Worst Dealer ever! I bought a Suzuki drz 2021. I decided to purchase it while still on the box so I had to pay extra for the dealer to assemble it. The day It was ready I drove it out from the dealer, but the bike didnt even make it to my house. It was leaking gas all over. They said they couldnt help that day. They took 2 days to get back to me. According to Mark the sales person, when they put together the bike, they made a hole in the gas tank. Then, they took 2 weeks to return the bike with a messed up rim. I dont recommend this dealer at all, stay away. Worst experience ever.

Can Am 2012 Spyder Bombadier Model “BLU” needed new battery. Called early this morning Rivas and battery was in stock. Was asked to bring bike in and new battery was installed same day! Was provided with Blu’s needs for maintenance in near future which was very helpful. Ray and Rivas techs provided excellent care and customer service for which I am very grateful.
Do not recommend. They hounded me for months when I was interested in buying something from them. When I went to them for repair warranty they wouldnt even bother answering the phone. They held on to my cart for an entire week without looking at it. No one even addressed me or my issue when I went to get it. They just handed my the keys and said ABSOLUTELY nothing. I dont advise giving them your business.
I bought my boat a few years back with them. All my jet boat services has been with them and I cant complain about it. Customer service is great. The guys at the parts department are amazing, super helpful, and they always try to help you to their best. Super recommend.

This place is a joke. I went with the intent of purchasing a brand new bike and I agreed to give them the downpayment they wanted with an excellent credit score. The staff was very unprofessional. I had the salesman telling me like 5 times, basically yelling at me: go eat!, like Im a toddler or something, which I felt offended. I also had another person that I never met, dropping into my conversation that I had with the salesman. The banks that they work with are sketchy also, they are asking for immigration documents while I am an American citizen . I felt discriminated by the fact Im from another country even tho I kept saying I have a citizenship they didnt care they wanted more proof that I was legal in the country. AND THEY STILL DIDNT SELL ME THE BIKE ! I do not recommend this place

I ordered a ski from Riva Motorsport of Miami After waiting for 4 months for my ski when it finally arrived they wanted to charge me one thousand dollars over what I was originally quoted. I disputed this with them but they would not go back to the original price. I then started receiving pictures of the Salesman at Riva motor sports of Miami that jet Skis were available even though I had been told I was one of many people in the list.So if there are people on a list behind me how are they able to advertise the jet ski as “available” on social media. I was then able to get in contact with a person that’s close to the owner that was able to help me out. I was contacted by Riva Motor Sports by both the Finance Manger and the store Manger.I was told that they would resolved the issue and that as soon as they found me another ski they would contact me. A few days went by and I then received another picture of a Salesman advertising the same ski I was waiting for as “available”. I tried to reach the finance manager for 3 days and left countless of voicemails for him to reach back to me but I never received a call back. The employees at Riva Motor Sports of Miami are super unprofessional and completely lack customer service. These people are crooks, I highly recommend everyone to stay as far away as possible.
After putting a $500 deposit and waiting 3 months I finally got the call that my jet ski was finally available. But when I went to Riva Motorsport in Miami to pick up the ski and sign the paper work I was told the ski was now $1000 dollars over MSRP.If anyone has a pending order with Riva in Miami I suggest you call and make sure they are not going to raise your price. And if you’re thinking of placing a order on a new ski do not go to Riva they will make you wait months and then try to rip you off.
Let me start by saying Riva in Miami is the only place I bring my motorcycle. My motorcycle was not running right, and it had a gas leak. They came to my house and loaded it up on their trailer. Eric in the service department figured out the problem in no time. He gave me a breakdown of what was needed to get it running like new. I thought the prices good, so I went ahead and had them fix it. Let me tell you, my motorcycle runs like new. The service department there is awesome. They always do a great job at a great price. Thanks again Eric.
Horrible costumer service no one knows what they’re doing they don’t explain anything for you they email you the credit application and demand a $1000 for a jetski deposit or you won’t have a chance to get your jetski no one seemed to care or even have interest in going the extra mile for costumers unless they cash out they also never reply to your emails so yea don’t go buy anything in this store they really don’t want you to sell you anything apparently HORRIBLE!

