Very cool place to visit. Their elote in a cup is very good and they have piñatas and candies you can buy there.

Best ice cream in all of the US. Better than Carvel, better than Cold Stone, better than Dairy Queen, better than all of them. Authentic ice cream of all the flavors you can possibly imagine, creamy or fruity, whichever you prefer. Not overly sweet and does not taste artificial, you will not regret coming here. Also, they make real banana splits, not a cup with ice cream and cut fruit like Häagen-Dazs loves to do.

Opened late waited outside for a long time couldnt do the first two waters for some reason and drove there for agua de frutas but apparently not all michoacanas have the same menu the watermelon water I got was gross I didnt drink it so I ordered a horchata because I thought you cant get that wrong it tasted like it sat in the refrigerator for days and wasnt stirred the quesdilla was good but it was a disappointment

Great customer service and the food is wonderful its bringing a piece of Mexico to Miami. The chicarron is just like when I went to Mexico and the aquas Frescos are so much better its like a diamond in the rough when it comes to finding authentic Mexican food in Miami.

Ice cream is DELICIOUS, cheap and its made by the store. They offer tacos and burritos, havent tried them, Ive heard theyre good. They have Mexican or Central American candy.

I went their once and I really liked it! The paletas were very good, I liked the coconut one and Ive heard the cookies & cream one is also very good! I just tried the mango one since I love the fruit, Mango but I still prefer the coconut one.

Amongst all the hip ice cream shops in Miami, this is a true gem! While you have your traditional flavors, you can venture into unique flavors only to be found here. They also have Mexican candy and food.

I decided to bring my damily here because a friend of mine said there was an awesome flavor there but he didnt say much else. I regret going there. First off the customer service was horrible. I was prepared to spend $45 on icecream for 5 kids, 3 adults plus two icecream tubs that cost $11 each. One problem thata offended me was that they apparently didnt think I was Hispanic so on occasion they would have a sidebar on me not know I couod understand them. There was one icecream I wanted but it was all the way gone to the bottom and turned syrupy. The one lady asked the manager if she can change it out for a new. The manager replied no you have to scrape it all out. I then interjected and asked if she coukd bring a new container, also let her know I understand FIFO first in first out but I wiuld appreciate a fresh icecream. She continued to lie to me by saying that she was sorry but there was no more in the busines... (If so then why was the employee about to go get it???). This made me feel very suspicious since the lady handling my order said there was more icecream. Then when it came time to pay they informed me that they only take cash... there was no sign nor did they tell me verbally, However, i foundbit very convenient that there was an ATM machine there that would happily charge me $3.00 to use it. You mean to tell me with all the square cards and othe electronic pay methods out here they couldnt figure that out. So I took the cash out and proceeded to pay but just as Ibwas about tobpay my 2 yr old son drops his icecream cone and went bizerk. I asked if they could make him another one and they refused. They didnt even offer a simple remedy, for example, not charging me for the icecream the fell inside their establishment. They employees made me and my famuly feel uncomfortable and inconvenienced there. One of my worst experiences as a customer.

Love this place. I grew up in Mexico City and this is the only other place in the world that I know of that have paletas de grosella. Must try the paleta de neuz (Walnut ) .

As much as I loved their awesome and tasteful ice cream, I dislike the prices $2.18 for each Popsicle. Then I called in advance to order 5 dozen tamales, and I was told that each tamal cost $2.50!....I negotiated the price over the phone and the encharge told me that they were big and worth the price. When I arrived with a Cuban friend, the employee dispatching the Popsicles wasnt able to explain the different ice cream flavors or ingredients(I mean we live in Miami, and all of us come from different Countries, and some ingredients are known with different names.). Then when I saw the tiny tamales I almost have to pick up my jaw before dropping to the floor. (I have pictures of the tamal) And when I was ready to pay, No credit or debit cards are accepted, only cash. So I had to walk a couple blocks to withdraw $ from an ATM.So, it wasnt a good experience this time, although their ice cream is one of the best I ever tried.
