Months in advance, Angel Leyva supposedly an employee of Stone Exclusive, gave me an estimate to fabricate and install countertops in my new kitchen. I personally went to Stone Exclusive (4410 NW 74 Ave., Miami, FL 33166) to choose the granite matching the colors of my kitchen and paid in advance to set it aside. Time passed because the appliances took months to arrive and when it was time to measure and install, Angel was always busy with another installation. Finally, few days later he sent a colleague of his to measure and do the work.The new installer gave me a new price (considerably higher than the previous one) and I accepted because I needed the kitchen as soon as possible (at this moment, I had been without kitchen for more than 2 weeks and I was physically limited after surgery).I must say that the installer (Ronald Palacios) did a good work, and was respectful. The problem was that Angel Leyva neither gave him the correct piece of granite nor did he tell Ronald how I wanted the job (the joints weren’t done where I asked them to be and part of the backsplash wasn’t the right size). I tried to contact Angel Leyva and he never answered to my calls or texts again. Now, I have a granite installed that did not match the colors in my kitchen.I called the company to complain and they told me that Angel Leyva had not worked there for a long time and although I assured them that I went to their companys facilities to choose the piece of granite, they did not feel responsible and did not apologize. I found it curious that they did not even care that someone who does not work there would have access to the material and put the company’s reputation at stake. I feel cheated by Angel Leyva and in some way by Stone Exclusive. I’m so dissatisfied that as soon as I can I will change my kitchen’s granite again.I do not recommend this company.

We are Very impressed with the quality of service. From day one when we made contact with this place, Valentina was very helpful and responsive. Then Yasser was involved in the whole process from helping us chose the quartz, to going onsite to make measurements and even made a template. Due to holidays coming up, they made the commitment to make our kitchen in just a few days, and they deliver to the expectations. We had 3 guys (Ángel, Lesdiel, and a third I don’t have the name). They did an amazing job. Great attention to detail. We have did our bathroom vanity about 3 months ago, and it looked great. So we decided to do the kitchen with them too. Great service, attention to detail, delivered and installed on time. Strongly Recommended.