Worse place ever. a lot less than a year ago a payed for replacing my battery, an oil change and putting a new tire (I had the tire) $600. Less than a mont after that my bike was not starting again. I called and this guy Roberto wanted me to pay for the tow truck. After some words, we agreed I didnt have to pay for it. And now after some months and less a thousand miles put into my bike, this one is having the same problem. I just took the bike to this place. The same guy Roberto, first told me I had to make an appointment, I told him that it was ok that I was gonna leave it there to which he said, that then I have to pay $100 dlls for storage. I told him that I wanted to speak to a manager, because I saw him in the back office doing something in the computer, and Roberto said the manager wasnt there. When I told him that he salid they cannot work in my bike because it was a 2009. I was like well you guys are the ones working incorrectly in peoples bike so you gotta fix the problem, to which he just stood up and left the place. Really bad customer service really bad mechanics if you can call hem that
I was purchasing a can am from a private sale that had taken the bike for its frist service. Frist of all I understand everyone has to make money.. but the service that was done cost over 700.00 and it could have been done for under 100.00. Then for some reason a CVT screen filter that goes on the intake is no longer there. Whether it came from factory like that because the bike was bought there or they didnt put it back on during the service... that was the frist time the bike had ever been checked....and by the why the bike was in mint condition! ... either way on the invoice for the service it says it was checked which it obviously was not because the mechanic would have noticed it missing. I went back spoke with the manager Eric... after a few words and conversation he said no problem i will get you a new one its only 30 dollars after they had made a killing with the price of the service. That was a week ago. I called now to see if the part was in an he has the audacity to tell me that the bike never came with it! I hung up the phone and wrote this review.. I have never ever written a review ever. This is the frist one ever. I have been disappointed before but the level of lies and as far on paper the thievery of an over priced service! This is outrageous. I would hope that everyone sees this review and runs far away from Riva motor sports of Miami... furthermore I am a long time listener to 105.9.. and the lies about this place in the commercial... they should say the truth on how dishonest this place truly is!They have just lost what would have been a customer...lost forever and I hope those that heed my warning do the same...Over something that is less than 40.00... do the math after making over 600.00 profit...Way to do business! And I tell you now Its not about the money! Its about the principle!People look at other reviews do your own review many people with the same issues!!Since you responded finally...yes you are correct.. I am upset! your manager lied! He said dont worry whatever happened we will make it right and I will get you the piece..its only $40.00 and when I called back...a week later... he stated that he would not be giving me the piece because the bike doesnt come with it..after I had to call back a week later and he didnt have the courtesy to even call me back to tell me... I had to call... I had a very good experience and was helped and informed thoroughly I was helped by Hector Monteagudo and he was a very helpful, fun, and educated about atvs.He knew all about the bikes and advised me which muffler to buy and guided me on the right path. He gave me good advice and good tips about atvs and different products.
The staff at homestead location mostly care about their pockets, not the customer. Full of professional scammer especially the service manager and Danny Torres. They have no credibility, they will give you one price initially and then tell you something different when coming to pick up. The FIN was a waste of money, I was constantly having problems with it. I wouldn’t recommend it, save your money! I deeply regret purchasing two jetski‘s from them.
Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from here. I went in to purchase jet skis and they said they don’t have any, they said I have to order it and it would get here in 3 weeks and they will call me. So far I’m at 5 weeks and no one calls me. Every time I call, they say only the sales associate who helped me can answer my questions. So they keep transferring me to an extension that just rings forever. When I finally spoke to Javier he told me they have 1 of my jet skis in the warehouse and now I just gotta wait for the other one and they will call me. Again no calls, I call back and Javier says no they don’t have any of my jetskis in, but they should be in by early November. Just really poor communication. I won’t buy from here again.

