Was renting a golf cart for halloween for me and my family. Price was supposedly $395 + tax for the cart from Friday drop off until Monday pick up. These people are horrible, do not deal with them. They will not follow through and still expect you to pay full price. STAY AWAY! Especially from the wife. Horrible human being.

This is a great office! The employees were so kind to walk me through everything that was wrong with my cart and what I could do to avoid hurting the cart in the future! The bossman, Ken, was so cool! He explained everything that would have to be done to the golf cart so it could run better than ever! Hes even going to help me make it street legal!!

I went in the other day with my wife, a little scared because of the reviews, but I was astonished. The owner was attentive and let me know every step of the way what he was doing and why. The golf cart I wanted needed a lot of details and Ken was very accommodating even suggesting a few things that made it better and overall a bit cheaper. When I went to pay, the woman who was writing me up was so kind as to let me know what I was paying for and couldn’t have been nicer. I don’t know if I just caught them on a good month and a half but I can assure you all my golf cart business will be related to them!

I went into this business totally prepared with everything I needed to say and this wonderful young lady working the front desk was able to help me find all the parts I needed and get me substitute parts so it came out cheaper than I imagined!! Way better than Advantage Gold Cart!! Still SO happy with this service.

Owner Ken and Carla were super great!!! I had an event I had to cater on a 40 acre farm and needed these golf carts badly. They made sure to not only get the cars all ready for me but stayed the entire night of the event just in case anything happened to the carts. Will use them again the moment I need golf carts!!

Three days ago my cart stopped running. i call owner of this buisness dade equipment from the bahamas to see he can come and fix it. He said no cant come because of the virus. he said he call me at six after he finish work to help. he call and he helped me step by step to fix my own cart ! i work with fishes all day never motors but owner explained so good that carts runs like normal. thanks man ten out of ten stars for you

For the past week and a half my fathers golf cart has been having trouble. I was very thankful I found Ken who was very helpful on our very troubled cart. He took the time to find the real source of the problem and not only found the source but explained to us exactly how to fix it and how it would be least expensive to do it. Thank you ken!! I happened to go there on a day the business was closed and Ken the owner happened to go to the shop to pick up something and he was nice enough to open for me and sell me what I needed. Ended buying the parts I needed at a very reasonable price and of actually very good quality.If you call on the phone they may sound a bit rushed but thats probably because they are busy. If you you will be treated fairly. I had a family member buy a cart from them and they were also happy with the experience.

They picked up the same day I called. And didnt charge me any transportation fees like the other guys. The owners were very nice, and took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my car. Now my car is finally working well. 100% reliable

This Dade Equipment is awesome!!! And they were professional as well! They came to fix my golf cart the day after I called them and were able to fix the issue with no hiccups. It’s been two weeks and it’s been running smoothly. One night it didn’t charge and I thought something broke but turns out I didn’t plug it in LOL!!

The only reason this has one star is because 0 stars is not an option.I needed a part of the suspension replaced, along with changing the ignition and adding a voltage meter. I made the mistake of going to this shop and dealing with the owner, Ken. We arrange for the cart to be picked up at my house so he can work on it at his shop. He “completes” the job and has it delivered to the house after 2 different times Ken would tell me “it’s on the way, it’ll be there in an hour”.It gets to my house, seems fine, runs like it should, the meter was put in (not the digital reading I requested), and the ignition wasn’t changed.Then I noticed the part they replaced was definitely the wrong size based on that it was nearly double the size of the same part on it’s counter side. I let Ken know right away and he had it towed. I would call every few days to check the progress, every time I would call, I would get his secretary which was always rude and would even poorly cover the phone and tell whoever is around “he calls everyday about the same thing”, and I would be able to hear it. After getting a hold of Ken directly he tells me “it’s been done, I just don’t have a driver today”. No problem, I can understand I suppose. I call him the next day, he says “I’ve got my driver doing deliveries by you, I’ll have him put it on the truck and take it to you”. I cancel some plans and he never showed. Called him the next day, says “my delievery truck broke down. But the work is done, I’ll get it out to you as soon as I can.” Never showed and never called. I call him after the weekend, he tells me “it’s done, it’s ready, itll be at your house by 4 o’clock.” So I have my wife cancel her plans to await the arrival of the golf cart. Just so I can be done with this guy once and for all...Never showed. I call him and he doesn’t pick up anymore. After calling through a friends phone, he picks up and says “it’ll be there after 5 today!” (and hangs up). So I head over to his shop to to get to the bottom of this and see what’s going on with the cart. When I walk in he keeps repeating “it’s ready and it’ll be there by 5”. I ask him why he keeps ignoring my phone calls and telling me that it is on the way meanwhile it never showed up. He only would repeat that it will be there by 5. I told him I would be back with the police if he does not show up this time. He then grabbed a pen and paper and asked for my address. Just after 5 PM it was delivered, the large incorrect part had been replaced and the cart moved as I expected. Guess what, ignition wasn’t changed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I would however, encourage anyone thinking about doing any kind of business here to read this story and the very similar, consistent stories before mine before wasting your time in this place.

