I was very pleased with this doctors office. The lady in the front desk had sent me all the paperwork I need to have filled out since the day I made the appointment and this save me time when I got to my appointment. She had also provided me with all the deductible information so there wouldnt be any surprises. The doctor was also very nice, patient and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience. I highly recommend it.

If I could give 10 stars I would...I am 26 years old and I’ve always needed hearing aids Since I was a little girl but I was never comfortable with wearing them because I thought it would make me “less pretty” or I would get made fun of.... Etc etc.... that was until I started coming to New Generation Hearing.... Dr. Duran was the first doctor that has really made a difference in the way that I see myself using hearing aids. He has really been patient with me through out this entire process over the last few years and has not only worked by me to ensure that I have the most comfortable hearing aids but has also helped me mentally feel confident enough to wear them and not feel ashamed. New Generation Hearing is great and I highly recommended them.

I had a great experience this morning atNew Generation Hearing.I would first like to say I traveled over 20 miles from The Upper Eastside area of Miami to there West Miami Center on SW 107 Ave.and it was well worth the drive.I had a scheduled appointment and arrived about ten minutes before my start time. I was taken in a little early and spent a total of about 45 mins from start to finish. Mind you I had submitted all my paperwork and insurance information via my cell phone in advance.When I arrived Margelia took the time to explain all the many options and styles offered and explained the entire process. Joe Duran was the pinnacle of service and professionalism. He took his time and explained every step, the results of the hearing test, and my options on correction.I paid a second visit last week to fine tune the aids and was again greeted with the utmost courtesy and cheerful attitude.Would recommend anyone to see Joe Duran in Miami for improving their hearing.

Dr Duran is very professional & so is his staff. The location on 107 is very well set up with safe distance & he has hand sanitizer prior to you departing. He wears a mask. My wife, Fifi, just got her new Oticon hearing aids and is thrilled with the equipment and quite impressed with Dr. Durans knowledge and expertise.The new Oticon is rechargeable and there is no need to put in new batteries frequently; the hearing aids themselves are very small and they are really easy for her to put in. At first, she was concerned about how well theyd work in crowded, noisy open spaces or restaurants, but quickly loved how well they work in these kinds of places too. We are all thrilled!!

I have been a patient of the Duran family for almost 30 years. I was referred to Dr.Joseph’s father when I was first diagnosed with otosclerosis at UM hearing department.Since then I have been followed by Dr. Joseph for many years. He is not only professional but the love of his profession cannot be undermined. His staff is very compassionate and aware of the challenges that we, the hearing impaired face .I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Duran and his staff to New Generation for management of hearing loss.

I set up an appointment for my dad with Dr. Duran and he was great! He really took the time to explain our options and explain the type of hearing loss my dad has, what would be best for him and how it would work. I recommend that anyone dealing with hearing issues or has a family member that does goes to Dr. Duran. He was very knowledgeable and helped my dad tremendously.
