The service used to be good at Lexus of west Kendall. However, on my last visit this week. The service was not good. The advisor did not call me to inform me about my car readiness and when I called service, they did not know and advisor was not available to talk to me. After 2 hours trying to get an update, they told me that the car which was suppose to be ready on that day was not going to ready until the next day. When I picked up the car the next day, the air conditioner was not working for one vent. So I had to take the car back to service again. No a good customer experience.
My advisor Robert Perez was great from start to finish. From the time I walked into his office till my vehicle was given back to me. A++++ service!!
FINALLYI received a call back. As I suspected, I was LIED to about the extended warranty coverage. I received 40,000 additional miles in coverage instead of the 60,000 additional miles that I was told that I was receiving for the $2550 that I paid. Please READ ALL documents before you sign once and they tap that Tablet duplicating your signature on all of the pages. Just be careful. I will moving forward.UpdateI called the phone number listed as the number to contact last week Monday. I was transferred to the finance manager where I left a message and still have not received a call back. Still NO resolution.I purchased my Lexus on May. Be sure to Read Carefully. I purchased an Extended Warranty. I was informed that it would be 60,000 miles from my current 29,037 miles, that would be until 89,037 But when I received the paperwork in the mail; the Warranty ends when my car reaches 70,000. I spent $2500 for a Warranty that doesnt cover what I was told that it would.

Wow! Not a way to Conduct The Lexus Brand. The Sales Manager Himself agreed.NOT PROPER TO ADVERTISE FALSELY 🤯We called. We verified. We were at another Lexus Dealership he checked and gracefully said The Vehicle was listed but we’d have to go to the West Kendall Lexus. Upon arriving the Salesmen went to look for the Sales Manager which walks in and before introducing himself first words were :“That Car Does not Exist” ! 🤷🏻♀️.WTHWe showed the messages between the Internet department and he kept saying it doesn’t exist. It had no Stock number.WE SHOWED. The Stock Number then he said it’s a Buy back Lease. So we asked why advertise? Why everyone says yes the Car is here. But you don’t even introduce yourself and just say it doesn’t exist?WOW!VERY DISAPPOINTINGWe Called and verified before driving 1 hour to West Kendall Lexus. What a terrible experience. After going to Mercedes and BMW to trade in my BMW 7 series and being told no Lexus of West Kendall said yes. Their finance, Salem Manager and Salesmen are by far A1 in my eyes. I had almost given up after being told to come back tomorrow at Lexus of Pembroke Pines because the manager didn’t want to make a deal. EVERY Lexus I drive will come from Lexus of West Kendall.

