Dont do business with Luis Mesa or Hammerhead Creative Designs/Shower Enclosures! I gave Luis a deposit on a kitchen with granite counter installation, 3 bathroom cabinets, 1 storage armoire, 4 shower enclosures and sanding and refinishing of a wood spiral staircase. That was in 2017!!! The work was to be completed in June of 2018 and to this date, IT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. The kitchen is poorly made with shoddy work. He has not completed doors, drawers, pantry. The work he has done is sloppy. An afterthought at best.The only item he completed 100% is a small wood vanity. Ive had to pay DOUBLE for the granite installations, and shower enclosures as he keep saying it was delayed etc etc. He kept asking for more and more deposits claiming that pricing on materials was going up. When my contractor and I kept asking for an installation date to continue scheduling my whole house remodel, all we received were excuses as to why he couldnt install. I wish I would have gone with the cabinet maker my contractor recommended!!! His excuses ranged from his truck not working, not having any money, workers not showing up, problems with his shop, being in the hospital, and on and on. We have paid him almost all of the money due to his incessant asking for more and more. We have given him every opportunity to make good. I have even rented a van several times to pick up my materials and any items he may have ready, but the same morning I go to the shop, he does not show up or answer his phone. We cannot continue with this madness and have hired other companies to complete the work he either didnt begin or didnt finish. We are distraught over how a business owner can so blatantly lie and cheat and steal. Please learn from our experience and DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON OR COMPANY. BE WARNED!!

Hammerhead Creative Designs aka Luis Mesa is a scammer and a thief! I hired him over a year ago for several projects have paid him thousands of dollars and not one project is complete! My house is destroyed and this company is MIA do not under any conditions hire this person. He has stolen my money and I come to find out he has done this to many, many other customers including designers. My bathrooms have been in this condition for over 5 months. He had me without a kitchen for 7 months and many, many other projects that are incomplete. This has been the worst experience of my life!

Very good people and very familiar, pero️ but in terms of the promise of delivering a job on time, FOR NOTHING . I leaned on his word and I trusted a lot to move my electronics store within an agreed period of time, stop hiring someone who did it at that time and it was very bad taking more than 3 times the agreed time.Nice people and very friendly, but in terms of the promise of delivering a job on time, NOT AT ALL .
