I ordered two shirts and a hoodie from their website. Here are my honest thoughts:Pros:- High quality print- Comfortable (and true to size) fit and material- Unique styleCons:- Steep pricesI love the clothes that I ordered, but the price was a bit high. Fortunately, the quality makes up for the price.I’m not sure if they’ve improved how they do business or if I just got lucky, but I don’t understand why the reviews are so bad. Overall, I’m satisfied!
Love our Masks!It did take longer then expected to receive the masks. But was not upset (wasn’t going anywhere anyways) we figured that due to the high demand they would be later than first informed.Ordered 4 to be sent to my daughters family and 4 for us. When we received them was happy to see that they are greatquality. Have had many complaints on each of the masks.Hopefully going to order a couple more as back up. Thank you for the awesome masks. 😍
Same story as others, BUT I received my order today (05/12). I ordered on 04/10, received an email on 04/29, sent them a message on 05/08 and then promptly received an automated email a few hours later stating my order was shipping. I understand they were overwhelmed with the orders, but they should have throttled once they realized how many they were receiving.The masks are well-made and very comfortable. Im happy with my purchase even though it took over a month from start to finish.
Placed an order over a month ago and nothing. I get it times are crazy but they should really keep customers informed. A simple email would have been nice. I have sent them there emails in last two weeks with not a single response. Great customer service 🤔 NOT.
Like many others who have posted in the last few weeks, I placed my order on 4/10. When I checked their website, it said to not contact them if 10 days hadnt expired from the order date. After the 10 days had expired, I then made inquiries via phone, email and the Contact Us module from their website never being able to correspond with a live person. I finally got a generic email addressed to Hey everyone explaining some kind of delay and my order date was at the time 90% fulfilled. Checked their website a few days ago and my order date was updated to fulfilled, but still havent received anything. Does fulfilled mean it was shipped on their end or delivered to me? Either way it doesnt matter as I plan on disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Ordered masks on 4/9 with expedited shipping. Their latest correspondence dated 4/29 had a list of when items would be 100% fulfilled. Orders on 4/9 were supposed to be fulfilled by May 1. Well...it’s May 5 and my items still have not shown as shipped. I have emailed them to update and have not heard from them. I understand they were overwhelmed, however they need to keep their customers in the loop. There were quite of few of us that paid extra for expedited shipping. Did no good. I would caution buying for them. If I have not heard from them by end of week I’m going to file a complaint through PayPal.
I ordered online and the shipment took a lot longer than expected. They were very good at answering my email and keeping me up to date on the status of the order. They had become overwhelmed with mask orders and I understand that. When the masks arrived they were much smaller than I had expected, have gaps on the sides and when I breathe in the mask suctions to my face.
Placed an order on April 16th, and three weeks later I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve called to inquire several times and all they seem to have is a voicemail machine with no outgoing message. Left a message. No response. Sent several emails requesting an order status update a few times, asked for a refund a few times, and all I received was one mass email stating that they won’t be responding to individual requests. Funny enough, my money was collected immediately after I placed an order. Anyone else I’ve ever ordered from don’t collect until a back ordered or custom item actually ships. I get that they’re busy but total lack of response and/or acknowledgment is unacceptable. I’m beginning to feel like I’ve been scammed. Save your money or go somewhere else that has the capacity to actually produce what it is you paid for.
Pretty unhappy customer here. Understanding time restraints with mask orders, etc...but lack of replies is really unacceptable. Placed an order on April 8, checked in after 10 days - unfulfilled. Yet, Money was taken within 24 hours. After 3 attempts to reach someone by phone, no responses to emails (mailbox full recording) got someone on phone last weekend and was told April 8 orders shipping Monday. Order still shows unfulfilled. Have sent 2 emails requesting refund of order at this point and still no response. And still cant leave a message or get someone on the phone.
Wait ten days. Cool. Emailed on the 9th day to inquire about if they send a shipping confirmation. No response. 14 days in, no word from them.I know what’s going on in the world but I ordered masks so it’s not like I’m getting perturbed over a rave shirt.