Ive had a Lexus car for at least 8 years now, and I cant seem to want to go anywhere else. Service is incredible at Lexus and Eddie our salesman treats us like royalty. He always finds us the perfect deals every time and gives us his undivided attention. Thank you Lexus and Eddie, looking forward to the next visit.
Im very pleased with the service of the dealership. I bought my is350 here in 2017 and it had a problem with the a/c vents not blowing. The car itself was out of warranty but the parts were covered under an extended warranty and they fixed it for no charge.They also gave me a loaner which I got to drive for the duration of my car being in the shop. Esteban was my service advisor and he kept me updated every step of the way. I will continue doing business with Lexus of West Kendall.
The services to my vehicle was definitely a lot quicker then the other Lexus dealerships I have visited previously, but they do lack hospitality skills... The other dealerships offer the waiting customers at least bottled water and snacks and this one points you to their in house snack shack for purchases if you are thirsty... I gave them a 4-Star for at least the faster services!
The only reason I’m giving a 3 star is because Alex the manager provided service recovery for the HORRIBLE customer service I received from Emilio! If he wouldn’t have rectified the service I would’ve given a zero! Emilio has the worst communication skills I have encountered from a service agent. I arrived in time for my maintenance appointment, I advised Emilio that I was cut for time and needed to know more or less the wait time he assured me 1 hour, I also was very clear that I needed the breaks checked first since they have been making a squeaky sound, and if they needed to be changed that would most likely take some time and I would like to be aware. He assured me that he would let me know within 20 minutes of my breaks needed repair. After 45 minutes and no phone call I call the service desk and was advised to walk up to his office, I did as I was advised to my surprise Emilio was clueless about my breaks he stated thy he would go check and be right back an hour later no feedback, I call and ask to speak to a manager I’m told everyone is in a meeting and no one can assist me, after another 30 minutes Emilio arrives and tells me yes your breaks are at a 3-4 and are almost die for a change but it’s up to you, I told him why I’m I finding out about this now, his reply I HAD TO GO TO MY MONTHLY MEETING. Unbelievable and so unprofessional to treat a consumer that way, with today’s economy customer service should be at an all time excellence. I told him that I would not deal with him and that I wanted to speak to a manager, long story short I missed all my appointments and a while day went down the drain, all of this could’ve been avoided is Emilio had better time management and better customer service. However Alex did take charge of the situation and provider a loaner vehicle at no charge and provided a discount, this is the only reason I decided to give a 3 star. Honestly I’m still debating whether I’ll be back.UPDATE THIS HORRIBLE SALES REP GETS PROMOTED TO MANAGER TALK ABOUT ITS NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU KNOW BUT WHO YOU KNOW !!! I’m so baffled he’s a manager after the way he treats customers?? Lexus needs to do better I will never go back to this place I will take my money somewhere else

Went to few Lexus dealers in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, looking for the car we want, compared to other dealers, this dealer has higher price, when I ask about the other price match, the sales person was so rude (dont want to write her name), make us keep waiting for hours only to say manager discount $500 of for Baptist medical professionals... terrible experience. I know there is shortage of cars now but dont exploit customers. Otherwise the place is nice to have conference and meetings!**UPDATE (changed from 2* to 4*: Got contact with Mr. Eddie Abdool, very polite, listened and promised to match the price, and fast and quick. Impressed and got 2022 RX 350 happily with good price. Not much happy with the finance guy though as he took lot of time on pushing us to buy something we didnt want to buy, else I would give 5*.

I called to schedule an appointment for a recall, oil change and sensor check for my Lexus ES350. I knew the repairs were going to take long so I requested a loaner; however, I couldn’t get there at 8 am which is the time customers get the loaners so I asked to speak to the manager, Alex Alvarez, and he solved the issue immediately. Alex sent a very nice and polite man, Eduardo Rodriguez, to my house with a loaner and he took my car to be serviced. When the repairs were completed, Eduardo brought my vehicle back and it was spotless! NO horrible odor as I had experienced at another Lexus service. In the past, I had always taken my vehicle to Lexus of West Kendall when I lived in that area because of their excellent service and although I live farther now, I will continue to service my car there. Thank you Alex, Eduardo, Jackie and Joseph for your professionalism and dedication to providing great service!

I moved from Homestead to Miramar, West Kendall Lexus sent a driver to pick up my car and left me a loaner while they did maintenance. I didn’t even have to leave the house. Best experience ever.Shout out to Junior my service advisor that always kept me informed
Went in for an oil change. Although my Check Engine light was on, they failed to check it. Was simply told it would cost $189.00 to do a Diagnostic after I picked up the car. Poor Customer Care. Should have been given the option from the beginning.
What an amazing experience we had at Lexus of West Kendall. We decided not to close our options with Mercedes Benz and give Lexus a try. Thankful we followed our instincts. They asked me what time they could come and pick up my car to be serviced, and they were there on time! They even left me with a very comfortable loaner so I would not be inconvenienced and I could still run my errands.I felt so well taken care of and my car was sparkling when they brought it back!! Today I called @3 o clock for an appointment and get one immediately for 4 o clock. service advisor was courteous and kept me informed of status. Work was completed ahead of schedule. Could not be happier about the experience. West Kendall has provided me with better service than the Lexus dealer in Pembroke Pines. Keep up the good work!

