Bought a 2019 wrecker from them and it went great......except 3 months later I still have no registration. They claim I still owe them 1200 for a clerical error on their part. I already paid them an additional $400 for the first mistake they informed me of a week after purchase......not to mention the 70k purchase price of the truck......when I reached out to the general manager I got no response......reached out to the sales person Willie and he told me he would have someone call me back......3 months later I have a wrecker I cant even drive down the road because I have no plates registration or inspection.......

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I just bought a box truck from this company. We drove it straight from the dealership to my office. When we got it to the office we noticed that the hydraulic fluid tank for the lift gate was empty and the cover to protect the tank was missing . The salesman Tim promised the mechanic checked everything and he lied. He put in writing to bring the truck in and they would take care of it. Now he is saying that we should have checked it and they will not back it up. Its sad that they did not even give us the truck with the proper fluids. Now the unethical salesman is washing his hands. I would recommend not to use this company who does not care about their customers.Update:After 4 months owning the truck it has broken down twice. I took the truck to them and they gave me a bill for 10,000.00 to fix the problem. The mechanic in the shop told me that there are problems on the truck that were not checked by them when they received the truck. We were not going to pay that and picked up the truck today. On the way back to our office it was raining and the roof was leaking terrible. I emailed the sales rep. and he said it was out of his hands. I now am stuck with a truck that does not run and is leaking. I was sold a complete lemon. Do not buy from this unethical company.

I bought a 2012 ford F450 self-loader. listing as Brand New Diesel Engine Dealer Installed, (that what the add say )When I received the TOW TRUCK the controls on the drivers side didnt work at all,The driver side headlight also didnt workThe running light wasnt working because one of the cables was burned. I took the tow truck for a drive and I knew that the truck was shaking and swerve really bad,I call Danny Shelow and told him about the issue and he says the truck drives perfectly and try to blame the transporter,I asked Danny Shelow to send me the engine replacement papers, which had been changed in the Ford Dealer. AND STILL WAITING FOR THE PAPERWORKI was thinking that i was getting a reliable Tow Truck. because i bought from a Tow Truck Dealer, what i got was a headache with all the issues. reallydisappointed with the Tow Truck Purchase.

Went with an owner of large equipment company that moves valor of earth around to spend 60g on dump truck. We were asked rhetorically by salesman about did we just drive to the lot to look at the truck by ourselves without help. So we left. Decision made.

Purchased a truck from these guys at that a $75,000 truck as soon as I got to my hometown truck broke down. Had to replace transmission front pump, torque converter and flex plate. Spent over $1500 in tows and over $5000 in repairs. Will not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.

BEWARE!! THIEVES!!!Watch out for thieves I was going to do an oil change on my truck and somebody stole my wedding ring. please take your truck somewhere else to do maintenance this place is not worth it. THIEVES!!!

Unbelievable, I go to buy a wrecker and they give me the run around. About to pay for it then they say that there was a deposit on the vehicle and I had to offer more for them to let it go to me.Manager got involved I offered on other models but it was the same. Apparently all had deposits... Most frustrating experience ever

Brought the truck in for repair, $260 later for diagnostics discounted fee and 6 days lost taking my truck to other shop. Told the shop its a water pump when brought the truck in. Called my local Volvo dealer to check if the fee was reasonable and was told for water pump no more than $130 for diagnostics.Just horrible customer service. STAY AWAY

Customer service is a joke. Trying to buy a dump truck and took forever to get thru. The receptionist hung up on me twice. I thought I was calling the wrong number. So I asked where I was calling because she was very hard to understand. She said “truck max, we sell trucks”, in a very rude tone.

I dont hate them but they are slow and I was never serviced after 3 long days I was notified that they were behind 🤦‍♂️

My son in law just flew in from NC and purchased a 2015 F-450XLT Tow Truck. It broke down within sight of the Dealership. They made repairs and went on their way. It continued to stall and/or lose power repeatedly. Pulled into a Ford Dealership and had them pull the Oasis Report. Discovered that the Transmission and Engine had been rebuilt. This was never disclosed. They are now broken down within 150 miles of TruckMax where they bought the truck from. Looked over the CARFAX and it reflects 48,000 miles, the truck has 68,000 miles on the odometer. I called Danny; the Salesman, and he claimed they had no knowledge of the transmission and the engine rebuild. I let him know that I work at a car dealership myself and he backed away from the that a bit.We are still waiting for the Dealership to resolve this. In the meantime they are broken down, having to pay for lodging and trying to return home to NC. Car Salesmen and Dealerships have horrible reputations, these kind of things do nothing but build on that. Completely disgusted and hoping that TruckMax will do the right thing but not very hopeful

Truly a reputable company to buy trucks from. I recently purchased a truck here. Danny Shelow was my sales person and he is the BEST!! From start to finish a truly stand up guy, honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Shortly after my purchase I had a problem with the truck and I was pleasantly surprised when Danny and Truck Max stepped up to handle it! Had the part I needed on hand. Would give more stars but, you cant come to the place with a trailer attached, and with that being said, the place needs to be demolished, and rebuilt from the ground up, brand new. Ridiculous that there is no where for customers to stage or nothing. If you have no where to drop your trailer to get your tractor worked on you are screwed if you need work done at this place. Absolutely no room for anything. Just telling the truth. Staff were courteous though.

Mechanics shop held my truck for over month with various excuses why they took so long to get to it. Avoid this place. Take vehicle to elsewhere, even if you have to tow it.

Jeff Sanchez in service is great! We pulled in on a friday at 10am with one of our Volvos that was going into a derate. They got right on it and we were out the door in no time! Pace air freight will always use these guys if we ever have any problems in the Miami area!!

We wont use Truck Max ever again. We had our truck towed in 3 times for 1 issue. Each time they fixed the problem and gave it back to us. The last time they kept the truck for two weeks! They need to have the knowledge to fix problems the 1st time, not the 2nd time or 3rd time. They also charged us for 3 tows, even though their incompetence caused the 2nd and 3rd tows

As a delaer, truck Max has good sales people. I do have a bad experience with their service department. Service Dep. from Christ to the mechanics are just thieves. I know at least 5 companies from nurseries and shop sealer which they claim to have the same bad experience. It seems to me that serv. counter people make money or percentage from job done...instead a salary (that I dont know)..just watch out serv. will robe your money!!
