Very good selection and great prices. You can order thru Amazon and shipment is fast. Isabella helped us and answered every question that we had. Very patient with us as we had many questions about the products. Parking is right at the door, easy to see from the road.

The microfiber cleaning cloths I purchased are brilliant. Being in Australia, there was a bit of a wait for delivery, but nothing excessive. I have waited just as long for some Aussie companies to deliver.

I placed an order to buy a lens last Friday, and add 2-day shipping to expect to receive the camera by this Thursday. But today (Monday) I received an email saying that my order is cancelled because my shipping address is a hotel without calling me or notifying me in advance( I can totally change the shipping address). And now I cannot make another order and it totally ruined my schedule.

Products are of good value, a return I requested was handled quickly and efficiently, and shipping time was extremely fast.Interaction with staff was professional and polite.

They seem to have a decent selection, although last time I was here I waited 20 mins for help but I wasnt addressed at all. I dont think they had what I wanted in stock anyway according to what I saw in the shop. The store did look very clean and modern though. Overall an average experience.

This is the first time in my life I rate so low a place after a visit, I was asked to left the store twice for one of the guys working there with the excuse they have a pre-planed video inside the store, there was no warning at the door when I enter the store. how can you ask a customer to leave the store in the middle of a transaction when another staff is attending the customer? more than this He ask the person who was attending me to tell me tell me that they dont have the merchandise I was looking for, for that kind of offense Im thinking to take a legal action against the store, so no one has to go throughout this employees attitude again.

Fulfillment of the order placed on Amazon was swift and efficient. All contents arrived OK and when promised. Packing: I would have preferred air pillows rather than hastily crumpled up paper. Email customer support was swift and courteous, albeit ineffectual and somewhat challenged by the English language.

This is the BEST and really only camera store in Miami. They have Canon, Sony, Tamron, Sigma, Olympus, etc. all the big brands. They had all of the high end stuff you never find in Best Buy and they had a huge selection. I was helped by Izzy and Adam. Really awesome guys. Izzy apparently is famous on youtube for all of the tutorials and stuff they do. all in all it was a great experience. I highly recommend.

I went to the store today to get a flash for my Olympus E-M5. I was amazed at the selection of Olympus lenses that they have on display. I have never seen such a selection. I ended up getting the flash and the macro lens that I wanted to get when I got the camera. The service rocks!

I purchased a telephoto lenses that would fit my Sony camera with an adapter and was allowed to test it at Goja. it appeared to function ok at that time, however after using it for one day, I found it not sufficient to fit my needs. I returned it the following day and was given a full refund without any hassle. It is refreshing to find a reputable business in Miami. Great staff, knowledge and DSLR inventory. Izzy was very helpful. I live in Cape Coral (2 1/2 hr drive) and only have big box stores available here since camera shops went the way of the dinosaurs. When it comes to photography you need knowledgeable people, and more than that, you need to touchy Feely cameras, lenses and accessories. They know their stuff. Bonus: they dont push you towards the expensive Canon or Nikon brands if you are on a budget. I got a great fisheye at a crazy price! Bring your camera with you when you come in.