I used to love this dealership and service department but recently they have gone way downhill. What happened your bill as they don’t give you a copy of the estimate and may add charges that you did not want on your bill.The good old days of being asked it you wanted a breakfast coupon are long gone. This is my third Lexus from this dealership but may be my last. I tried to get a response from my last bad experience but nobody felt it was important enough to follow up. I have serviced every Lexus per the recommended service schedule but the last two times I have had the feeling I have been taken advantage of by doing services not prescribed. I can tell as I get no quote to approve. Good luck hopefully you will fair better.
This Lexus Dealership is the worse Lexus Dealership I had to deal with. First of all you walk into the dealership and no one even greeds you or ask you what you need help with, it’s like they never been trained with costumer service. I came in to get my car checked out because I have a clunking noise coming from the front left, the service adviser said the only way to get rid of the noise would be to change the entire front suspension which is well over $5k to get it replaced, so I drove all the way down from Pembroke Pines again to talk to the manager and he stated that the mechanic “thinks it’s the putter tie rod” $500 to fix which is cool no problem paying that but there would be no guarantee I would have to keep changing parts if that wasn’t the case. I got fed up and went to pick up my vehicle and as everyone know Lexus has a norm of taking care of the clients car such as vacuuming and washing your cars a courtesy, specially after the car has been there for a few days. Once I go inside my car it smells like straight food like someone eating croquetes inside my car the whole time instead of taking a look at the issue I brought it in for. The fact that there was someone eating inside my car I find a total disrespect. If you guys have a chance of going to to any other dealership to service your vehicle even if it’s a further drive I recommend you do so because this place is terrible.
Poor communication by Eduardo and the loaner vehicle department. I called the day before and made an appointment to bring my car in for a service. I also requested a loaner vehicle similar to my car (LS500) and they end up giving me an IS model which is way smaller. I spoke to the manager, but he said they don’t have any other cars despite me seeing an ES model in the front. A bunch of excuses why they couldn’t give me that loaner car. Eduardo initially expected me to wait and said it’ll only take an hour. Good thing I stuck to my gut feeling and took the little loaner car because they called me about 4 hours later telling me my car will be ready. I went to pickup my car and it wasn’t washed nor was anyone available to explain the issue I had with my brakes. When I turned the loaner car in they told me I have a balance due for tolls. I explained I used my sun pass for tolls and it was then they explained that all their loaner cars have sun passes. So essentially I was charged twice. There’s nothing in the contract stating that the cars already have a sun pass, but they still charged me and told me to take it up with sun pass for a refund. Just poor communication all the way around! Not the first time I’ve had issues at this dealer! However, I think it’ll be the last because I’ll take the drive to North Miami Lexus which has way better communication and customer service.
Miguel, the guy giving me the loaner, and Recepcionist were very helpful, 5 starts.My car was very dirty inside. Usually you used to deliver the car specially after a high service required.Clean and with the protectors for carpets and seats.I am still driving the car ensuring that it is ok … on all aspects .

This is unfortunately the second time that they service my car and don’t reset the alert on the dashboard . The wait was less today, which is great.I feel like the advisor should come after servicing the vehicle and brief you and what was done and what they found. This visit I was concerned about my breaks and I asked for them to check them and I was told by the lady at check out “everything was okay” . I don’t even know if there were any recommendations or maybe a time frame as of how much longer I have with these breaks .Lack of communication for sure which is not ideal when you pay so much money for servicing your vehicle.

I was contact by the dealer to schedule my appointment for my regular oil change, the appointment was made for 11:00am and I have to wait 45 minutes just to check in and another 1:30 minutos waiting for an oil change. I had to ask myself for an update on my car status while nobody since to care about it. Very disappointed! Please don’t overbook appointment if you don’t have enough people to assist your clients. People’s time is valuable!
The experience from beginning to end was great. Harold greeted my husband and I at the door and remained with us throughout the entire process. Customer service was amazing . The gentleman that handles our finances was also very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. I will always recommend Lexus of west Kendall .

