They are in the midst of a remodel but still a great place to go with a phenomenal selection and very friendly and helpful staff and its also fantastic they have an on-site barbershop in the Crafters location as well as a cigar lounge and a Cuban coffee bar highly highly recommended if you go to Miami

Rodrigo!! This man hooked us up with everything we need for our first cigar! He was so professional, was very knowledgeable and gave us a great shopping experience. He cut our cigars for us and showed us the many different ways to do so and the significance of each style. I’d come back again and again. I wish Rodrigo the best with this company! 5 stars! The cigars are the best! However, there was construction during my visit and things that were advertised were not available. The website should be updated but the service at the store was good. Would have loved to know the wholesale prices while at the store. Im still waiting for wholesale prices. They did offer a military discount which was acceptable. I spent a descent amount of money for non-wholesale prices and would like to continue business with them because the cigars are excellent. As you have read, service could use some improvement.

I had a Fantastic experience with Cuban Crafters when I purchased a humidor cabinet online.It was delivered within a week and is Excellent quality and I love it! Unfortunately there were a few minor issues it had upon arrival such as a broken lock and small aesthetic spot with the glass and cabinet top. Frank was extremely helpful and offered to send a brand new replacement to New Jersey to ensure my satisfaction. We decided upon another resolution instead but because of the great concern over my satisfaction with my purchase, and Franks follow up and rapid response. They earned my business going forward. I highly recommend Cuban Crafters!!

I am very disappointed at this place. When I visited Miami this was my 1st stop and when leaving last stop. I have order from them many times and the service has always been impeccable with no complaints. I have been trying to get a hold of someone from the store for over a week now and when I call no one answers every time. I have called different times and different days. I even tried ordering from there online bit even that needs some work, I was not able to fill my order. When I filled my cart with items and try to pay it removes my items and says out of stock. But when you search through there website it says cigars available. I guess all good things have to come to an end.

I recently had a problem with an order from Cuban Crafter’s. I was upset because I felt Cuban Crafters should have contacted me regarding their inability to fill my order. I called the company immediately after receiving the order and I spoke with a gentleman named Frank. Frank explained he was a buyer for the company and he wanted to make things right. He immediately told me he would send me several cigars to compensate for for inaccurate order. I was satisfied with his actions and hung up. Not even 5 minutes later Frank called me back and sweetened the deal by telling me he was going to send me even more cigars. I told Frank that I’ve always been pleased with Cuban Crafters in the past and that I plan to remain a loyal customer.That’s how you do business Frank (Cuban Crafters).By the way, I received that order from Frank faster than any order in the morning past. Good looking out !!!

This place is great...not only do they have some of the best pricing for hand rolled cigars but the hospitality is amazing. They great you with smiles and treat you as valued as soon as you walk in. I dont speak Spanish but they still make me feel very welcomed when I come here. I drive all the way from Broward and will continue to do so for this type of service...well worth it!!!!

Order # 12963 My husband ordered a box of cigars August 3rd. He received an order confirmation...then on August 4th he received an email that the order had been canceled and the $ refunded. Its now August 20th...theres no refund, no cigars, no one answers the phone, and no one replies to emails. I have seen in other reviews similar situations and that Frank has helped to resolve those issues. We would appreciate attention to this matter asap.

BAD!Bought their new 80 ring gauge perfect cutter used the cutter for 6 months, one day cutter fell apart in my hands mailed the cutter back to use the LIFE TIME WARRANTY, with registered mail signature required upon delivery, someone signed for it and I have not received a replacement, I have tried to reach out to them via email through their website and the company phone numberNO REPLY through any of these lines of communication very disappointing

Now this is Miami hospitality at its best. Rumor had it I was here for a musical festival.It felt like a family get together.Johan (Joe-han) showed me around the place in less than 5 minutes after walking in the door.Unlike any other humidors, the place is well ventilated. The customers were just as hospitable.Coffee flows from the espresso machine like water and there was Sangria for the occassion.The home rolled cigars are a must have. Theyre very proud of their heritage with rollers having been rollers since childhood into their 80s. Most home rolled cigar brands are always risky to me because of the way the cigar is rolled and you always wind up with a half burning cigar. Not these. They burn even right to the last puff.To nub or not to nub. Nub, you wont regret it.The rocking chairs are very comfortable and if you cant find what youre looking for here, you need to stop smoking cigars.Reasonably priced, cheaper than I could find at home in specialty shops.Stop here, wait no, stay here for half an evening and youll wind up there all night. I literally felt like I was in Havana, started there at 6, and didnt leave until almost 11.

Negative 10 stars!! Do you want a company that is going to take your money and not deliver?? I ordered my husband a humidor- his first. First, they overcharged me on shipping & sent it 4- day ground instead of 2-day air like I paid extra for. Then it never even showed up!! When I called them about the missing humidor, they actually laughed about it. We were first-time customers, but we wont be back!! Also, know that they have a shell company, Nicaragua Tobacco Imports, who make, sell & ship their products. Beware of either company.

Blown Away! We found a new cigar home in Miami! Upon entering we were greeted by the owner with a smiling face and shot of Cuban espresso. As we walked around the shop to get a feeling of the place, we were approached by a lovely Brazilian lady named Christi. She led us into a supermarket sized humidor with at least seven aisles of cigars. She introduced us to one of their house sticks, a Cuban seed with a Nicaraguan filler. A very dark full bodied Maduro blend. We purchased one, found a nice spot in the lounge and fired up! It was delicious from the first third to the last! Christi found us again and poured us another shot of Cuban espresso. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS PAIRING! Feeling buzzed and satisfied, the locals kept us entertained and engaged with their conversation. We met El Chocolate the resident personality at Cuban Crafters Cigar. He gave us great recommendations for Cuban food in the area. Tony Pichs, owner of Fuera De Serie Cigars, introduced us to his brand. He was such a down to earth and welcoming guy we bought one of his sticks too. Summing it all up, Cuban Crafters Cigars is a five star locale with excellent prices, friendly service and welcoming locals.Begin your Miami Cigar Journey here! Walked in looking cigars obviously and was immediately greeted by friendly employees. Helped me out with the cigars and also got my haircut! I forget the barber who gave me a haircut but he was great and my hair look the way I want it too! Will be back whenever I am in the Miami area!