Bought my first jet ski at Riva Miami couple weeks ago. The entire team was extremely knowledgeable and helped make the process easy. They offered great financing options. Shout out to Andres in Sales for hooking us up with a great deal on a 2017 SeaDoo and Rob in the service department for going over what it takes to maintain and use the machine. We just took it in for the first service after the break in period and Kevin was extremely helpful as well. He fit us into the schedule and had our ski ready in a short couple of hours. All in all, Riva Miami offered a wonderful experience and I can confidently refer all my friends and family knowing they will be treated fairly and with respect.Thanks again Riva!
I have a 2006 custom Hayabusa that is especially important to me. It had been sitting for some time in the garage. I went into Riva Motorsport, the week before to schedule a service appointment. I met with the service advisor (Robert E.), who took all my concerns and information down. He made sure that the tow driver and all parts would be available. He also set the appointment, so I would be able to get my bike back the same day. On the schedule day of service, Riva Motorsport provided preeminent service by sending out the towing service. The driver (Sherriff) was courtesy, professional and skilled in loading motorcycles. They broke the bike down, clean the carburetor, check the oil, brake lines, replaced the spark plugs, and replaced the tires, and fixed other simple issues with my bike and it was up and running the same day. Robert E.- (Svc Advisor) and Richard- (the mechanic) made me understand some of the issues that bad gas can cause, with plugs and carburetor. Richard is a highly skilled mechanic who was very professional, informative and customer service friendly. They also explained how tires can be checked for replacement and safety. They also explained what can happen from not driving it enough and can cause issues with the bike. They also explained other services they can provide. I will be bringing my bike back to change out my rims and chrome kit in a few weeks. Eric- (Svc Manger) was great, the mechanic was running behind putting the bike back together and instead of telling me to come back he stayed with the other members of the team, until they finished it and tested drove it. All in all, the Riva motorsport service experience was 100 times better than any service from any other local dealership. I give Riva six stars if I could! The are the best motorsport shop in the Miami local area. I Thank you and my BUSA thanks you.

Lost keys to our vehicle and instead of actively trying to find them blamed other staff and lied to us. When the keys were found, a technician decided to take the vehicle for a joyride- trying to pop wheelies and driving it unsafely, without a helmet. Dishonest, disrespectful staff and management. Take your business elsewhere.

WORST SERVICE EVER. My jetski stayed there for 9 months and they never fixed it. Robert, the service manager never answered phone calls, always in a meeting or busy. He does not deserve the position he has definitely. When I went to pick up the jetski they wanted to charge for nothing, just for staying there because they never fixed.

I did an appointment on Aug 10, just for regular service on my sea doo prepaid service program by Riva, and I just called today Sep 04 to find out if is ready, and they told me that it wont be ready until next week. I been a customer of Riva for years, even purchased 4 jet skis, 1 atv and a motorcycle. And to tell you the truth, they just lost me as customer. Service Dept is the worst experience ever. Once you purchased something and theyve made their money, they dont care for you anymore.
I decided to do this review based on the great service I recently received from one of the employees of this dealer. Ive been a client of Riva Motorsports Miami since 2016 and unfortunately there has been a few situations where I wasnt happy with the customer service, so today I am pleasant to see that they are hiring persons like Angel Alonzo who is so helpful and professional, and who understands what customer service is about. This 5 stars are definitely for him an the person who hired him lol.

Ive been going to Riva for a little over a year now. I purchased my first jet ski there. Great service and attention to detail in the sales process (shoutout to my sales guy Andres and Rob from service, both of you are great employees). I purchased the maintenance plan which covered maintenance for 3 years and I also have warranty for 3 years. This past week I noticed a performance issue and brought it in for maintenance. They said they would do the maintenance and diagnose the issue. Adam Littman, handled the service and called me back 5 days later to let me know the ski had the maintenance done and that the issue was the wear ring / propeller. Then he goes on to explain that the repair was not covered by warranty and that they would charge me $1400 for the issue (MIND YOU, THE WEAR RING IS A $25-50 PLASTIC PART). I denied the work, did some research and found that local reputable repair shops charge around $200 with parts and labor to replace the wear ring. Adam, is the new service manager there and has quite a bit of learning to do on how to treat customers. He barely budged when asking me to pay for a diagnostic fee for $150, even after he mentioned that they did not have to take anything apart for the diagnostic. He simply said that all they did was look into the intake grate which took less than 10 minutes, however, they were charging me 2 hours of labor for the diagnostic. Extremely unhappy customer here and pretty ridiculous experience. Wont be going back there anymore.
My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 Yamaha AR195 from Riva Motorsports! From the time we called Jorge to tell him what we were looking for, he was on the job! He introduced us to our salesman, Giovanni, who was absolutely amazing! They treated us like royalty, literally! They showered us with respect, kindness, and accessories lol!