I dont know about the girls that work there during the weekday in regards to their knowledge and customer service however this Saturday morning Miguel was awesome so was the gentleman that made my appointment on the phone for me so quickly, the Pinecrest bakery located in the inside waiting room those girls are nice as well and the cashier was helpful the most importantly Miguel had me in and out! But I did have to call somebody back to the car to take off the service sign🤷🏽♀️🙃🙂
Beware of ordering any parts from this specific location of Lexus as we have ordered floor mats for our Lexus LS 500 and they sent us wrong part even after searched and recommended from their website by model and year. Upon delivery, these mats didn’t even fit and they blamed it on us by not searching with Vin# which is not even their search criteria. They never refunded the shipping and on the top wanted to charge 15% re-stocking fee. Stay away from them as they do fraudulent business practices.
Horrible experience! I got there and not even the service advisor asked me for my name or presented himself. Didnt even know his name until an hour and a half of waiting he told me to wait and I had to find out that after 2 hours they didnt even start working on my car. Worst experience Ive had in a service department. No updates on your car what so ever. Advisor Miguel said he called me to let me know my vehicle was ready and I never got a call from him. He said he called but it went to voicemail which i never received a call but didnt even try calling one more time. First and list time I will be taking my vehicle to that service department. Very disrespectful advisor. He shouldnt be dealing with customers at all. I wanted almost 3 hours waiting after being lied to until cashier lady was nice enough and helped me and told me vehicle was still not even getting service. Spoke with manager and was able to get me a loaner. Loaner was smaller than my vehicle and I have a baby I had to pick up. Super uncomfortable. Very upset and disappointed at a Lexus service department. They need better customer experience !!Also my washer fluid was low and couldn’t even fill it for me. Message was on the dash very hard to miss.Thank you.

Beautiful place to buy a car and wonderful personnel to talk to...and thats where the buying experience ends or should. The product is not the key to a dealers success but service and a great deal and thats why I give this place only 3 stars. Who would buy a new car nowadays anyway, and who would pay upwards of 3k extra for that car? I certainly wont. Whats the point in giving me a good price when its charged back in fees when the financing is drafted. Not a deal, and no deal no business.
This is a place where you will pay too much for what you get…They’ll lure you in as a customer with Groupons and Military discounts and then recommend services that would cost you double or even triple of what you pay at any high end mechanic, in addition, they will use words as Special or Factory Plus service etc. for an oil filter change, A/C filter change and tire rotation, then hit you with a $370+ bill.A word of advice for the customers, do your math and double check the bill, they offer 20% discount to veterans, military and Law enforcement, but give you less on paper.They also say that your Lexus will be washed and vacuumed… Not really something I’ve experienced. They can hold on offering the “courtesy” if it’s not something they are willing to provide.Only come here to service your vehicle if its within warranty or part of your lease agreement, otherwise… Keep looking for a second opinion with regards to price.Finally, I’ve noticed that someone from this business answers every bad review with a justification and a recommendation for the “next visit”… I ask you to please don’t write anything, because you already lost me as a client as well as any recommendations I can provide to a family member or friends.*Update: they did write as expected… yet, there cannot be any restoration without redemption and no redemption without repentance.

I’m sure it’s due to Covid and staffing but I had a difficult time for service this time around. I had very positive experiences in the past. I’m not sure if I will go back for routine service since my vehicle is no longer under warranty.
Franco was the very best and I have the best experience EVER purchasing my car. I has been to lord of dealerships and have dealt with many car salesmen and I have NEVER been treated as good as I was with anyone else. Phenomenal service from start to finish. Worst customer service Ive experienced. I counted at least 8 employees walk past me and they dont even acknowledge you. Customers come and have to chase employees down to see if they can get help. Waited over an hour only to end up walking out. The one employee I approached simply told me to go find someone else because he was busy. Simple acknowledgment to the customers is essential in any business even if you’re busy. Sorry individuals and sorry business. Unbelievable…
Great service. Whats disappointing was when I asked to check my ac which has intermittent cooling and i was told they charge $185. We spend $1000s on buying the cars. I think its too much for detecting the problem. Staff and mgmt are super. Thats all I have to say.

