I called Lexus and no one answered initially. I left messages via the website and no one got back to me regarding my inquiry for a battery.I had to call and I was quoted one price on the phone of 139.50 for the battery. When I arrived, I was directed to parts to acquire a new battery. The rep told me to go to Lexus and they would put it in to spare me the expense of charging me for the core of 15.00.I thought that was reasonable but my service advisor quoted me 20.00 more than the previous price at parts and charged an additional 105.00 in labor for a battery.The service advisor to his credit did match the price.I waited two hours for the battery to be changed and the porter who handed me my car left it in the corner and I had to walk to get it. There were grease marks all over my car and windows.I have a real dilemma paying that much for just a battery only to leave grease marks all over my car.

It took 4 hrs to get a new lease vehicle. It seems that Lexus of Kendall was understaffed, but the end result was excellent. Happy wife happy life. The tires were over inflated (64 psi) but when I arrived home they were set to 33 PSI. Glad we did not had a blow out.

Kendall Lexus is definitely a five-star dealership! My wife and I recently purchased a new RX350 at Kendall Lexus in Anchorage. When we first went to the dealership, Paul Chang worked with us. We really appreciated Pauls knowledge about the vehicle. He was also no sales pressure, which was important to us. He answered all our questions and was great to be with doing the test drive! When we went back the second time to purchase, Paul had a day off but referred us to work with Chip Drawdy. Chip was also great with no pressure. Chip was great to negotiate with to a win-win. Paul later phoned a few days after our purchase to see if all was going OK...very nice of him! I would give both Paul and Chip five stars...exceptional! They make a great team!Another professional who was great to work with was F&I Manager Shawn Jarvis who helped closed the deal, handle all the administrative work, etc. in such a positive, friendly manner. Another five-star employee!

Very dissatisfied with this dealership, they act as if they want to help you and is all an act. The technicians do not know what they are doing, and not to mention the people in the offices, they stated they gave me a β€œgoodwill tire” and I ended up finding out they put a nail in my tire to justify the change, then they faked the report by stating I was the one that took the car with a nail when that tire had never had an issue and the reason I took the car in had nothing to do with that tire. Be very careful when taking your car in and I highly suggest to read the papers they make you sign since they like to change the report to their convenience.

I had previously gone to the Lexus of west Kendall and had to leave because the sales person wasn’t treating me great and I then drove to Lexus of Kendall for a completely different experience. Usually car shopping is a hassle but with them everything went so smoothly. I even had to praise the salesman that took care of me. This was my first time having my car picked up for servicing - which was an extremely convenient option especially now that the majority of us are work from home at the moment. I would like to take a moment to praise Terry for his excellent customer service and kindness when picking up my car. Although the pick up couldnt have lasted more than 10 minutes Terry made me feel as though I had known him a lifetime. He was kind, considerate, and provided me with an explanation for each item that was scheduled to be serviced as well as making sure I knew the phone number to call with any questions. He was absolutely spectacular!!! I hope Lexus realizes the type of employee they have as he is a benefit to their company as well as an excellent example of what company culture should look like.

