This place has been in business for decades, but I never had a reason to go in, until recently.I called in advance to see if I needed an appointment to have some sterling silver evaluated, and they said no, come on in any time. When I arrived I was greeted by Ron, and he proceeded to look through all the items I brought in. He separated what had value vs. other items that were silver plated and the like. He spent a good 1/2 hour looking, weighing, and came up with an offer to purchase.He was gracious with his time, has good customer service skills, and I sensed he enjoyed his work. He offered me a fair market price without any pressure.This is the type of place someone (without a lot of knowledge) can stop into, and not worry about being shortchanged. I therefore recommend it to anyone who is thinking of selling their items.