Visiting Miami for the first time and wanted to smoke a cigar when lounging with friends. Google led me to cuban crafters. I smoke a pipe and dont have experience with cigars. The staff was VERY helpful and attentive and made you feel like family (shared some homemade Cuban coffee). Did not judge on my lack of experience with cigars and even helped me pick some out. Cashier included some matches and a cigar cutter and I was on my way. Would recommend!

Sent a cutter in for a lifetime warranty claim. Did as instructed and sent a prepaid large envelope with the damaged cutter. It has been a month since the defective cutter was delivered to them. They Don’t answer the phone. They do not replay to emails. Return tracking states “label created but not in system yet” so it hasn’t been returned.I feel I just got ripped off. I will not recommend this company to anyone again.If I get my new cutter I will update my review, but I have little hope as of right now.*edit*. It has been 3+ months and no cutter. No contact of any kind from Cuban crafters. Integrity is not in this company’s vocabulary. They do NOT honor their lifetime warranty policy. Buyer beware!

Finally made it there again. And again off by a little time for the 420 Tokes. Got coffee and went with a Corona in house stick (rolled on premises) and was very please, wrap, color, burn draw. These guys are absolutely fantastic! Im just getting into cigars and the humidors they make are amazing! Such quality craftsmanship and the one I bought comes with a hydrometer and a humidifier! I paid $54 shipped to Oregon and the shipping was done within a week! Great job and highly recommend!

Man. Great place. I’m a new cigar smoker and me and my girl were trying new places on our visit to Miami. This place is great. When we walked in we were greeted with a free sample of the Cuban coffee ( strong and delicious) then we just roamed around without being hassled. But when it was time the guy was very helpful and walked us though what everything ;which was very helpful. Once we pick our cigars they have a very comfortable place to sit and smoke. The locals very friendly and were more than happy to recommend the good and bad cigars. Even gave use the perfect to eat after. If you are in Miami this is a must visit spot.

Bought 95 cigars earlier this month. I’ve bought these same cigars several times. Half of them came incorrect so I called to let them know they sent the wrong thing. After I was told they would call me back the following business day, they didn’t. I called back the day after that and explained my situation once more and she said hold for one minute, 22 minutes later I hung up. I called back only for her to answer again and I asked why I was on hold for so long and she replied with” your order was correct, the cigar company changed the cigars and you have what replaced them”. NO! I just want what I asked for and they would not comply with that. They could have easily gave me a return/refund or simply told me prior to shipping that they aren’t what they used to be. The cigars didn’t have any labeling what so ever for brand or size. The previous orders I’ve gotten all were package labeled. It’s clear they are Churchill 7x50 of who knows what brand instead of the perilla 6 1/2 x56 I paid for. I tried to comply with the “change” And smoke them anyways since I’m stuck with them but these cigars are terrible, they don’t taste even close nor will they stay lit without relighting 2-3 times.

Excellent Customer Service if I could 100 instead of 5 I would, Best Quality and Variety of Tabacos, definitely recommend Cuban Crafter and Aldo is excellent helping find your needs, definitely will go back.

While I wrote a very negative review that was accurate in its assessment of Cuban Crafters at the time, based on my interactions/ business dealings, Im compelled to update the same. I received a call from Manny Rodriguez who learned on my disappointment not only with the humidor, but with his staff. Manny went out of his way to rectify this matter as well as wanting to earn back my business with Cuban Crafters. I must say that Manny demonstrated himself to be highly professional and customer centric--he even provided me with his mobile and requested that I only deal with him on future transactions. Manny is a man of his word and want to recognize his effort to rectify the situation.

Shouldve read the reviews before ordering. Im not sure who provided the positive reviews but they must be fabricated by the company! I ordered cigars that shouldve shipped within two days and after 7 days the order still showed waiting to be fulfilled. I sent two emails and received no response. I called the website phone number which turned out to be someones cell phone because the message said the voicemail box was full. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and will NEVER do business with this company again!!

Great cigar store with great prices, allow me to update my post:I love visiting the store, as it has great atmosphere and great selection of cigars and FREE Cuban Coffee.... you can not go wrong. BUT ordering via the website is a hit or miss thing, it takes much longer than any website i have ordered from and if there is a problem its not an easy thing to get fixed. So I recommend visit this fine cigar store in person.

Great place for a cigar. Many experienced sales person that are very helpful in choosing the right cigar for you. Also I found many deals of incredible prices on bundled cigars that I normally pay three to four dollars per per cigar I found them extremely cheap with extremely high quality bundles great place to get all your cigars need. Also you can sit and smoke and make believe youre in Cuba.

Worst customer service ever, I order a navy cigar package to give my husband for making chief and still havent recieved this package. I ordered 08/04/2019, I even paid $16.99 for faster shipping. Now its 09/14/2019 and still have never recieved it. I have called and I have emailed a ton of times and no one will respond back to me. Thanks for ruining this once in a lifetime experience for me, all I wanted to do was give him this amazing cigar box as a gift right after his pinning ceremony, nope that did not happen.
