My experience with Hear USA was great the only reason I didnt give it a five star was the parking situation. I wasnt sure were their parking so I went around the block a few times. Finally, I park in an area and found out through the front desk where their parking is located. Maybe when they confirm appointments they may want to let the patient know.The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The audiologist couldnt have been more friendly and professional. The hearing test was pretty quick and thorough.I had minimal wait time and would recommend the 3121 Coral Way location to family and friends.

Great service, took my father as a new patient, Dr is amazing, made us feel very comfortable, took her time to explain everything with details.. parking is a bit of a problem… but no complaints.

My son has been a patient at this clinic for more than two years, and although we are quite far from home, we prefer to make the trip because it is compensated by the excellent treatment and attention we receive both by the front desk staff and by the Doctors, the last consultation was this September 22 and we were attended by Dr. Noelia, WE ARE DELIGHTED, she attended us with great patience and sweetness, she explained everything in detail and I look for the best treatment option for my son.