I have changed my original post which mainly was about not receiving my order. It only took 5 1/2 weeks, but my face masks finally arrived. They are sturdy and well made...and made in the USA. I give the masks themselves 5 stars but the wait knocked it down a couple.
Customer service is not up to par. No return call, unresponsive to emails, etc. I understand the back order, but I placed my order on 4/10 and paid for expedited shipping and still nothing! Would like to hear from them so I can tell them to cancel my orde .
Ordered 2 Mask April 13th and still have not received them. Emailed asking about them and I am told they can’t find my order. Getting the run around. Disputing charge with my bank. Stay away from them.
UPDATED REVIEW: Took about a month, but I finally got the face mask. Its definitely well constructed and all. Minus one star for not being more upfront about how long it would take to ship.
Same story as everyone else here. Ordered 2 masks in early April off of an add that promised orders would ship in 3-5 days. After repeated emails with no response I was finally able to get a short reply after threatening a charge back from my bank. They swore the masks would ship soon.Another week and 4 emails later and I get a response this past Friday May 1st promisimg they would ship over the weekend or I would get a refund. It is now Tuesday, the masks still have not shipped and SURPRISE no refund or response to my emails yet again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scamming company.Edit: after ignoring repeated attempts to contact regarding the refund I was promised, I get a random email tonight 5/23 with a tracking number and a delivery date of 5/26. 46 days after order and 3 weeks after being promised a refund. This company is a joke. Avoid at all costs. Absolute garbage.
As so many others - placed an order for 2 masks on 4/9/20. No order number was in the email confirmation which made me nervous. Nothing arrived. Finally put in complaint with PayPal. On 4/29 I received generic email stating orders from 4/9 should be 100% fulfilled within 3 days. Today is May 11 and STILL NOTHING. Very irritating. Cannot reach anyone - call the phone number and mailbox is full. Have never received a reply to my email inquiries. I will have to escalate my PayPal to Claim status and hope I get a refund.
DO NOT ORDER MASKS FROM THIS COMPANY! Like virtually everyone else, I ordered masks well over a month ago and they have yet to arrive. I ordered 2 masks on April 11, and here it is 35 days later and still no masks. The same language promising a 7-10 day turnaround has been on their web site from the day I ordered until today. Their delivery promises are just a scam to keep people ordering. My requests for delivery information continue to go unanswered.

One month later, I have no masks and no communication from the company. I haven’t even received an e-mail saying that my order has shipped. Numerous e-mails and phone calls to On Cue Apparel have gone unanswered. I am in the process of trying to get my money back through PayPal. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.
Placed an order for face mask on April 9th, even paying extra for expedited shipping, today is April 30th and still no mask. I can understand a slight delay based on the current situation but this is bull. Received an email that apologized and then basically said “don’t call us with complaints”..Oddly enough they took my money without delay....We are required to cover our faces here in California and I thought this would be the way to go....if nothing has come by Friday I’ll be forced to file a complaint with BBB....not finding any pleasure in that but I hate being scammed.

But its now 5/5/20 and nothing has been shipped yet. Last week, they posted on facebook and sent an email with time frames. Well, going by those time frames my mask should have been shipped by yesterday. But my order on the website says unfulfilled. There are people that ordered days after me receiving their masks. Ive sent them a message through FB messenger and got no response. I sent an email this morning but from what Im seeing, they arent responding to those either. Im giving them until Monday (5-13) to send out my mask or Im disputing the charge with my bank.
I ordered 6 masks. Its 20 days after their promised delivery date and I have received no masks, no tracking, no responses to my inquiry. They sent a bulk email on 4/29 apologizing for delays with new updated fulfillment dates. Those dates came and went with no further communication.Now it looks like they deleted their facebook page where there were over 300 comments from other customers that have not received their masks and not received communications or refunds, many of which paid extra for expedited shipping.What really tells you what a dishonorable company On Cue apparel is the fact that they are still selling all the styles of face masks on their website and it says if you order in the next XX hours and XX minutes, your order will be delivered by May 25th - 16 days away. How can they be telling future customers this when they havent fulfilled orders (or even communicated with current customers) from 30 days ago.