And yet to receive our suitcases that are supposed to come with the 2021 Lexus Rx F Sport 350. I used to get my vehicle serviced at the Pembroke Pines location, but since my move Lexus of Kendall is closer to me. I recently took my vehicle in for a basic 80K service. As usual, like many dealers, they provided me with an exhaustive list of what needs to be looked at, changed, removed, etc. What was very disappointing is that after several days of my car being in their hands, they returned my vehicle unclean. My advisor reports that due to a slight bumper issue, the techs chose not to clean the vehicle. I, the customer, should have been given a choice, instead of being presented as if my car was actually cleaned.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership from out of state; Lexus of Kendall literally had the best deal in the country. After sending a message letting the dealership know I was interested, I was immediately assigned a sales representative who guided me through the entire process. This is only the 2nd time Ive purchased a car, but the Claudio (my assigned sales rep.) made the process very easy for me. I secured outside financing and the financing department worked with them to get everything taken care of. When I arrived to pick up the car (unannounced), Claudio was off, but came in to personally make sure that the car was ready, and spent about an hour with me showing me all of the features. I highly recommend this dealership, and Claudio, if you are in the market for a new or used Lexus, even if you do not live in Florida. I bought a new Lexus NX 300 Sport 2021 a month ago. A message came out on the computer saying that the pre-collision and stability control system was not working properly. I left the car for inspection on Thursday at 9:30 am (with appointment) at the Lexus of Kendall service department. On the same day I went back to pick up my vehicle at 5 pm, but they told me it was not ready. I had to leave it there overnight. I went back on Friday at 1:30 pm and they again told me they had a lot of cars before mine and thats why they were not able to at least inspect my car. I didnt understand why if I left the car 28 hours before just for an inspection, they didnt do nothing. I decided to get my car back and use the service of another dealer. I hope I dont need to use your service again. Lack of accountability and professionalism.

I’m very pleased with the service, they collected my car, left me one for the time that my car was going to be away, and returned my car the next day. They informed me ahead of time and made sure I was ready to then send someone. The only thing that wasn’t great is that the car I got was not very clean and that my car was returned much dirtier than it was, with sticky stains in the touchpad, etc. Especially during COVID there should be more hygiene.

Service deterioration makes for a disappointing experience. The assigned service rep was unsatisfactory and unpleasant, the opposite of competent or hospitableβ€”argumentative, graceless and unyielding. Professed not to understand descriptions like β€œthe engine seems to be working too hard, straining, laboring.” I described the scrambled audio driving directions from GPS (β€œNORTH US-1 instead of SOUTH Dixie Hgwy) and was told I must buy an upgrade because β€œstreets around here change names.”After freezing in gloomy lobby for 3.5 hours I chased down the Rep and was told the car was not ready yet because I had asked for β€œsomething extra.” If I also wanted a wash, that would be several hours longer. As background I arranged this appointment for semiannual inspection after my April appointment was bungled. The car was to be picked up from my apartment but nobody showed up. I phoned in mid-morning and was told there was a shortage of drivers. I continued to wait all day but no pickup occurred. Nobody followed up later, so I called during the week. I was told the confusion was a miscommunication and nobody apologized. A suggestion for your physical offices: in an upgrade please consider automatic doors. Using a walker I was barely able to open all the heavy doors wide enough to maneuver the rollator in and out of building or restroom. More challenging is staff nurturing: a warm greeting from the Rep to set the tone; an invitation (would you like coffee? Please let me know if you need anything…). The Rep should stop by with an occasional update, rather than making the customer chase the information. Ideally the demeanor would show enthusiasm, competence and cheer. Thank you.

Very excited that my mom was finally going to get her dream car!!! However VERY disappointed by the dishonest behavior of the finance consultant Eduardo Tejeiro. Sales consultant was great and was very clear with my mom when he told her to apply for a credit card in order to cover $500 down because she did not have that much to finish the downpayment. My mom agreed and was approved for more than what was needed. She repeatedly reminded Eduardo that if she was NOT approved for the credit card for $500 (max!) then she would NOT be making the deal. Luckily she was approved for more than that ($1500 more). My mom was so excited, however, they agreed on a number and when it was time to sign Eduardo told my mom she could pay the $500 off monthly (only $500 should have been charged to that new card). But when we got the card in the mail and call to activate it they said the card was MAXED OUT. Turns out they used the ENTIRE APPROVED AMOUNT as a down payment without explaining that to my mother. They pushed her to sign documents KNOWING she did NOT agree to paying $3000 as a downpayment. NEVER was $3000 mentioned AT ALL. My mother EXPLICITLY said if they needed more money then she WOULD NOT make the deal. Hmmm I wonder why they were dishonest about maxing out her card huh? I was disappointed by the dishonest behavior of this finance consultant. Lexus, I hope HIS behavior is not a reflection of YOUR values and I hope you take action against your DISHONEST employee immediately.

