Favorite was tostones with pulled chicken, would eat two orders if I could.Prices will vary depending how much you can eat, dont be a hungry hippo like me and my family... As a Mexican-American its difficult to find the true balance between abuelas home-made cooking and Lady Libertys creativity. A-Mari-Mix absolutely nailed the authentic flavor with its own spin on Mexican cuisine. From the tacos al pastor to a simple kids cheese quesadilla, flavor and presentation stole the show. Absolutely fantastic! Keep it up guys!

I drove almost an hour to A-Mari-Mix after seeing it listed by Food & Wine as having the best burrito in Florida and it didnt disappoint. I got ropa vieja (as the article recommended) and it was definitely one of the best burritos Ive ever had. It seemed a little small but was packed full and had good ingredient proportions. The ropa vieja itself was great and I have little doubt the other meats would be just as good.The elote was borderline life-changing. A little expensive compared to most but absolute perfection.I ordered online and had an easy, quick pickup experience. The staff was extremely nice and thanked me by name. Highly recommended!

I won’t say the food is bad but I really didn’t like the fusion of Cuban & Mexican food. I like both of them but as separate restaurants. My mistake not reading any of the reviews I just went blind by a recommendation from a coworker. Also when I ordered the fish tacos 🌮 I was expecting more out of it, the fish in it is just frozen breaded fish; also I should have asked if the fish was grilled or breaded; I wasn’t expecting a breaded fish, the plates weren’t that cheap $13 so I just assumed grilled fish. I liked the corn fritters. Customer service was good very friendly staff 5 stars for the girls. The restaurant was clean and plenty of parking spaces.

The steak tacos were so good. Really friendly service, even comped me some horchata for waiting a little extra for my food. The horchata ice cream cone was also so yummy and would be great after any taco.Its a little tucked away in a shopping center, but dont miss it. They also have a drive through window, that I think is still functioning with the covid closings. Youll definitely want to stop here every Tuesday

It was good. Its a cozy little place. Its clean and wasnt crowded when I went. Food was good. Its a lot more American than it is Mexican though. I ordered the rice bowl but I didnt get any protein with it. We also got a plate of cheese fries. Both of them were okay.

Came here with my boyfriend for lunch during the weekday and the place was empty except for us. They definitely should throw something on their tv or some music since the place was so quiet I felt like I had to whisper during my meal not to be overheard. The server was nice though and immediately handed us menus & complimentary chips/housemade salsa. The chips were a little stale and you could tell that they were not made immediately fresh though the salsa was good.My boyfriend and I decided to order an appetizer with an entree menu for us to share. For the appetizer I ordered the cheese fries with pork: fries smothered in jack, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and arbol sauce. My boyfriend ordered the Enchiladas Suizas $13 and based upon the servers recommendation with ropa vieja. The Enchiladas Suizas came with 3 corn tortillas filled with protein and were topped with tomatillo, poblano cream, and chihuahua cheese with rice and beans on the side.Everything tasted pretty good but nothing really blew us away. Also, we received our cheese fries with ropa vieja instead of pork which was a let down. The server also recommended ropa vieja but didnt notify us that it was extra money, the most expensive protein available. The flavor was there but the enchiladas didnt have enough sauce to enjoy. My cheese fries had hardened cheese which tells me they mightve been sitting out for a little while as they prepared the enchiladas.Overall I wont be returning since I felt that my mediocre experience here was not at all worth what I ended up paying. The prices listed on most of the menu are just base prices in which you have to add which protein you prefer. My cheese fries ended up costing $9 and the enchiladas $16. I liked this place. I went here with my girlfriend because I was in the mood for tacos. When we got there I ordered a guava margarita and a queso fundido with chorizo. It was really delicious, I would do back just for the queso. My girlfriend made her own burrito, and I had the macho tacos. The tacos were really good, I expected them to be a bit spicier. Tried this new place for the first time today. The food is amazing! The staff was super friendly to us. We went right before noon on a Friday. We were able to get ahead of the lunch time crowd. So i think its best to go early. Got real packed soon after we arrived.Its a hole in the wall type of place. Theres only about 6 to 7 tables. Decor was very pretty. Restaurant was clean.We ordered two alcoholic drinks and 3 plates of food. Service was fairly quick. We ordered a smothered burrito, a cali burrito and tacos al pastor. All so fresh and delicious!!!Towards the end when we received our check, the waitress gave us samples of their horchata soft serve. Mmmmmmm! I was stuffed so I couldnt get dessert. But i definitely plan on coming back to try the churros and ice cream as well as other items.

Who would have imagined a Mexican joint in Westchester? Two things that stand out: excellent food and quality service. My favorite is the baja fish taco trio and if Im really hungry, the ropa vieja tostones are on point. Although the topping is beef, they are kind enough to substitute it for chicken. You dont want to miss out on the rum chata shot. Besides the delicious food, the service brings me back. For South Florida, the warm and pleasant service is a treat. Many businesses could learn a thing or two. You cant go wrong here.

I found this gem in Miami by chance! I have been back there about 4 times! The wings are the best I have had and so are the tacos! The dessert with Nutella is amazing and I am sure the other ones are great too!The wings come out hot and crispy and they make their own blue cheese dressing which is so good my mouth is watering right now as I write this! The tacos came full of meat and lettuce and a special sauce and was amazing! I look forward to going many many many more times! You should go if you want excellent food at a fair price!

I enjoy this restaurant very much!! I could point out all the dishes as my favorite but the ones that really stand out are the Red Enchiladas, and the Mexican Carnitas Tacos. Yum!!! The selection of drinks, desserts and appetizers are out of this world! As you probably now, quality Mexican food is hard to come by in Miami and this place definitely takes the cake! This place is conveniently located at a small plaza. The sign is bright and easy to see from the street. I walked in and its not very big, but big enough. Very clean and comfortable establishment with music playing in the background.The menu is filled with a variety of appetizers and meals. Theres a variety of drinks from juice to soda to beer. I ordered Ropa vieja tacos and they were phenomenal! My friend ordered fish tacos and I had one, which was also delicious.The cost was very reasonable and the staff was very attentive. I would love to come back here for a different taco. Recommended!

On google it states that this place closes at 9pm. Upon arrival at 8:25pm the server advised us the kitchen closes at 8:30pm. So why advertise that you close at 9 but tell us that the kitchen is closing? Also the food was delicious other than the tortilla soup having little to no flavor and missing the cilantro and cheese.

A hidden treasure buried in a non decrepit shopping mall serving mind blowing Tacos. The Baja fish tacos made with the super crunchy Cod was the best Ive ever had in Miami. Well the food was not that bad quite good for being frozen food the nachos wow that was horrible they were so soggy I also was not given 2 sides that I ordered and my husband asked for sour cream and they tried to charge him for it upon checking the recite they didn’t charge me for the missing items but after a big order $$$ I would expect them to give some extra sour cream now that I am writing this I will not be returning to this place

This place is located in an old shopping center in the heart of Westchester. Not the easiest place to find because you cant actually see it from the street. Its a small restaurant with a huge heart!!!I was greeted with warm reception and immediate attention. I ordered the carnitas tacos and chicken tortilla soup. While I waited, I had a cold XX beer with my free chips and fresh salsa. The tacos were to die for. You can tell everything is made to order with the freshest ingredients. The soup was nice and hot and had authentic flavors along with the tacos. I highly recommend this place, you wont be disappointed.
