I have been with this audiology group my entire life and they have never come up anything short of amazing! They truly care about their patients like family. They always take the time required to make sure everything is done right and that you are 100% satisfied. Everyone in this office is top notch, professional, experienced, and always with a smile!

Very welcoming office, Mercy and Debbie in the front are the kindest people you will meet and will help you with any issues you might have. The audiologist Natalie Crespi was very caring and very helpful she will guide you with all your hearing needs. I highly recommend this hearing aid center if you need new hearing aids.

My experience in Kendall Audiology Center was very pleasant. Dr. Monica Blanco was very professional, kind and went beyond to help me out explaining all the details about hearing aids to make the best decision for my needs. I wanted to try two models and she calibered them for my needs to try them out for a few minutes, this was extremely helpful. The personnel at the front desk also very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend them, do not hesitate if you want to evaluate your hearing problems.

Been going to this audiologist for about 15 years and although they have a new location, Nathalie and Mercy are still around (Elizabeth retired). They have 3 new audiologists and a much larger office. Good friendly service and well run.

The staff at Kendall Audiology always goes out of their way to help. Recently my son’s dog ate my hearing aids. Not only did they replace and program the new ones quickly, but took care of the insurance claim. It is good to have people who are professionals on your team but more than that, the staff at KA show sincere empathy towards my ear related problems. They are not just my favorite healthcare professionals, they are like family.

Natalie and Elizabeth did an amazing job! Went in on the recommendation of my sons pediatrician to test his hearing as hes not quite saying words yet, hes 2. Like most kids his age he can be a bit timid around new people and places. He was able to warm up to Natalie and Elizabeth very quickly which made the test go quick and smooth. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful in their recommendations. Minimal wait time and friendly exceptional staff!

Once you visit this place, you will never go to any other audiologist. We have been coming to The Audiology & Vestibular Center since my daughter was 4 y/o and she just turned 26. They are the best.

These professionals have served me for ever 20 years. After making an appointment, there is very little wait time. There is no pressure to buy hearing aids. You pay for a thorough hearing test, but walk-ins for minor problems are free and usually they can solve the problem. I am sad to say that I am moving to Orlando where every audiologist is an unknown. If you are new to Miami or realizing you may need a hearing aid, this is the place to go to. They were originally referred to me by my ENT doctor who said go to an audiologist who will help you and not a storefront for hearing aid sales.

Over 15 years ago, I was involved in a car crash, which brought on major hearing loss.. Because hearing aids are a huge investment, you must try to find the right audiologists. Unfortunately my first audiologist provided minimal care. Luckily I found Dr. Herrera. She and her entire staff, have made it possible for me to have a job again. She has been my audiologist for over 10 years. Most importantly, the after care is phenomenal.
