I needed a roof for an existing pergola for my backyard deck. Patio King came by the day we called and begun working on the roof. Bad experience with Patio King and Andres. Definitely would not recommend this company. We contacted Andres for an outdoor kitchen based on his good reviews and his website. He came, we talked about the project, and he said he was going to send a proposal within two or three days, but he never did. Texted, called, and emailed him for more than four weeks to ask about our promised estimate. Every time he apologized, said he was busy and that he was going to send the estimate on the following day. After more than a month of contacting him on a weekly basis and waiting to receive the estimate, we got tired of being ignored and not respected. He actually never replied to our last attempt to communicate and find out if he was interested in working on the project or not. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

This people work very good in creating ideas for the pergola there products are good and it came out very nicely done. They take a little long but the work is perfect. The people are very nice to work with.

I met Andres online and wasn’t sure if I could trust him but at the end he is a very trust worthy guy. Came through with his word big time. I bought all the appliances from him. Only thing I regret is not hiring him to do the entire job. I decided to do project myself and it was the worst decision I did. Project took forever and ended up costing me almost double. For my next one I will hire Andres to do the entire job!

CAUTION: Lousy job, yes it was very pretty for the first week, he didnt do the top cover right, it pours inside when it rains, we called him, he never returned, within a year the 6X6 posts started rotting away, this time I called the son and asked him to give me a price on replacing them, he never returned my call either, They take your money do a lousy job and do not stand behind their work. Most of the good reviews must be fake ones. Im now spending an additional $3K in installing steel posts. Oh, the posts that were supposed to be at least 3 feet into the concrete were only one foot when the steel guy pulled them out, not enough to withstand a category 1 hurricane. And there were some other wrong things I will not get into . Do yourself a favor and use somebody else.

All around great experience with Andres. We received a site visit and quote within a day of calling. The project was started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Our outdoor kitchen turned out better than we expected and the seamless installation makes it look like it was made for our house. Highly recommend
