Rizo and Yannis were super friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The whole experience and purchase was stress free and at no point did I feel “pressured” to purchase my bike. The price was extremely fair and they were very accommodating with my needs. I highly recommend Gables Motorsports, you won’t be disappointed, plus they are military friendly!
I would strongly suggest making your purchase from somewhere else. I purchased a Jet Ski from here a little over a year ago. I was sold a VIP Service Plan (it was suppose to be like white glove service). The level of service has been amateur at best, the absolute worst. You can request service online - you won’t get a call back. When you get someone on the phone to schedule a service - they don’t call back to actually schedule it or they don’t show up when they say they will. That’s if you’re lucky to get someone from service on the phone. All in all, I’ve wasted 2k on a service package that Gables Motor Sports can not deliver on. The poor service and challenges with service have been going in for over a year now. I requested a service pick up 3-4 months ago (both online and over the phone), I still haven’t gotten a call back.*****Make your purchase from somewhere that will take care of you after the purchase.******
After buying my first bike (2022 Triumph Street Twin), I originally had a bad taste in my mouth regarding the purchase experience due to reasons that I will not get into on this review as they are resolved.However, after communicating with Frank (Rizzo), he accommodated to all of my issues and worked with the GM to ensure that my experience with the dealership was mended. Currently, my bike is being taken care of by the dealership due to warranty-related claims and I now know the bike is in great hands.Rizzo really went above and beyond to make sure that all issues were put to rest and the GM reinstilled my confidence in the dealership to the point where I can happily say that I will be buying another bike from them in the near future.If anyone from the dealership is reading this, thank you all for everything and I look forward to doing business with you guys in the future.

This dealership is the absolute worst. When you are there to purchase something they nothing short of amazing once the money is on their end you arent even a number you are an afterthought. Purchased a brand new 2021 Slingshot and from the start the battery was acting up. Brought it back into the service department and was told they attempting to cover it through Polaris warranty. Mind you the service tech and the people behind the counter both said it was obvious the battery came defective from the factory. But they needed me to pay for the battery and if/when Polaris paid them they would reimburse me! Since when does the customer bear the burden for warranty claims. General Manager stated well can you imagine how many batteries we would need to give out seeing how this is a common problem with these slingshots really !?! thats part of owning a dealership. Thats like Ford asking you to pay for a defective part thats covered under warranty until Ford reimburses the dealership! If these people are giving me this much of a hard time regarding a battery can you imagine a warranty claim on like a motor or something costly?
I tried to buy a Slingshot from this location. I’m trying build a small family business in South Florida with my brother who lives near this location. They refused to sell me one because I live in Colorado. Said it’s against Polaris Policy to sell out of state. They had terrible attitudes. I didn’t raise my voice at all. On top of all that they hung up on me. I would not recommend them at all. The GM was the absolute worst.
My experience with Gables MotorSports was a great disappointment. I had a recall which I was told would take 3 weeks. Three months later still not done. I mainly spoke with Claudia which kept saying the bike would be done. Not only will I never return to this but do not recommend them to keep there word.

Went in looking to make a boat purchase. There was no one available to provide any information on the vessel and even though we left our number no one contacted us back. We made several attempts to obtain simple vessel specs and it was unavailable, even after we called and requested it several times. We still went back several times trying to give them an opportunity and every time it was the same experience. (No one could provide information and there was a lot of run around). We were told the Marine manager was promoted to general manager and was too overwhelmed to provide us the information we requested. We still went back showing interest in the vessel, and even filled out the credit application. Once the paperwork was completed and submitted we were advised that the general manager was having a fight with the owner in his office, and we were asked to leave and someone would call us; and again no one ever did. Our credit was never ran, nor was anyone available who could discuss vessel features. We left and after yet again having received no call back we went back only to find out the vessel was no longer in the lot. We went inside to inquire where the vessel was and the salesman who already knew us with a smirk advised us it had been sold. The service was unprofessional, unorganized, and definitely lacking when making a big purchase. Not a place you would trust to spend any kind of money especially large purchases. There are way many more locations to buy your motor related items from, don’t shop here.
Called to make an appointment to sell my Zero motorcycle (like new, mint condition. But I have a baby on the way, so it was time to part ways). I knew I’d get more selling private, but didn’t want to go through the hassle.I made an appointment to meet the mechanic at 2pm on a Wednesday. I arrived and it took them about 45 mins to give me an offer (before seeing the mechanic) of $4k. It’s a low offer, but not unexpected, so I reluctantly agreed.After waiting 2.5 hours for the mechanic, they told me they couldn’t inspect the bike until the next day, and they’d call me in the afternoon. I wasn’t thrilled, but understand they’re probably understaffed due to Covid.3 days later I hadn’t heard from them so I called. They said they were going to reduce my offer to $3k. I asked what was wrong with the bike. They said that nothing was wrong, they just didn’t want to give me the $4k anymore. If course I took the bike back.They didn’t honor their offer and wasted a week of my time, without acknowledgment or apology. Look elsewhere to buy or sell.

