We ordered our Thai Baht currency on Sunday night at Dadeland Mall, we got a call on Monday around noon that the currency was ready for pick up. Low transaction fees, competitive rates, convenient location ( we did not have to drive to down town Miami!), friendly and knowledgeable staff... they will have my repeat business!

Ill start by saying that their $3 transaction fee is lower than the airports $5 fee; however, their exchange rate isnt that much better. So unless Sawgrass mall is your primary destination, I wouldnt go out of my way to go here for currency exchange.The main issue with this establishment was the poor customer service. Clerk was on the phone when we walked up to the the counter, and while we made eye contact, she failed to acknowledge us or say Ill be right with you. Instead, she turned the other way and continued on the phone. Once off the phone she proceeded to assist us with a bitter attitude.

I said hello, and asked politely if they were open. The answer from a male worker there was that they were closed for 20 minutes for a shift change. 20 mins ?Wow. They should put their hours somewere visible and online so people dont have to come and wait for 20 mins when Theyre changing a shift
