This is a cool stop if youre into cigars. A little touristy but fun. The have a huge selection. Unfortunately because of covid the lounge area was closed but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Im not a cigar smoker, but wanted to stop by while in Little Havana to experience the craft / culture of it a bit more. Its a fantastic place to stop by even if youre not into cigars. Great store ambiance, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Theres even a vintage old typewriter in the aisle for customers to type a message to the store. the kids had fun with that.Highly recommend a visit. Great for gifts for cigar smoking friends too. Lots of people enjoying a cigar in the store and taking photos of themselves for the gram.

Great sticks, great cuban coffee. They have iced coffee too. I highly recommend their Habana Real cigar. One of the best hand rolled youll ever have. The ladies working there where especially nice. Service was awesome.

So cool, anyone even kind of interested in cigars needs to stop here.When you first walk in you see individuals working their craft, making cigars! Dont expect a Cheers style Norm greeting or even a hi, those folks are in the zone.The cigar sales area is quite small as they have limited on-site product to sell.The owners sister was there helping with sales, and she did a great job walking me through their offerings and chatted about cigars in general. I picked up their sample pack. She showed me their humidor which was stacked with tons of cigars, amazing. Got some really cool pictures and a memorable experience. Definately worth a stop in.

Good selection of cigars and nice ambiance. Definitely a to go place if you are looking for a nice authentic gift. Plenty of souvenirs as well. I liked it very much. It is a bit touristy but the service was fast and very polite. I strongly recommend this place as I myself had a great experience there.

Not that much into cigars but was very interested to visit the place while in little havana. There is a lot of choice of popular makes and styles and the prices varies. The price seems to be pretty fair for what I can tell. Every cigar has an information card which gives information on the flavour, the body, and more about each individual cigar model. This is a very good feature. Ended up buying some cigars with a cutter. Would recommend.

Very interesting shop typical for Little Havana district. There are severals such. You can see there the process of cigars production. For someone like me, who doesnt smoke, the smell is so nice and intense that I felt like smoking. Their selection of various brands is huuuge, literally hundreds and hundreds. I do recommend this place if you happen to be in Miami.

I dont even smoke but this place is very cool. Bought a gift for a cigar person and the service was excellent and informative. Lots of places to buy cigars in the area but I think I got lucky here.

Came here from Saint Augustine for a few days in the keys and stopped for some fine cigars. They are extremely careful with covid going on and helpful. Selection was extensive and only high quality and boutique cigars. Prices were reasonable for by the stick.

The assortment of cigars is spectacular and service was excellent. Was in the store to smoke a cigar... Seating is very comfortable but the place is a bit noisy as there are a lot of tourists coming in and out and music was a little too loud also. All in all a great place for cigar lovers.

What a gem in the middle of Little Havana! I live in NYC, but I had been told this was THE place to go in Miami to find a great variety of cigars, and I am happy I listened. I came to visit some friends in Miami and we decided to go to the Little Havana Cigar Factory. Outside, the store feels very much part of Little Havana. But inside, the decoration, the colors and the cigar aroma, are breathtaking. From the moment you walk in the door you feel transported into a universe of refined taste and outstanding customer service. The staff is absolutely amazing. I was received by the manager, Mario, who showed me and my friends around. I love cigars, I was so happy to see the great variety and price range. They have very nice lighters and other accessories as well. Mario was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I found a cigar I had been looking for, and decided to smoke one right there. Heaven! And my friends who do not enjoy cigars so much, could drink an espresso, and drink a glass of port while looking at me smile. Going to the shop turned into a great evening. I bought a few cigars I am still enjoying back at home in NYC. Looking forward to my next visit.

A nice place, a bit touristy but they have a nice selection of cigars and their own house brand. They have many comfortable couches and chairs to sit in while smoking but theres people always coming in and out, so may bother some.They have some really nice tchotchkes and I ended up buying a few things in addition to cigars.

Came here while on vacation with my husband and my mother-in-law. I had never smoked a cigar and knew very little about what I was doing however, staff was helpful in helping me select a cigar, and prepping the cigar for me. We all enjoyed the cuban coffe as well which was delicious!

Ivans tour was very informative and educational. We booked it through Airbnb. We definitely learned about the cigar industry and the process of creating the cigars I enjoy! I would highly recommend the tour! Jesse was very helpful at the counter as we purchased cigars to take home! They both recommended sites to see and restaurants to enjoy foods or Cuba.

Overpriced and the owner was anxious to see me out the door, even the employee on shift seemed embarrassed by the behavior, but she didnt say anything. If this is how you treat customers, then you shouldnt be in business.

The decor and the ladies working at the establishment are professional but Mario the Manager ruins the entire experience. He is very rude and dont want anyone sitting and smoking in the lounge. He said that he makes enough money with the tourist and dont care about local clientele despite how much they spend.

Yes, Mario the store manager is RUDE. Guy is a total douchebag. The cigars are hit or miss, usually a bit stale. The place is comfortable and has nice decor. Hope Mario gets fired or leaves.

The place is beautiful. But Mario the GM is not nice to the customers. Ive spent hundreds of dollars at LHCF and finally got sick of being treated rudely. Ive stopped going as have most of my friends. Once Mario leaves well come back.

I have been going here for years and employees never remember anyone. They treat people like crap because they only want tourists to come in and pay the super marked up prices. DONT GO HERE, try Art Deco cigars instead, owners are sweethearts. Also all the little cigar shops are great on Calle ocho, but these guys are like the tourist trap cigar store of miami. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!I just noticed, all the terrible reviews of staff, its all true. They are nasty individuals that will literally kick you out of the store or just treat you like a second class citizen until you leave.

I DONT SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WHEN ALL IM DOING ITS TRYING JUST TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. HONESTLY IM NOT SUPRISED, WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM LITTLE HAVANA, GUY SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS FROM ARGENTINA OR URUGUY. EITHER WAY BOTH NATIONALITIES ACT LIKE OTHERS ARE BELOW!
