I am requesting owner to pay for all damages on my brand new BMW clean title, he tells me just to do a claim, which cost $500 deductible and would mess up my clean title and drop my car value by thousands. Owner Mohammad has no heart . He tells me how his wife drives a tesla but he cant correct his faults by doing the right thing and paying for the damages that occurred while my car was at his shop. Greedy!

Had my viper alarm installed with them and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend this place and the customer service is outstanding. Even the owner is really nice he was very hands-on as I saw him working on my truck. Very good place to install your alarm and radio and they are very fast and profession.

They will fix your brand new car and leave it outside in the home depot parking lot until you pick it up . Received car with $800 dollars damage on front bumper and shop refuses to help with fixtures . AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CAR TO BE RETURNED DAMAGED!! I had to come and write a review for this shop. I was very satisfied with their service, professionalism and fair price. I talked to Mike and explained about the new system that I designed and installed in my truck, a five way amplifier with two front and two rear speakers along with a sub-woofer plus a head unit. I new that there was some equalizing, balancing and fine tuning that will wake up the whole set up to its full potential and thats exactly what they did in less than 20 minutes. In the future I know where to go for any of my car sound needs. Thumbs way up!

They were honest, efficient, and respectful of my comfort level with covid physical distancing/masks/sanitizing the car. They did the work quickly and explained how to use the product while respecting my space.Other places I called said no problem we will install a low quality radio you can buy on the internet without asking any questions about what radio it was or what car I had to make sure they had the parts on hand to properly install it in my car. I had been debating between an on sale brand (of the always on sale variety) from a site a friend recommended and a respectable brand like Kenwood or Pioneer. They were very straight forward and honest about their standards for quality of work and components. They said they would not install some off brand thing I would bring to them because they couldnt stand behind their work (they guarantee their work) or the product (they only sell quality products that have well backed warranties).Their prices were reasonable so it ultimately came out to only slightly more for a Kenwood (an excellent brand/unit) than it would have for the generic thing I found online. They were straightforward about what things cost and what would fit my needs instead of trying to get me to buy something more expensive or with options I did not need. Spending a little more to have a quality product installed well by a business that stands behind their work is absolutely worth it for a thing I will have in my car for several years.

The tints i had installed here came out horrible there where bubbles everywhere and when I pointed them out the workers and owner all pretended they couldnt see nothing dont waste your money here had to go get them re done a week later horrible service

Extensive knowledge of sound systems, components, and installation. My vehicle required a complete wiring overhaul due to poor product and installation by another installer. They were swift in diagnosis, and counseling me on steps to rectify the persistent issues. The custom made a rack and positioned all components where there would be no tight, snapped wiring.

Ok Let me start by saying I was very happy with tint done on our car.I was skeptical on what to choose.Mike was very helpful in helping us choose which tiny and gave us great price.The job was done in less then 2 hrs and I’m very satisfied with the work and the customer service.

Wow what an amazing service. I did my research really well before I chose them and they really impressed me. Mike was super professional explained all the options of window tinting and gave me a good price. They guarantee their work and even give you a paper warranty so in case they are not available you can get anything fixed in any one of the 3M dealers. I highly recommend!

I have to say I have never had any bad experiences with Basic Sounds I have been going to them for over 15 years and yet to have any issues with them just had my system installed and tint and they were nothing but polite and professional. My husband has been a loyal customer to Mohammed for over 15 yrs, he has referred countless customers and even helped out on a personal level at times. Today my husband was told his business was not welcomed there anymore. He didnt have the decency to speak directly with my husband, he simply said I dont like who youve become a personal attack with no explanation. Unprofessional to say the least. Sadly my husband was warned of this type of behavior from other people that have gone there, but chose to stay loyal. This person in my opinion has lost his professionalism and I for one would not trust his ethics. He has lost several customers due to this. Buyer Beware

Very poor knowledge of there craft, no professional installers installing and working on your car, they beat up your car can’t trouble shoot there own work and on top of all that charge extra to solve a problem you already paid for and don’t guarantee there own work. Don’t waste your time and money. Mike will sell you a system or an alarm but can’t tell you where positive and negative is on a battery. The owner hides in the back hoping for a good outcome of any issues wile Mike gives face With rhetorical salutions to the problems. In a rap customer satisfaction isn’t in there vocabulary.

I was there there last week because they took care of me a few years back and I wanted to re-tint my car. But the attitude was so off that I took and did it at another place. I didnt want to say anything but when I saw the the recent reviews I can see that it has become the new norm. But this new norm just lost a repeat customer who has a few cars that I wanted some work on. More lost revenue UPDATE: I JUST RECEIVED THE REPLY TO THIS COMPANY> Yes I was there a few years back and I had a light tint put on and wanted to change it to a darker one as you suggested in the past. But I was there and was going to get it tinted take off the old and put in new. As you can see by the response to my comment. RUDENESS IS A USUAL ISSUE WITH THEM. Im sorry to go back to this place for this treatment and I am GLAD I went to a more reputable place with better customer service