Terrible buying experience, we agreed on a number and then the contract had a totally different one, there were more fees which added around 5k to the total. They tried to push me to sign anyways but I said no because of the differences. I was disappointed by the dishonest behavior of the sales team. I won’t buy a candy from them. Go to a different dealer where they won’t try to rip you off.

Writing this review for my mother, Marta Calzado, who doesn’t have a google account. This was her first Lexus and she leased a β€˜21 NX300 over the weekend at Lexus of Kendall. Our salesman was Oscar Gaitan who was excellent - made the process very easy and smooth. He was great to deal with. This dealer also has a large inventory of vehicles which made it easier to choose a vehicle with the desired features.

I was given the 5 Star treatment at Lexus of Kendall when I took my car in for its 5,000 mile service. Everyone was very kind, courteous and professional and took very good care of me. Ileana GonzÑlez made sure to have everything ready for me from the paperwork to the 2021SUV Loaner I got to drive while my car was being serviced. Very professional service and fast. The service department has a great stuff. Victor Hugo Ramirez is the best service advisor anyone can ask for. Felipe Anthony Cruz was the technician that work on my car and after trying to duplicate my complaint and not been able to find any codes, he check for other possible problems until able to find a loose connection with the battery cable. That’s what I call going the extra mile. Great service department. I recommend then.

My boyfriend and I visited this location yesterday to Lease the new IS300. From the moment we walked in we were attended to with urgency and politeness. The sales consultant, Edwin Obando was amazing. He was kind, professional and assisted me in finding the best car to cater my needs. After a great experience with the sales team, we met the finance manager, Juan Soto. Juan was professional, attentive and made sure the leasing process was quick and simple. Overall, the customer service and experience was one I could speak highly about. This being my first time leasing a vehicle, they surpassed all expectations. I hate to write this review because the actual sales process was amazing - Maria Velasquez & Giovanny Tapia in finance were awesome, but the delivery & after sale is where they completely dropped the ball.Full disclosure: Im in the car business myself, was an Elite of Lexus member for both sales & finance while working for Penske Lexus in San Diego, a former sales trainer for Joe Verde & currently work at a 2-time North American Cadillac Dealer of the Year in Chicagoland. Had the vehicle shipped, but put a little too much trust in the certification & didnt have it inspected beforehand... so the money I had to spend on a clay buffing & airbrushing to get all the scratches & paint chips out are on me...But delivering a car where the tire pressure monitors are lit up like xmas & the interior so disgusting - every panel actually sticky - that it looked like someone held a daycare snack time in it should be an absolute embarrassment to any respectable dealership and/or salesperson.To add insult to injury the only contact Ive received since I got the vehicle wasnt to explain the certified features & benefits o follow up on the sale.. .just a generic email fishing for a good review. Seriously?

I made an appointment in advance for a recall service. I was provided a loaner car. Later that day I was called at home & told the part was not in stock at dealer necessitating an override stay in service with my car. Poor planning. Thus dealer used to rock with service but gas really gone down hill. The only staff that impressed me were the cashiers...smiling, professional, and timely. The loaner car reeked of cigarette smoke. When I picked up my car next day, it was run through car wash but inside was not wiped down clean. No bottled water offered either. These are all details that I used to remember.

No sales people will return calls. Tried to arrange purchase of a car for 4 days without any return contacts from 3 different sales people. Finally called manager and arranged to drive over 3 hours one way to buy the car. Managers gave his word that the car was being held for me and would not be sold. Manager said due to issues I had experienced with this dealership he would not require a non-refundable deposit. Received a phone call from the manager at 6:35 pm the night before my appointment that he had sold the car to someone else. I was paying the advertised internet price, but the manager sold it for more. Manager did not even give me the opportunity to wire funds to the dealership. I’ve sold my car and now have no car to transition too. This dealership does not deserve a 1 rating, but it is the lowest available. Lexus corporate said that this dealership manager violated all Lexus quality standards of customer service.
