Took my car in for tints.. which came out Amazing!!Also was looking to upgrade my sound system, thought I needed a whole new system but their Tech recommended a JL audio fix… a type of pre amp eq that let me keep my factory system .. they installed a JL audio amp and sub woofer box… my sound system sounds better than I could have imagined! Went to this place because it was recommended by a friend and let me tell you it did not disappoint at all. The new sales guy thats there is very nice and informational and the technician is very knowledgeable of his work. These guys are awesome my truck came out amazing. Not recommendedI came to this location with my Suv benz and they offered 3M film. After sitting for 2 hours plus they tell me my car is readyThere was scratches everywhere on the tints and they say ‘ its a new thick film we are not used to’They offered to take off the tints and refund without even asking me what would I like to do. The customer service was as bad as the installation of the film. You can do a better job your self.Stay away from them. I wasted 2+ hours of my life and walked out with nothing but bad customer service.

These people are really nice, but dont take your car for stereo installation or service. After three separate trips they said I need a new radio, after buying speakers and amps and subwoofers. They cross faded wired everything and it was bad sounding after over $1000.00. Then they stopped making appointments for me, refused to return calls. This was in June/July 2021. I was willing to purchase a new radio but after days of them hanging up on me, I took my car elsewhere, where I was told the wiring was not correct. They corrected it in 10 minutes. It took hours to trace down & rewire the bluetooth back to the front center speaker though. It had been run to the subwoofer. No wonder my phone didnt work. I did not need a new radio. Youve been warned.

If your looking for a one stop shop, with top of the line accessories. This is it. Very knowledgeable staff. The owner Steve really knows his stuff and is a really nice guy. Ive had several things done here. Tints, alarm, hids and a full sound system. All the work has been done in a timely manner and more importantly done right the first time. No problems with anything Ive added to my car. I will continue to come back in the future. One thing Im not sure of is, if their giving me a discount or what. So far all the work Ive gotten done has been cheaper here than if I wouldve ordered it online and installed it myself. Highly recommend.

I understand not everyone is going to have a bad experience and reading the posts available I also understand there were people with good experiences, however; mine has been a nightmare. I got my new pickup truck tinted on Saturday. It took over two and a half hours. When I got home I noticed the back windows and the windshield were bubbling up. The back windows were not cut to fit properly and it looked like an amateur did the tinting. They were close on Sunday so I could not attempt to get it fixed until Monday. When I got there, I did not even get an apology. Extremely unprofessional. They fixed the back window but they ran out of windshield tints so I was asked to come back Tuesday. Not once was I given appropriated customer service. I was spoken to as if somehow I didn’t pay for my tints which were overpriced to begin with. I was given an attitude as if somehow I was getting a favor done for me. I just called to check whether the tints have arrived and all I was asked was to try back in an hour and got hung up on. After checking my back window I noticed there is more peeling occurring. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

About a year ago I got robbed at this place employees took multiple speakers out of my car so they can use for themselves, Rockford fosgate to be exact.

I have had all of my vehicles tinted by Dreams Cars South since 2006. The one time I didnt take a vehicle to Dreams Cars to have tints installed, I was unhappy with the quality of work by the installer and ended up taking the car to Dreams Cars to have them re-do the tint. The guys will even take the time to help you figure out what shade tint, headlight bulb, audio system, etc. is right for you.I took my brand new car to them two weeks ago to have tints and LED headlight bulbs installed. Per usual, the tint job was outstanding. The LED bulbs however, did not meet my expectations. I took the car back to them, explained that I was not happy with the bulbs. They offered to change the LED headlight bulbs to HIDs - no questions asked, no hassle whatsoever. At the end of the day, they simply wanted me to be happy with the product they installed for me. The HIDs are definitely what I was looking for. They took the time to make things right for me. The HIDs and tints on my car look great.

Arrived at 4pm for tints and no problem. Took me in 15 min and was done in an hour. Very professional and 3M quality.

Horrible costumer service . First time I went it was great and windows came out good . I went to get some of the windows fix because film lifted up and costumer service was horrible this time around . Part of backseat was taking off and left on the floor, didn’t bother to put back . My trunk was all wet with some brown liquid that smell similar to turpentine. Never go to that place

Pretty decent place. The window tint was good. It just took them 6 hours longer to do the job than what they said.

Rude tinter. The guy was super talkative to the guy before me who spoke Spanish. He was rude and ordered me to the back to get my tint. He asked what tint I wanted and then got to work without discussing price. After he was done and took payment I thanked him (instinctively) with no response from him. I felt as though I was bothering him. My suggestion is not to bother. Ive also noticed that he went darker in the front than the back.

Very shoddy work. They systems they installed never worked properly . After several visits back to Dream cars with poor results, I had to take my car some where else and pay for them to re-do their job. Dont let them touch your car!