I got to give zero star for them, ofcourse I love what I bought, and they were very gentle while selling after than, it is a long story, young manager things he is a gang manager. They are rude, not on time and they are disorganized.i had to wait 12 days for first 600 miles oil change. They didnt even apologize and they tried to shoot me out from the shop but it was not easy. Long way to short I recommend you to find better service and dealer.

I bought my bike here for one simple reason…the customer service was on point.I was actively shopping for a particular bike and Gables Motorsports was like the 4th stop on my list. Rizzo and Hassan were friendly on a: hey neighbor I’ve known you forever type level. Like they didn’t try to sell me anything, they just helped me get information. Afterwards I went to another dealership (which I’ll leave out) and even though that other nameless dealership had the product I wanted, the customer service sucked. I drove back to Gables Motorsports and bought the bike there instead. I highly recommend shopping there for all your motorcycle needs and more.

Was going into the store to look for a good starter bike to learn how an engine works and to disassemble and reassemble it, and was originally going to buy one of the honda dirt bikes on display then Rizzo helped me out and pointed me to the ssr bike which was an affordable bike and a fun starting bike just to play around with. Never really saw myself getting into bikes but now im looking towards buying gear and apparell!!!

Parts, service, accessories, and sales of new bikes and other recreational vehicles. No longer have much of a used vehicle inventory, and non of the bikes have prices printed on them so just look online before showing up.
Had a great experience at Gables Motorsports! They had an awesome, kind, friendly staff, a nice collection of bikes, and plenty of information for new riders. Will definitely be returning in the years to come for both repairs and any new toys I might want! :)
This place has the worst customer service in there parts department and service department. I ordered a part in March for my 2020 R slingshot ( by the way that I purchased through them) they gave me the old it will take two weeks I figured a month. So I called them last week to check on the status of my order and they did not even have a record of my order or to make matters worse I wasn’t even in there system.After an hour on hold I was asked what was the amount of the order only after I gave them the amount they found the order that was never placed. (Keep in mind they charge upfront for any special order) I was put on hold, another 30 minutes later the person picks up and says sorry lost you in the system. Then went on to tell me we are going to make this all right for you I will have your item here by Wednesday 26, 2021 I called Yesterday to check if my order came in and surprise no order the person that answered this time said I see your order but you just placed on the 20th of last week orders take up to two weeks.At this point I ask to speak with a manager man that was a joke they past me around until I was hung up on and then I called back three times which then I was just being hung up on. I did a charge back got my money and called Polaris directly to see if there was an order placed from Gables Motorsport for this item and they answered with a nope there is no order in our system for your specific part and sorry there is nothing we can do for you.So now that you guys know my story and all the B.S. I went through I worn you stay away from this dealer or any dealer in south Florida that sells Polaris. there customer service is you need us we don’t need you style. Order your sling from out of state or northern Florida you will be treated like a customer.
In the market for a boat. Went to store and everyone seemed too busy to help. I too was in a bit of a rush so left thinking Id call later. Called a couple times to inquire about boats sizes/pricing. Was promised a call back and have waited two days no ones called. I guess they are too busy selling boats all day as they cant seem to call people back. So my experience has been no experience.
I drove all the way from Colorado to Melbourne beach and then all the way to Miami to get this bike! The salesmanship was excellent Mark especially was the one that I would recommend going to! He was extremely helpful as was everyone else in the store had a great attitude they had a wonderful selection of motorcycles! Mark was amazing, go see him at Gables Motorsports! Thanks Chris!So its the third time Ive been sitting in the chair while a new bike is being bought. And given how Im not a very loyal buyer (Im a price shopper, what can I say), it surprises even me. While South Miami is pretty notoriously expensive compared to dealers in other states with lower overhead, if youve bought from them before, they do try to work with you on pricing and youll eventually arrive at something reasonable. Just dont accept the first quote they give you and get quotes elsewhere first. But thats a universal rule anyway.This time I wasnt even really that convinced on buying the bike, but between the reasonable price as well as a Kawasaki rebate, I ended up leaving a deposit. I personally find buying vehicles frustrating and annoying (as a freelance mechanic prep fees kill me. I just want to know the Out The Door Price), but Chris Bonhote made things easy enough and made the experience pretty pleasant once the negotiation was over. So thank you, Chris!In other words, if you live in South Miami and your looking for a recreational vehicle, you might as well pass by here first just to get a feel for the situation. You might even walk out with a new Kawasaki in the process.
Tuesday June 16th,2021 at 6:40 I called in to fallow up on a set of tire I did ordered for days previous which where sopuse to come in next day and of course didnt happen so looky anought they answer the phone and ask me for just a min to check on my order. They put me on hold and and i never got any answer back.
I picked up a vehicle from Gables Motorsports in January. Frank Rizzo Rivero was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the buying process and even followed up to make sure everything was good. He got me a great deal and I would easily recommend him and Gables Motorsports to others.
So I sent a message on 12/30/2019 that I was interested in a used bike. On 12/31 I heard from Chris (salesman) he informed me that this bike was good to go but had a broken cluster so didnt know how many miles were on it and thats why its $3999 as the screen shot shows. I said ok, please send more pictures and let me know the drive out. Didnt hear from Chris the rest of 12/31. On 1/2 I called again requesting pictures and the drive out price, he apologized saying they got busy and would send pics asap. After getting them I again requested drive out price and verified the price of $3999, after a few hours I got a response of $8500. When I asked why it would be $4500 more he said the GM re evaluated it and increased the price to $6999. After he finally responded to me via phone call I let him know how crooked they were and that I would be posting this issue. I later received a call from Justin (GM) who tried to convince me he did nothing wrong. As we chatted he let me know that they have had the bike for over a yr stashed in the back and would need an additional $600-700 of work just to get it legal. When I informed him of his crooked ways he told me he was sent to this store to fix the corruption and he was offended I would call him a crook, he said he isnt even from Miami and cant stand the people because of how much corruption there is in Miami. After a little more discussion he said he would honor the price he had it listed at (should have anyway) but I would have to pay for the repairs BEFORE he would be allowed to sell the bike....WOW. Apparently they list used bikes knowing they have issues but try and make the new customer pay for the repairs after they want to purchase the bike....Stay away due to the crooked from the top down staff here.