Where to begin? Well, I was once a satisfied customer who would always bring in my vehicle to get any work done. The customer experience was what brought me back as the gentlemen Mike, would always be helpful. With what I experienced, I would often recommend friends and family to their shop. Why the negative review? This past week I went to get tints for my brand new 2019 Corvette. Mike once again greeted me and remembered who I was as I would always get tints with them. The tints were put on fairly quickly, but after inspecting the vehicle there were scratches by the mirror and chipped paint. Mike and the owner came out and claimed it wasn’t them, that the “car is old/used” (I had the car for 3 days with only 80 miles on it), I had pictures of the car taken the day prior for proof, told me to take it back to dealership (It’s not the dealerships issue), and then offered to let me inspect the cameras. I said, okay for the peace of mind let me see the camera. When doing so, they did “not know how to work the playback system” as it only showed bits and pieces of the footage. I would never return and nor will I ever recommend anyone in doing business with them.

I had cut all the wires of my head unit thinking I knew how to set up my new radio, I didn’t. When I pulled into basic sound and from the second I went in there the staff was helpful and within 30 min, my car that had no radio for a week finally has a working radio. Installation was fast and they have another costumer that will for sure come again.

Just got my subwoofers and LED headlights along with the inside lights installed and they did a great job. I went around 2 oclock told them Ill be back in an hour to bring the car to get the job done at 5:30 the car was done. Great job and fast with no hassle.

Took 2 cars to basic sound, i am beyond satisfied with my second vehicle... there was a mix up at the beginning but these guys took care of me and did an awesome job i couldnt have asked for more! The sound quality is amazing!!

Worst customer service!!! Tried to install a radio aftet 3 hours said radio does not fit and wanted to charge me for install!! Then tells me hes going back to my car to cut all the wires( i have that on camara)then tells me he wont put my radio back... smh all recorded.. better off watching YouTube videos then bringing your car here!!! The place was amazing. They were able to do the service in the same day and it only took about an hour. I got my tints done and also put in LED lights. Everything looks amazing. Definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back to change my rims. Mike helped me out, hes very nice and knows what you want.

Mike greeted us at the door and they were very professional the entire time. He explained everything we were trying to get on my sons car so we could understand all of the technical terms. Ive taken many vehicles to Basic Sound and have never had issues with them. I moved from their area for a few years and went somewhere else closer to me. Needless to say Id rather drive an hour than take my car anywhere else. Always very clean and respectful to the cars and very knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and variety is excellent. Owner is always there and makes the effort to greet and assist. Im NEVER taking my cars anywhere else!

Fantastic place. I needed LED headlights. They had them installed in less than 30 minutes and they charged me a very good price. The day before I had gone to another auto shop which took 2 hours of my time to tell me that they could not install new LED lights into my car. I recently upgraded my headlights and high beams to LED on my Camaro. Made a huge difference. I also added a 12 SubWoofer in the trunk. Which improved the overall music hearing experience in my car.After a few weeks, I sold that Camaro and bought a new car. The guys here removed all the upgrades I paid for in less than an hour for I can return the car back to the dealer. They did not over charge me for the removal, fairly priced.Returns are not allowed, but I was able to sell most of the upgrades I removed.I came back to the shop with my new car and they were able to install 3M brand tints and they came out great. I have to wait a few days until I can confirm a good job, but with the sun in Miami I should be fine.They also, installed a new subwoofer in my trunk. I told them having trunk space was my number 1 priority. After testing 2-3 boxes. We finally found the right size box that did not take up any space in my trunk as it was tucked to the back of the trunk. Everything was done in less than 3 hours.The customer service Michael offers is top notch and the work is done well. Not everyone is perfect, sometimes you might not be pleased with someones work. But after doing upgrades to 2 cars in less than a month. I had a good experience both visits.Hope this review helps anyone considering coming here.

I always liked Basic Sound, they mostly do good work, the owner is friendly and very informative. Ive taken four cars to have tints put on, and three cars to connect the sound system. Ive purchased three amplifiers, all four speakers for a car and a subwoofer from them. They are more expensive than most places but I was fine with that because I felt it was my goto auto electronics and tints store where I felt comfortable being that I had gone to them so many times. I even sent a few friends and family members with confidence knowing they too would appreciate the work.Recently I went and had my audio system installed by them, the price as usual was a bit high but they connected the system, everything working great. I never received a call when my car was actually done so I just showed up two hours after they said it would be done, and picked up my car, I still felt satisfied enough with my visit that I promised to return to get my tints done on my new Camaro.Unfortunately when I returned I was not treated the way you would expect a repeat customer to be treated. They quoted my tints at $100, which was higher than most places, but I did not mind until I asked about the strip on the windshield and was told it would be an additional $20. Thats an additional $20 more than what I had been charged from them ever before. When I questioned the raise in price their salesman snuffed me with a thats what it cost. I was in disbelief that the car I took with the least amount of window space would be the most expensive especially after years of using their service.I promptly took my keys back and headed out for another store. Glad to say, I paid $80 for the same 3M tints including the front strip on the windshield, plus a lifetime warranty.As for Basic Sound I wish I could have continued doing business with them but I refuse to pay a premium price for a place that does not treat me like a premium customer. Go to any other car electronics store. They will treat you better and charge you less.
