Ricky Bakery has really good pastries. I also tried the mini Cubano sandwich. It tasted really good. The box of pastries was gone in a second when I met family. Keep up the great job

I wont ever know if their food is any good. My mom just wanted two pastelitos while she waits at her doctors office. Which came out to $2.00 they wouldnt allow me to buy them for her because theres a five dollar minimum purchase with debit card to the owners/managers no one CARRIES CASH in 2021n you werent going to make me buy more stuff than I wanted

I JUST WENT TO BUY 2 CUBAN BREAD. BREAD WAS AWESOME BUY HAD TO WAIT HALF AN HOUR . ONLY TWO PERSON UP FRONT. AND THEY WERE FAST .PROBLRM IS THAT THERE IS NO COMMON SENSE. THEY WERE ATTENDING DELIVERY FIRST FOR UBER AND THE LINE WAS INCREASING. EVERY BODY WERE COMPLAINING FOR EXTREEMLY WAITING TIME. BREAD WERE GOOD BUT DOESNT WORTH FOR WAITING TIME.

This bakery is a complete disaster!! They get everything wrong and everything is done upset. Don’t even think about ordering through Uber eats. Everything comes cold and wrong. Let’s not talk about the customer service in person. Those women are the most unfriendly women I have ever seen.

What a great find! Friendly bi-lingual staff (Spanish-English) Good food and portions. We ordered Cuban Mix Sandwiches...they were huge and very fresh and tasty. Also purchased 2 boxes of pastries as a thank you gift.Loads of parking and everything handicap-accessible. Clean restrooms.

Here is my experience in the bakery:Cheese croquettes, ham and cheese empanadas are good but the cafecito is over priced yet my thing is the service.Last time I went there was only two people on service and two costumers (me included). I saw what I considered to be the height of lack of costumer service and it pushed me towards taking the decision of no longer giving them business.The elderly sir next to me was having a small treat on the counter and a small piece fell on the floor. I understand that one of the two ladies working there had just cleaned it but the piece was small and it will be cleaned immediately; even if it has been a full blown cake breaking into a still wet floor the answer should have been one of kindness, understanding and professionalism.It wasnt the case.This elderly sir ( Im stating the age for you to understand that maybe the answer back would have been different towards someone with a larger capacity to fence for themselves quicker) apologized and told the lady behind the counter (Lady 1) I dropped something Im sorry. She called the one who had just cleaned the floor (lady 2).Lady 2 answer with a passive aggressive sarcastic attitude : look how pretty you eat sir! The floor is freshly cleaned.The sir, embarrassed, and moving with the harshness of age tried to retrieve the pieces he could while Lady 2 ( a red-haired lady with thick drawn on eyebrows) just stood there in passive aggressive energy.The sir went to the bathroom to clean his hands and came back to tell them that something was broken because water splashed. Again lady 2 with the attitude oh it shouldnt have happened to the sir who proceed to answer it did, just letting you know. He left.This is what should have happened:Piece of food fell to the clean floorThe sir: Im sorry this happenedPeople Working in the bakery: Dont worry sir we will take care of it have a nice day!THE END.But it didnt and is not the first time I go to this coffe shop and witness subpar service yet this was my last straw. The store was empty, it was almost the end of the shift, there was no visivel uber order to stress them yet this was how the employees behaved? I dont want to be there on rush hour... who knows maybe more people would have given a stop to the bad attitude 🙄 😒Hope this help yall who wondered about the place.

Ordered a Cuban sandwich without mayo and for some reason they also omitted the mustard and pickles. Ridiculous.

Closing time is 7pm. Im at the door at 6:20 pm and it is locked with employees inside. Dont complain about covid if youre not willing to work.

Lovely bakery with friendly service. We arrived at noon on a Saturday and found that they serve all day breakfast, which was great. The food was delicious! They also have fresh baked pastelitos. Ricky bakery is an authentic cuban style cafe.

Its okay, too commercialized. The bread (pan cubano) is hard and cold. The staff is nice but very slow. The pastelitos are okay, your better off at Islas Canarias.

The food is delicious, and my kids love your croquetas... Im giving you a fout 🌟, because today I was waiting in line for over fifteen minutes. When I was finally the first in line, the ladies begin to take everyones order except mine... One of them at me, smile and go on... No one asked me what I wanted or if someone had taken my order already... I took my disappointed kids, left the bakery, and none of them asked me why I was leaving...Very disappointed...

The food was great but the service I received was so rude I even told her to Treat customers in a better way because she was rude and unprofessional . It’s really sad that south a good Has south bad custumer service .

Yesterday, October 5, 2020, I was in the place, it was 5:27, they were already closed, but there were people still in the place closing, I approached the glass and made a sign to the person who was standing and he simply told me we are closed, I just wanted to place an order for the next day, seeing that they were closed I just wanted to make sure that the next day I could order, this is the second time that happens to me, really a shame, the horrible costomer service today they lost a client, I wanted 30 mixed trays, thats my insistence at the door of the place, I recommend that people who go to this establishment do it during working hours so that you do not leave as frustrated as I am, at the end of each corner there is a bakery

Cuban pastry and good treatment of workers

Today I went to the bakery and really the attention is very bad, I thought to sit down to eat and then ask for a sweet but they were charging me and they did not even give me time to buy something else after lunch because the minimum amount is 5 $ lousy I do not return more, instead of waiting for me to finish eating and ask for something more to pay as I always do everywhere .. I do not recommend it, they are very odious women who work there ill-educated falls short

When making orders over the phone, be sure when picking up the order that is complete. Whenever we order something we are missing one or two things and if you are going to claim you have to stand in line and wait up to 1/2 hour for anything. Very bad service

The staff that works ... does not know how to treat the client ... it is very unpleasant !!!! They do not know the things they sell and they get upset when you need something else ... I DO NOT recommend this place !!!

For me the best bakery in Miami, the first class and very friendly employees. A very cozy place and delicious cakes.

The only thing they know how to do is tell you what to expect, when you go to order a cake they will raise and lower the price as you please, they are not professionals they told me to pick up the cake at 11, I arrived at 11 oclock and I they said 30 min more. If it werent for I gave half the money, I wouldnt take the cake here. DONT COME HERE.