Jose in finance worked to get the best APR, Robert the tech who went over the boat features was amazing, Robert checked that every thing worked, Robert explained all the features to include maintenance and operational procedures. Before we departed with the boat Mario from sales and Jose in finance physically verified that everything was good at the delivery bay. Robert the tech was very professional and detailed. Bottom line: Mark Levinson at Gables Motorsports sells customer satisfaction first, and the type of vehicle second.I had a 50cc on the Beach scooter for several years, but I felt like a motorcycle was the next step. Mark Levinson, my salesman showed me several bikes. We talked about how I would use it, features I did and didnt want, the requirements for a motorcycle license, and (repeatedly) the importance of safety.When everything was done, I bought the Honda PCX150, and I could not be happier! It has the quality Honda reputation, speed, and storage I want... plus, it looks hot! Without any hesitation, go see Mark; he will steer you right.

Was told that the Suzuki for sale was running and in great condition. Me and my brother drove from NC over 800 miles to buy the motorcycle. When we arrived the bike was in decent condition, the bike would not start. We left to give time for theme to figure out what was wrong. We came back a few hours later. The bike was still sitting in the same position and snot running. I offered to try to start the bike before we headed back to NC. The salesman told me no that it would just do the same thing. I walked out and left. The salesmen and management are horrible. If I could I would give zero stars, stay far away from these people. The salesman wanted me to buy the bike and then roll it to their garage to see what was wrong. The manager would not come and speak to us. They are a pathetic excuse for a dealership.

Mike has done the same for me as well. I recommend dropping by to see them. As a boat owner, having a dealer who is professional and provides good customer service AFTER you sign and drive away, is invaluable.