Like others, I’ve ordered 2 face masks, I live in IL and found out the other day were required as of May 1st to wear masks in public. I haven’t been going in public of course however I’m not 100% sure how long that can go on considering grocery orders are extremely spread apart right now.I ordered them April 11th was sent an email saying that, orders on April 11th would take about 11 daysOr so. Alright, whatever, I paid for fast shipping.Email them the other day asking when I’d get them explained my situation; if it wasn’t going to be here my May 1st id like a refund. Haven’t heard a word since. 🤷♀️ Really bad customer service.
Placed an order on 4/11 there doesnt seem to be any sort of customer service and they are ignoring people via email, facebook and private messages. They are also still taking orders on their website. There has been no communication, no info on shipping and the order is much later than the promised 7 days.While I understand that face masks are a huge deal right now and there is backlog not providing any sort of customer service is terrible and there is no excuse. Also continuing to take orders make it seem like there could be some sort of scam and that this isnt a legit company. Ill never buy from a facebook ad again. This is the first time Ive done it and this place is exactly why i have always hesitated to do so.
Like many, I ordered face masks from this company. My order was made on 4/8 with a promise to be delivered within 10 days on 4/18. As of 4/27 I have no gotten my order. I have gotten many vague emails apologizing but I never get anything that actually pertains to my order. They’re not even attempting to make it right on their end. Stay away.
Placed an order for face masks on April 12th and no matter how many times I have tried contacting this company, I have yet to hear anything back. Phone calls go to VM and messages and emails are never getting answered. I understand that masks are in demand at this very moment, especially with what is going on, but the lack of customer service makes me wonder how legit this company was in the first place and why I ever placed an order through a FB ad. Never again! Thank goodness I placed the order using PayPal and I started the dispute process to get my money back.
Complete scam. Avoid them more than you avoid the rona. Masks never arrived. Email _and_ phone inquiries are ignored.Id like to think theyre a young company who got in over their heads with sales but all indications are they are outright scammers instead. A legit company would have responded to calls or emails.

Follow up submitted 12/28/2020: I finally, much to my surprise, did receive the masks 21 business days after my order was placed. My partner and I have been wearing and machine washing and air drying them for many months now. They are beautiful, of high quality, comfortable and very sturdy. The wire that helps shape the mask around your nose is really great for helping to prevent fogged up glasses. I tried wearing a different mask to the grocery store last week and I was miserable and wished I had brought this one instead. This was money well spent after all, and a purchase worth waiting for.I placed an order for two facemasks on April 15. Their website said theyd arrive by April 24th. My bank account shows they took the money out a couple of days later. Immediately after I ordered they sent a suspicious text to my phone from the Milwaukee area code that said I would have to install an app I never heard of to track my order and provided a link. I of course did not do that. Luckily, I paid via PayPal and I think my purchase is therefore protected and I can get a refund. After reading the other recent reviews, I am assuming this operation is a scam that was taking advantage of people who wanted to order whimsical and personalized, (I ordered the adorable Astronaut Kitty design) instead of bland or scary facemasks to prevent the spread of Covid-19, and they have no intention of fulfilling any orders. Beware of ads for facemasks that appear in the middle of articles youre reading!
Placed order April 13th. Received an e-mail saying orders placed on the 13th would be processed in the next 6 days. It is now May 13th and still no further updates. Their Facebook page is gone and they dont reply to e-mails.
Do not order from on cue apparel! They are far from professional and lack on customer service skills. I placed an order on April 16th and haven’t received it yet. It’s been almost a month since I placed my order and I’ve reached out through email, Facebook, Instagram several times no response. They were quick enough though to take my money from my account the next day. Be aware of this company, it seems to me they are a bunch of scammers!!
