Would highly recommend this place for all your printing needs. I had a very small job that I needed help printing in a rush —annoying I know. Even though it wasn’t something with a big payout, the gentleman working there took the time to look at my document on the computer with me and print out a test version to make sure my booklet came out with the correct layout I wanted, since I clearly didn’t know what I was doing. He did the job same day, and he charged me literally 1/10th of the price another place had quoted me the day before. When I need a bigger job done I will for sure be returning. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I had an excellent experience recently with Minuteman Press. I had a very small, but very important rush job that I needed done in the middle of the COVID-19 shutdown. My boss has been doing business with Minuteman Press for over 10 years. We had placed and order for two (2) boxes of envelopes over a month ago. I contacted the company on a Friday, February 15, 2019 to check on the status and was told that they had a problems with there printing machine but would try and have them done as soon as possible. I explained to the gentleman that I was almost out of envelopes and that I would need them by Tuesday. My boss went on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, and the guy that was there was so rude and nasty. I know for a fact because I was on the phone with my boss when he was there and heard everything. His name is Jean Paul. He yelled at my boss and told him that the printer was not working and that he does not know when he will have the envelopes done. My boss asked to speak with the owner and he said that the owner was not in and that he does not speak to customers by phone. Every bad experience and we took our business somewhere else. Do not deal with this company. The services is awful and the people are rude.

I do A LOT of printing for work/school and finding Amir was a dream come true. He goes above and beyond to make sure I receive high-quality products and even shares his expertise to make sure things are perfect. Thanks to him all of my projects and presentations are top notch quality. JP is also a great help. These guys are my go-to for all of my printing needs and I couldnt imagine printing anywhere else.

We were out of town at a conference and needed business cards. They designed and printed cards for us the same day. The quality was amazing. The cards look great. If everything is completely smooth start to finish, you are lucky. Not one part of this experience has been smooth for our company. When we asked for a quote, the owner was FAST to get that to us and to charge our credit card. He was diligent, sending e-mails and calling asking for the deposit to initiate the order. After that, things did a complete 360. Our first delivery was a month late. Our second delivery (paid for at the beginning of the year) has still not been delivered. We were offered a refund so that we could take our business elsewhere 2 and a half weeks ago and we have still not received it. Now, the owner stopped answering our phone calls or returning our messages. Be prepared to be met with deceit, ignored phone calls, and unanswered questions. This has been a complete disaster. If you are looking for good (or even decent) customer service, professionalism and peace of mind... do not use this company. Save yourself the headache. I have never left a bad review for anyone (even after a poor experience) in all of my years as a consumer. This situation has been disgusting, to say the least. If I could go back in time, I would have never made the first phone call to them.

On 12 April 2017, my brother and I went to Minuteman Press to ask if they could help make a commemorative pamphlet for our father. Time was very short because our fathers funeral was imminent.Fortunately, Minuteman employs a compassionate and knowledgeable gentleman named Amir, who quickly appreciated the gravity and urgency of our need.He dropped what he was doing, and invited us to sit with him immediately, so that together we could produce all required pamphlets over the next hour. In less than that time, he produced 50 polished pamphlets that exceeded our highest hopes. He offered several suggestions that were immediately appealing to us. He also listened attentively to all our requests, and then skillfully implemented them.We could not have produced such desirable pamphlets in such a timely way if we had not met someone like Amir. He and Minuteman Press were a very precious discovery.Part of what impressed us was the genuine sympathy Amir obviously had for our loss. He said that he hated taking money for jobs like this, and he firmly refused to accept a tip of any amount.Our experience of Minuteman Press could not have been more positive, and thus we cannot recommend their services more highly.

Place not open during business hours (Monday after 9am). No sign or notice. No one answering the phone. Voice mailbox tells you its full and hangs up on you. Agh! Wasted trip.

Unprofessional & Unethical...Went there to print some business cards. They gave me a proof in 4 days [and I was told the next day]Every time I visited I had to talk with a different person and each one of them messed up. No coordination whatsoever.

Really bad experience, they dont have many options, they dont look, really bad costume service.Very bad customer service, they do not know how to attend, they offer almost no options and leave you waiting.