Recently bought a Polaris Side By Side from Mark at Gables, i shopped around for a long time, contacted several dealerships not only in Miami but in all of Florida, Mark was the only one that followed up with me and worked with me to make the deal possible. I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend Mark and the team at Gables for the work they do to please the customers and find a way to make it happen. What a difference from Riva Motorsports whos attitude was that is the price take or leave it we dont negotiate and walk away to sell a boat to someone else. Lesson learned

I had an excellent experience with this dealer. I was not sure about which motorcycle I wanted to buy and the salesman Mr. Yannis very kindly and patiently explained the differences, advantages and disadvantages of the many options he had at the store. After I took my decision, the buying process was fast and easy thanks to Mr. Jorge who was also very helpful and attentive showing the price breakdown and explaining the payment plans and options I had. Two days later, as agreed, my motorcycle was delivered to my place at no cost. I was advised by the deliveryman on when and how to proceed with the first maintenace service of the motorcycle, etc. Besides that, the after-sales service was very good too, as I received a call from Mr. Yannis a few days later to know if I was satisfied with my purchase, if I had any doubts, questions or complaints to make. It couldnt be better. I totally recommend this dealer if youre considering buying a new motorcycle.
Two month ago posted a negative review. But, after filing complaint on the general manager from bike department. Dylan took the initiative to contact me and try to fix the issue. So, he said that Mario and him will work together to get my issue resolved. After two month part arrived and Mario contacted me to have the part that was damaged replace. This is the reason why I’m write the review again after two month.Mario is a very professional and assisted me since I arrived. He even had it done sooner than expect. I want to let Gables Motor Sport know that they need more people like Dylan and Mario. They turn my experience from a 1 star two month ago to a 5 star experience this time around. I got my first bike when I was 5 years old in 2001 since then I have always been in love with motorcycles. I made a promise to myself that as soon as I had my own money I was going to buy my first cruiser. Yannis and Jasan made my dream come true. I visited these guys a couple of weeks ago and was able to walk out with my dream bike and only in just 2 days.If you are looking to get a motorcycle or any cool toy go to this place. I not only bought myself a bike I also joined an amazing family. Since that day Yannis and Jasan have kept in contact with me; from making sure I made it home safely my first day with the bike, to checking on me and seeing how I am doing in general. everytime I stop by the shop everybody knows me by name, gives me a hug and I spend at least 30 minutes just talking to the guys and gals at that work at the store about riding, life, or just random things. I love this place, I love the people and I am glad to be a part of the Gables Motorsports Family. These guys are amazing! You are not only going to buy a motorcycle, but you are also going to join a family.Take my advice and go to this place if you are thinking of buying a motorcycle. They will take great care of you.
Sales team make no effort to try and deal with customers that aren’t standing in front of them. It’s a 2 hour drive for me so I wanted to negotiate a price prior to getting down there. Experience is probably better in person..
Called to get a part locally and save the shipping time. I started writing this after being placed on hold for 14 minutes and yet to speak to a parts counter associate. I just want to know if they have it in inventory, before driving there. Line started ringing seven times and then cycled back to hold 16:46 minutes. The music on hold is awful, but I get the message that my patience is appreciated. After 18 minutes, I was routed to leave a message at the general mailbox. Called back and spoke to the receptionist and she was gracious enough to take my information with the promise someone will call back. Then local businesses wonder why there is a migration to shopping on the internet, in spite of the delay in shipping time.
The process to receive a simple tag price is a 20-minute wait for a quote and then a sit-down conversation. I simply asked for the price of a bike and I still dont know, after 30 minutes of waiting after asking.
Gables motor sports Miami. I had been working with Anthony since early morning he was great we had a deal worked out and I would be in at 5pm! 20 minutes before the appointment I received a message that the unit that we already had a deal on since 9am had a deposit on it and I would not be able to buy it! I was aggravated. This was management’s fault as they are incompetent and clearly have no idea what was going on! I called Yanis who was the manager I complained to him he did nothing never said sorry and just passed the call along back to the salesperson who was not at fault. Unit supposively has a hold on it for two months!! How did they not know this! Poor management! Purchased a unit at JM Honda Miami next day and was a great experience!

So before you get stuck paying for sonething you cant use unless like they said * GO RIDE IN NAPLES OR FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!!!

I really dont understand how this business could have any kind of positive rating. I turned in two jet skis. I got the jet skis back. Both were empty of oil, even though I specifically requested them not to service oil. I returned the jet skis. I got one trip out of them, a test trip. The second trip, one jet ski shrieks and then locks up. They just refused to repair damage THEY caused to a jet ski. They denied any culpability.To refuse any fault, using sabotage as a conversation for excuse, is just low.
I find an ad in the best jet ski sale web page a good advert, I sent my data and Chris called me we talked about the condition of the bike how many hours and if it had a trailer. at their headquarters. Upon my arrival at their headquarters after riding for almost an hour the bike does not exist and offers me other solutions apologizing that the bike was in the warehouse when we had talked about it until 2 hours before the appointment. I understand that they have published advertisements to attract customers to their shop and offer other motorcycles. That every person can evaluate that I am not alone in having this problem with the same seller.
It’s been over 15 years since I’ve purchased a motorcycle, so when I walked into Coral Gables MotorSports I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Needless to say, it was by far, one of the easiest and most hassle free experiences I’ve ever had in a sales situation. Lots of SxS, but not many ATV. They had many selections but no stock. Did notice a lot of knock off brands and cheap china bikes? The rep was not knowledgable at all and even told me he could not sell me a bike they had in stock...? No reasons why...

