I had a high opinion of this shop for 2 years. However a month ago they claimed that they changed the oil on my Harley but they didnt. The crankcase only holds 4 quarts which is what they claimed they put in. How then did the bike come back a half quart low - which was the same level as when I dropped it off. I wont deal with dishonesty. This is no way to do business.As for their response, they kept telling me that they put in 4 quarts of oil which is not possible as there is always oil left over in the crankcase and the bike came back a half quart low. Did they drain out a half quart? Theyve never claimed that. I dont need to waste my time to go there in person to be told the same untruth.But Ill take it to the next step. Other than the obvious signs the oil was not changed, If the shop will agree to it, Ill send in a sample of the oil in the crankcase now to be analyzed by a neutral third party to determine whether it is 3000 mile or new oil. Loser pays for the oil analysis and the results will be made available here. And if Im right I get a refund for the charge for the alleged oil change and the cost of the oil. Do we have a deal?Not surprisingly EPC did not accept the offer. If you can’t trust a shop to do an oil change you can’t trust them to do more important things that could have life and death consequences.

My 2003 Ducati 620 Sport needed a new rear tire, oil change, brake fluid, brake pads (front and back) and a general check up. The price out the door was more than fair and the work done was spectacular. I was kept informed every step of the way and the bike is running like a dream. This will now be the shop for my bike. Thank you all for the great repair and service. I look forward to continue using EPC MotorCycles!

Sometimes you just get lucky! And my luck was to give this place a try to service my motorcylce. Father, his sons Alvaro and Leonardo and daughter in law are just so nice! Great people who directly make you feel welcome and inspire trust and profesionalism. They ran a diagnostic on my bike, did the service and I even had them install new lights and ran some new USB cables and so on... Job was done so neatly ; I could not have hoped for better. They showed me what was done and explained the how and the why.So happy to have discovered this gem of a place. These are top mechanics who love their job. If you love your bike and want to give it the best attention possible... look no further than this place!!!!!

This is my second time coming to this guys and I honestly can’t complain the service is good and these guys are very knowledgeable. This kind of services are always sketchy unless you know the mechanics personally but I’m sure you won’t have a problem with these guys.

!!!!Disclaimer!!!! !!!!Do Not Buy Any Used Motorcycles or any other product from this dealer!!!I purchased a used motorcycle (1993 Bmw K75) from this dealer from cycletrader. Before purchasing it, I asked multiple times if the bike has been thoroughly inspected by them. I also asked if they owned the bike. The owner told me yes and I have nothing to worry about. So I payed for the motorcycle and had it shipped. When the bike arrived I first noticed that the motorcycles gas tank wasnt mounted to the frame and that it would not start. I also noticed loose wires all over the Motorcycle, the turn signals did not work and most of the wires were cut and twisted and improperly tied with cheap wiring tape. When I bought the motorcycle to get a inspection by a authorized BMW motorcycle mechanic I found out that the gas tank had major leaks, the engine needs a full rebuild, one of the forks had a leak, and so many other things. The motorcycle didnt even have the right wattage battery. Save yourself time and give your business to any other motorcycle dealer and mechanic in Miami because these guys are frauds. Ive reported them to cycletrader, and they will see me in court.
