Unfortunately bad reviews is not my thing but i dont want anything bad happens to another customer sorry this is not the place to bring your car techs there do not know what they are doing they damage my truck just to replace a single thing owner offer me to bring my truck back but i didnt want to i went two days really bad experience i noticed just know all bad reviews and owners response not professional at all i wanted my money back the first time he said is the labor of the tech and the piece that i check online and only cost $6 all damaged cost me $117 in parts and $253 in labor in another place please my advice charge those supposedly techs and probably your business will be better..!!

I came to replace my car roof liner that was loose and my center console where the leather was peeling. Pedro was really helpful and did an awesome job. My car looks brand new again! Definitely recommend for car upholstery.

I was standing inside waiting to be helped and NOBODY even asked if I wanted anything. I was inside 15 min. Looking to purchase an Alarm and speakers.. oh well I went down the Block to JR Electrics and they were great.

Worst place to bring your car for installation..I brought my car in to install a alarm I bought elsewhere around 9:30am at 4:45pm they call me it’s ready that’s 1st problem 2nd problem they had my car in for all those hours to just have the horn and locks working the lighting trigger and the kill switch never installed guy running this joint said it was extra but never told me as he charged me $150 for what?? I been to other places where when you have a car alam installed they complete install.. This place is a big ripoff stay away!

They promissed a 5 year guarantee on my tints. They did a horrible job and after a week I returned my car to fix bubbles and gap left in back window.They refused to redo back window. They said it was too hard to fix. I had to take to another place a pay to get it done correctly.And I was planning on buying a new set of rims for my truck there.Thank God I didnt.My advice go across the street and get your work done.

I was a client for 5 years. I bring my Sprinter Van to change the top roof. The color was silver Gray and when I was picking up the csr,they put the fixed part in a light Brown. Now the car have to colors inside, by the top roof. This is unprofessional job and they refuse to refund the money. I highly recommend to stop going this kind of places. I was dealing with Pedro. He was the responsible.

I came hear at 11 am then I payed for my tainted windows just the front two windows and the front of the half of the car. Then was given an appointment for 3:30 pm it’s now almost 5:30 pm and my car has not been serviced. And this is with an appointment and payed for already. Owner could have said the truth. They also helped others that came after us without appointments. Terrible!!

I just called to discuss and hopefully set up an appt to have both my cars’ windows tinted and was greeted by a non-English speaking person. I asked if he spoke English and I was told blankly, No. Being a native Miamian (in my 50’s) and from this very same area, I am always surprised when a business does not have ONE English speaking person! Lost my business.

Diego at the front desk was very personable. The facility had a nice waiting room with big screen tv and brand new bathroom. Fresh brewed coffee as well. If youre coming on a Saturday make sure to come at 8:30 am because it gets busy fast.

Did the window tint for GMC Yukon. Quoted tint for whole truck. When I pick up the car I discovered they did not do rear quarters and rear window. Basically did half a truck and still trying to lie and telling me they did 2 layers in front and 1 layer at the back. Come on! If I’m asking them to remove that 1 layer at the back they can’t get it done. Will never return.

I took my car in for window tinting and it came out horrible. Took it back a month later since I got a 5 year warranty and it out just as bad as the first time. The owner was nice and all but the guy that does the tints doesnt know what hes doing. Stay away for your own sake.

Took my mothers car to get the driver seat fixed cause the support on the left side was falling apart the cushion that supports the left side of the leg to get it re-cushioned. we asked if they did interior cleaning and we were told yes that it would take a day for both. we took the car in and the car was not ready at the end of the day and it took 2 days and we were like ok, give them the time. you would think with 2 days and not harassing them when its ready, the job would be more than satisfactory. guess what the job was not to my 80 year old mother and my satisfaction. The interior and the rug and the mats were still dirty and he came up with the excuse that he spoke to my mother about partial cleaning after he said the whole interior would be done, i was not aware of that and for me he took advantage of an elderly person with the old bait and switch. we were quoted $220 flat all included and my mom gave him $230 and did not even give her back change. I would not recommend this place to anyone stay away and dont let your mothers go here at all!

Avoid this place at all costs. SAVE your time, money, and look someplace else. I was here for about 6 hours waiting on tints to be installed. I was the second customer to walk in with an appointment at 8:45AM. The tech (Hassan) I wonder if thats his real name, did an absolute terrible job, and once I told the owner I wasnt pleased with the way the tints looked they decided to start acting like complete rude unprofessional jerks. The tints were not properly installed the space between looked absolutely atrocious. The owner then told me in spanish because he does not speak English it doesnt matter how it looks, as long as it is tinted the tints where full of air bubbles, my car was left with the chemical oil stains they used to put the tints on all over the doors and trunk. They left garbage inside my car and coffee stains in my car door. I never drink coffee. After I asked them to redo the work they decided to put my car on the side and skip me. Two hours after, I decided to check my car status so I walked towards the back and saw that my car had not even been started on two hours after I asked them to redo it. They worked on other cars that came after me. The owner lied to me saying they had already started. I asked them to cancel the job and give me my keys. The owner begins to yell at me along with the other two techs. The tech Hassan got physical and pushed me after I demanded my keys. I called the police to write a report. The old owner is a complete unprofessional coward and pervert. He does not speak one word of english. He has two techs who are completely incompetent in properly installing tints and do not speak english either. Very unprofessional. AVOID at all costs. They do not care about professionalism nor making sure a customers needs are met.
