I love the flavors.

This place is so dirty and has a terrible smell! We came to get an ice cream for my son and left without getting anything! If thats how they keep the outside where clients can see, I can only imagine the inside where the ice cream is made! We are so grossed out!

Great ice cream!We had vanilla w/hot fudge and vanilla blended w/oreos.Both were delicious, highly recommend.

I love Carvel. My favorite dessert is ice cream and they have the best ice cream I’ve ever tried and I’ve tasted almost every type of ice cream (Did I say it’s my favorite dessert?) the place isn’t quite clean, but the people here are nice and never get my order wrong. I come here to eat ice cream not to eat the floor and walls. So many bad reviews for no reason when the ice cream here is better than any other place.

Very disappointed, there was bugs on the counter, no cover over toppings that were stale, and the ice cream was freezer burned, had ice all over it

If u want a good ice cream experience come here 100% Ive been coming here since i was a kid and the ice cream has never disappointed.

I asked for an order to be made 3 days beforehand and when I got there they told me the lady forgot to make it. All they had to say was “sorry, go get another cake”. How do you forget to make a cake you had 3 days to make? And I even called in the day before to ask about the cake!

Delicious treats and friendly staff.

I went to buy a birthday cake for my daughter. The guy takes my order but in a sloppy fashion writes Happy Birthday and my daughters name. Then he lets someone else go ahead of me who’s card is not working. He has a very dirty appearance. He wears a white shirt that yellowing in the armpit area sloppy hair with beads of sweat on his brow and was wearing A dirty mask. Please remind me not to come here ever again.

The icecream are the best

If it wasnt for my craving of a strawberry milkshake I would have left the second I walked through the door. The shake was good and the single present employee was nice but the place was disgusting on the inside. It looked like it was violating health and building codes. I really wouldnt have been surprised if I found a roach or something in my shake.

It was Saturday 6:45 pm, the place was closed no Ill-be-back sign, the owner or manager seemed to be the only attendant, people waiting outside for service, he was in the nearby supermarket for about 45 minutes till he came back, we were able to spot him thanks to the Carvel badge he was wearing on his old polo shirt, dirty appearance looking like a mechanic, serving the ice cream without gloves, dirty looking hands, lack of personal hygiene in general, very poor writing ability on top of our B-day ice cake, we had no choice but we will never come back.

I love going there with my family. Ice Cream is delicious and staff are really welcoming. I just wish they weren’t so stingy when giving the icecream. You’re paying to get a full scoop of ice cream... not half. Lately I’ve been noticing they don’t give as much. Boomer !

This is my first time here in Miami, Florida. Here these past few days, Ive been craving dairy and smoothies. A friend that i met here told me he knew of a really food ice cream joint and brought me to this place tonight and it is absolutely amazing. I will most definitely be coming back my next visit and most definitely bringing my child here as well for a sweet treat. Thank you for you sweet and respectful customer service.

Unfortunately I didnt get to take a photo. Floor throughout facility was filthy. My husband nicely informed the store clerk of the dirt and tissue in the floor as she was finishing up our order. Seemingly she ignored his statement and he asked if she heard him. She stated, I heard you, and proceeded to give us our change. No noticeable concern. We have been coming here off and on for 2 years with the facility looking worse. Nice people,but poor upkeep. We cant continue to come here.

I love this place, excellent food & service. I will be bringing family next time. It has a nice interior.

So the ice cream was good but the service was slow and the place was disgustingly dirty! There was a leaky fridge that they just put a rag on and the fridges were covered in dirt. Made me wonder about how clean the ice cream equipment was.....

Friendly staff and the best ice cream in Miami

This place had rats outiside! I was sitting outside eating my ice-cream and I witnessed rats walking back to back. I dont know if they were tenants of the plaza, but they were less than 4 ft from the ice cream shop.

I went to the store today and the manager Dario was so rude to me... I order a strawberry shortcake he gave me a banana and strawberry Dasher. When I told him thats not what I order he got upset and told the other associate to finish my order. When it was time for me to pay I gave her a brand new $50. 00 bill that I got from the bank. The assistant told him, the bill looks good and he observed my bill and told me, I dont like the way this bill looks give me another one. How rude is that !!! I work hard for my money and Im an honest person I under no circumstances deserved to be called a FRAUD!! HE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT HIS CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT AND BE MORE POLITE.

Never give negative reviews but this place really deserves one- been to Carvel before and all the other locations I’ve been to have always been great.When walking in here, the only person in there who saw us didn’t even acknowledge us and pretended not to see us, he was looking down after, we said hi to get his attention and he seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently as he just stood there looking down at something (could’ve been his phone?) finally he sees us and makes us wait another minute before slowly approaching and asking what we wanted. So rude. We asked for chocolate flavor on a cone and he replied “nah, don’t have that”... don’t have chocolate? Okay. Just seemed like he didn’t even want to bother.We walked out.

This Carvel is horrible . The floor was dirty so was the top of the freezers. The ice cream cakes had freezer burn all over them. The cakes and ice cream looked very old. The guy working there had a terrible attitude also. Will never step foot in this place again.

I give it 1 Star because I cannot put it less. There is nothing more unpleasant than finding a mega hair tangled in your ice cream. The super bad service you arrive and they dont have a mask when it comes to serving and they pout if you demand it.

The customer service is horrible. The man who worked on January 19, 2021 at 10 p.m. has no politeness or courtesy to clients. I ordered an Uber eat with them and they didnt have what they offered in the app. The man called me on the phone rudely to tell me to cancel my order because the ice cream they had cost 5 dollars more and he was not going to send it to me. There were 3 different drivers to look for my order because the employee did not want to cancel it, he wanted me to pay 5 dollars more for another different ice cream that I did not need. I never order anything from this place again. It is shocking and shameful that they have workers like that rude man with no culture or education working for that business.

Never order anything from this place, the service is horrible, neither by phone nor in person do it. The place is horribly dirty. The man who attends the customers at night has no education or kindness or culture of customer service, I went to buy a cake and he treated me with attitude, it bothered him to answer my questions. The owner of this place should better review the people he hires and improve the appearance of both the workers and the restaurant. I will never return to this place again. It is not recommended at all 👎

Excellent fast attention and they are very friendly, not low but affordable prices, I recommend it. You find all kinds of ice creams, from children to birthdays.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. The one who attended me when serving does not use gloves or disinfect their hands. It looks bad that no one takes a bath. Those who attend use gloves when they serve ice cream. I hope they get a health inspector.

Everything is terrible, the place is destroyed and dirty, the man who attends has a bad appearance, a grown beard, dirty pants, arms with laserations, long nails and the worst thing is that he receives money in the box and does not disinfect his hands to prepare the ice cream, I almost died of disgust .... a lady arrived and was eating and so with her mouth full she spoke to him. Ufff

Terrible attention, the person who attends always has a bad face, gave me a shake with expired milk and I exchange it for another that was 3/4 parts of milk and one part of ice cream. Bad look of the place! I had kept coming because its close to my house but todays attention was worse than ever
