on their site at the same time. Their designer Sav was super fast and capable. After 20 minutes on the phone and after I emailed him my measurements and a design I had he sent me multiple elevations / computer generated images of their proposal. This was all done within 1 hr and within an 1.5 hrs i had reviewed their options and placed my order. Everything came as described and then that I did not have some concerns ordering the cabinets online but after visiting my local big box store and their price was 3x higher I realized the convenience was too costly.Installing the cabinets is not hard, but it is semi skilled work that most people can do. Just be sure to get the base cabinets level so your counter tops will be installed properly. Overall I could not have been more impressed. I would highly recommend their services and already have. I remodel homes so I will be using them again on my next project.

Great experience and very very fast turnaround time. Ted is the best, very helpful and always answered all my questions. Also his design was the best of all designs I got. I never met him because I order my kitchen and my bathroom cabinets in West Palm Beach from NY (where I live) and it came out great. Feom this you can understand that you can trust this company with your money. We did everything over the phone (face time). You will not regreat hiring this company. Dealing with this company has been the worst experience of my life.They promise they can deliver and install an entire kitchen within a few weeks, they take your money and then its one delay after another. Not only have they not completed my project after 5 months - they will not communicate with me. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls. Stay as far away from this company as you can

Quality of cabinets is great some were damaged in shipping but trying to resolve the issue is another matter. They asked for pictures of the damages sent them pictures of the damages to the box as well as the damages you can clearly see in the boxes. Was told I need to unpack everything out of each box and take individual pictures. I ordered 26 cabinets and it was an impossible task while flooring was being installed. You are only given seven days to file a claim and have to wait for the replacement parts. I have damaged cabinets in the kitchen.

Excellent very good quality and prices. I’m recommend a people want remodeling kitchen or bathrooms.

Its been over a month, and no merchandise yet. I called to make sure it was in stock and shipping on time before I ordered the items. Kim has not returned any of my 7 phone calls. She refused to go to the warehouse to give me an update. I dont know how she is still employed.

My contractor sketched out all the specs. Brought to Randy at 2301 W. Sample Rd.Pompano Beach, FL. We were given a printout with the measurements and computer generated image of what the kitchen would look like. Failed to notice that two of the upper cabinets were not the same type. Unfortunately we were in a time crunch and under pressure. We didnt notice the mistake, which is why Im being generous with 2 stars!! We were relying on the professionals to take care of everything. The corner cabinet was short by 3 inches and they had the nerve to charge us $60 for the filler board, plus the extra work my contractor charged me. Maybe no one will notice these defects, but I will always know my cabinets dont match, and that really sucks!!

I ordered a Vanilla Sky kitchen complete with corner cabinets for both wall and floor. I installed the cabinets myself and purchased separately the counter tops and door handles. The quality of the cabinets is pretty good. The hardware used is good, the hinges and draw slides are excellent. The plywood sides and dovetail drawers are very similarly built as good custom made cabinets. I think this is a very good options for someone with handyman skills. Overall the same kitchen I priced with a local cabinet shop was nearly three times the cost.I got lucky in that the cabinets I purchased were pre assembled. These were the same made in China cabinets normally sent non assembled but mine were sub contracted to a company in New Jersey who assembles them prior to shipping. My reason for not giving them 5 stars is that I had some damaged cabinets from the freight company and I had to call the Miami home company who had to call the New Jersey company who had to get the freight company to pay for the damage. It took 5 weeks before I received the adjustment. The damage was to the backs of one wall cabinet and the expensive corner floor unit. I would have been happy with $100 cash adjustment but in the end I received a new back for the wall unit and a totally new replacement cabinet for the corner. My complaint is that they did not communicate the progress or how they were going to adjust. I had basically given up on any adjustment and was going to give them a poor review when the freight company called and scheduled the second delivery.I was disappointed with the wall corner cabinet hinges. You cannot open the cabinet wide enough to be happy with it. The two doors are hinged together with one door hinged to the cabinet. The bottom corner cabinet with the lazy Susans uses a much better and more expensive hinge that allows a much better range of motion. In my case because I had an extra bottom I switched out the bottom hinges. With out that I would have had to purchase my own hinges. I also learned to be gentle and not slide wall cabinets around prior to installation as the plywood will flake off on the bottom edge and if that edge is exposed say near a window, you will need to do some touch up.I put these cabinets in a house that I am flipping. Perfect for that. I think I would also use in my personal home as well.

BE WARY! Purchased a full kitchen package and not pleased. I got a number of damaged items and the quality was poor overall. I sent pictures in and submitted a claim and three weeks later I am still waiting to put my kitchen back together.