Quick to make the sale but trying to get in contact with them in regards to a recall? Impossible. Constantly ignoring me, been giving me the run around since march. The manufacturer suggest not using the SXS until the repair has been completed. That would mean 6 months of not using it. The worst service Ive ever experienced. I regret giving them my business.

My experience was awful. Salesman lied. Price online was $6999. Add $524.93 tax it comes to $7523.93.He tells me there are extra fees and out the door price was $8900. So freight and dealer prep which takes 45 minutes was over $1300. I called the next day and the $6999 went up to $9500 out the door.I wound up going to a reputable dealer and got the same exact product with a brand new trailer for $7800 cash out the door. They had it all ready for me to sign and fly with temporary tag on the trailer. I made the deal on the phone during my lunch break.Stay away from Gable Motorsports on Bird Road These guys are practicing false advertising and are the type of people that give all sales people bad names.The slick, lying salesman was named was Mark.This is my exact experience. Hope it helps people from getting ripped off.
I recently purchased a generator. And all the sales people were nice. But I mostly impressed with Chris the salesman’s knowledge and his outstanding customer service. He even called after my purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely make my future purchases at this location. I will highly recommend this place for family and friends.

Attempted 3 times to get bike serviced and was never able to get anyone to even look at it. I made an appointment weeks in advance, showed up on-time and was still told nobody could look at bike for weeks and I had to leave it. Very dishonest in their promises, not trustworthy.

Since the moment I spoke to her on the phone, she was ready to sell, told me the truth from the beginning about the inventory, she definitely provided the absolute best customer service. The young people who work here do not know how to treat a person, tremendous bad service, I bought a motorcycle 3 years ago when there were different people worst time of my life nt even worth it
A dealer who lacks professionalism, the only ones who feel good are those who work for him, the seller Yanes is the worst seller I have known in the 49 years that I have I own 3 motorcycles (Triumph brands) and I will travel to a dealer from west palm beach to buy my fourth motorcycle, the financier José seems to still live in Venezuela with a despotic attitude that it seems that his main objective is to alienate customers who want to do business in Gables Honda. to buy any motorcycle with them, I hope one day they solve that big problem.
This place is good. They have wide range of motorcycles to choose from. I couldnt talk to sales person as it was very busy. Shall go next time with appointment for purchase.
I wait for two days for a quote, at the third day I called, asked for a different seller due to the lack of responsibility and response from Yani the salesman. Secretary put me on hold for several minutes and come back saying that all salesmen were super busy, and the only want available was Yani. I say okay, put him over, I told him right away that he never got back to me, and he came back with the excuse that he is the only vendor atthe store and he is full of requests and Im on a waiting list. I said to him brother, Im buying today and I have others quotes, so hes aid giveme yourbestprice and I tell you right now if I can beat it. After I told him, hesaid that noteven dreaming, that I xan go ahead and buy from that dealer and when I was responding, the guy hang up the phone on me. Horrible customer service, I strongly advise not to buy there.
Place is alright. employees are nice. Had an error in the final pricing of my bike so just be careful with whatever you sign. Had an issue and the GM called and clarified things so you can come here just be a mindful consumer.
Mark was amazing helping me with my bike. I’m a first time rider and he helped me choose a good bike that would fit my budget and my personality. He was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. His service went above and beyond!!
I drove to Gables Motorsports from Naples Florida to try out the Kawasaki Z400. Kawasaki was having an event day where you could try out different models and I wanted to be sure it was a good fit. It is difficult to demo a bike at a dealer as you know so this event was worth the 2 hour drive. I spoke with salesperson Mark before the demo and after the demo went ahead and purchased the Z400. Mark did a great job helping make the sale go fast and easy. I recommend you ask for him when you arrive at Gables MS.
Be wary of their bogus reviews...tried to buy a bike they had listed for $4999. Out the door price ended up being $6,700 after my rebate. Ha, snakes. Bait n switch. 34% over listed price...I guess there are plenty that would take the deal.Ended up going to another dealer