They were very professional and brought me my golf cart on christmas eve at 10:30 pm. I asked Kenneth if he could bring the car on the 24th at 10:30 pm so I could really suprise my kids and he did it. No other buisness I know that would do that. Would recommend.

I was looking for a particular part for my older model club car for over a month. Even after searching online I was unsuccessful. I called Dade equipment and Kenny invited me over telling me he may have a used one at the shop. I was starting to lose hope and began to resort to buying a new cart. Instead, When I got to the shop he had the part in hand. Also offered to pick up my car and repair it at the shop With no delivery cost. Although I am mechanically inclined and did the labor myself,His advise and prompt service made it easy to know where I will go in the future for all my service needs. Thanks a lot guys!!

My gas 4 passenger golf car was runnin real real bad so I took it to a few places and no one could helo me. I was so sick of having to pay so much money and for nothing, right? so i brought it over here just so i could one last opinion because my buddy Kellin said they were good right? I walk in and the one moment I describe the issue to the lady in the front, she told ken could do it and called him over. When I tell you the guy looked at my car, ran it for a minute, and was able to diagonose it, i was shocked dude. I figurdd why not and let him have it. He told me one week. Alright one week. This guy then calls me TWO days later and says the car is done. TWO DAYS LATER! When i went to go get it it was running better than when i first got the thing. It was amazing I couldnt belive it bro. I went in to this shop looking for a suitable present for my brothers birthday this coming November. In actuality I know little to nothing about golfcarts and hadnt the slightest clue of what it would need. I spoke to the lady who does all the paper work in the front, Giannira, and she took me over to meet Ken, the owner, so he could give me an idea. Though he is a very lively man and full of emotion and jokes all throughout, he explained to me everything I needed to know. I had mentioned that I havent an idea of what I need or had to get and he promptly walked me to a plain golfcart on the showroom floor and broke it down for me, piece by piece. He then expalined what a basic model had and what it needed to run perfect. He then handed me back to his wife who explained what could be added and for what prices, alongside writing down all the prices for me. It was alot of information but thankfully they both explained it very very well and I was able to go home to explain to my husband, Carl, just as well. We will be returning in the next week to start the process of buying but I am very confident in the hands of this company.Thank you.

I needed a part for my ezgo flatbed so he went into the back and he got it for me in less than five minutes. we gots to talking and now he is now in the beginning process of creating a custom golfcart for my sweet girls quincenera.

The owner of this company ken is so unprofessional rude the parts they use to fix the carts are used parts they just paint them black with spray paint and sell it to you as new and all ways want to pick up the cart bring to shop this way you never really know how long it took to fix your cart it could be a siemple wire come lose or a battery cable rust do to battery acid a siemple cut put a new terminal on fixed or just repair the wire in general a $10 item turn into $300 between pick up and drop off fee plus shop time and not really knowing the truth of what was the problem they just tell you a story SAD MY ADVICE STAY AWAY SCAMERS !!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THUGS!!! They picked up my cart on October 2017 to get it fixed - the golf cart was under warranty by their company . First, they called and said I owed them $1,200 because charger Was broken which was not true . Then they said it was something else . They couldnt find paperwork to honor warranty so I sent copies to them . After 6 months, and a lot of back and forth ( including contacting Miami Dade Consumer Protection Services,) I had to go pick up my cart because they will not deliver it . Ken is a liar of the worst kind and everyone in that company covers for him. He can look you in the face like if nothing, even though he kept my cart for 6 months. I brought my cart home, paid $100 to bring home and it broke down as soon as I drove it off the tow truck . Liars and con artists of the worst kind. Worst I have seen!!!

Super sketchy, rude on the phone, and hung up on me for no reason. I already got the impression they didnt want to answer my question. Very simple question. The lady said, whats this about, hold please, and after a short time, hung up. I suggest they get a training course in customer service because Im a business owner and I would never behave like this.

Terrible,I had the worst experience dealing with this place(Ken specifically).Long story short, my cart burnt up shortly after I bought it. The cart was taken in 5 times to be repaired, and Ken was just totally mind blown about the problem...It is a golf cart, not a spaceshuttle.The cart has never driven more than a few miles on each ride before it breaks down.I know this is not just a one time problem because I have spoken with others in the golf cart industry down here in south florida, and everyone knows this guy as a crook. Apparently he was run out of the Keys, and after some research on the clerk of courts legal records in both the Keys and Miami, it would be apparent to anyone that you are asking for trouble doing business with him.He was also bragging to us about how much money he makes on his custom ( total Miami riff-raff carts for the interesting crowd we have down here).He is nothing more than a sketchy used car salesman, and if you dont believe me, spend one minute with the guy and make your own decision....
