One of the worst company I have ever deal with. Never make on time. Neighbor delivery on time. They also took my eyes mission not knowing me. It affecst my business. I will never recommend this company for nobody.

Roaches IN the ice! After filling her water thermos with Tropical Ice from one of their bags, my girlfriend found, the next day after it all melted, that there was a cockroach sitting in there! She was drinking with that ice! The thing is sealed, nothing can get in it, the roach came with the ice! She has been so sick since she found it that I have to write this. It’s utterly disgusting. Should we retain a lawyer?

Horrible customer service.

Very rude and unwelcoming. Went to try to get dry ice before the hurricane. Nobody greeted me so I walked up and asked for the ice. He told me see the guy in the office. The guy in the office rushed me to make my decision when asking for pricing.

Its amazing because HURRICANE Irma left alot of people without power and this place helped the public alot. People came from miles around to get ice. And they were not turned away!!!