One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever been to. Most of their vehicles are not certified even though they have a huge sign in the lobby that says certified. Also my sales person lied about what the Lexus certification included because he wanted to sell me a non certified car. Not very knowledgeable or trustworthy. I ended up purchasing at a different Lexus dealership up north. Much better buying experience. Their Toyota dealership next door is the same owner and it’s bad their too. I would not and did not buy.

Always a run around with this place...cant never get straight answers to straight questions, can never get a supervisor on the line after my time gets wasted by the first 4 people that hang up on me or just leave me on hold. EVERY experience with this particular dealership has been negative and a hassle. Really have turned me off from EVERY buying another lexus!Front caved in and bumper ripped most of the way off...and yet the airbags didnt even deploy, after just having the car in the service department. Never again...ill buy old rusty off the road for $1500 before i ever own another Toyota-Lexus!
Miguel Conde was incredibly unreliable, rude, and dismissive. Whenever you’d call to reach him the receptionist would leave you on hold for over 15min just to come back on the line and say he’s in a meeting while clearly holding back their laughter. Go out of your way to visit another dealership and if you have to come to West Kendall, have someone else help you.

Absolutely amazing service. I bought a used car and I messed up the paperwork (totally my mistake). To top it off, I was traveling and couldn’t go back to get the paperwork fixed (which had already gone to DMV). Folks at Lexus, after FOUR months of doing the deal, went to DMV, pulled out the old paperwork, did an undo and redo of the deal. Special shout out to Ali in the finance department, who gave me his personal mobile number to call when I’m ready to redo the paperwork. In the meantime, he mailed me a temporary plate so the registration stays current.I will buy my next car again from them. This kind of top notch service is hard to come by these days.
The entire process was smooth until it was time to check outI waited at the lounge for my car 40 minutes and I see my car parked as the service was completedI waited about 15 minutes as there was no one at the cashierWhen I finally see someone I ask who can help me and he says the cashier I tell him I haven’t seen anyone there and he basically called me a liar saying there was. I told him he was wrong as I had been sitting across the cashiers desk for over 50 minutes. Finally someone emerges from the back office and asks how they can help meI told her I believe my car is ready a d she asked how do I know so I point at the car and told her it’s been parked there for 25 minutesThat portion of the process was very disappointing the rest was great
They messed up my a/c while doing a complimentary inspection then claimed not to have the tools to even inspect my a/c. It was also very difficult (I had to talk to 5 different people) to get any information on what they did to my car. I was never able to speak to anyone who actually looked at my car.
Overall experience was exceptional however, when the vehicle is ready for pickup kindly text or call the customer to notify them. Just to ensure they’re no delays when the customer is waiting.
The service tech who I booked my appointment with was not there that day, even though I purposely booked it on a day I was assured he’d be there. I was not greeted upon arrival so spoke to the first person I saw sitting in a cubicle. Miguel assured me he would take care of me. All I needed was a basic service, which would have cost around $100 and take 45 minutes to an hour to complete. After about an hour I was called to the cashier to pay. There was a statement attached to the bill that stated, “service recommended but not preformed: replace front and rear brake pads.” No one said anything about my brakes prior to this. I questioned the cashier, who called Miguel. He came in and told me that he’d mistakenly closed out my ticket and that my car did need brakes, which would cost an additional $700 and 3-4 hours. I’m not questioning the service that the car needed, but am pretty disappointed by the lack of attention paid to me and the servicing of my car, especially since I have been going to this dealership for more than 10 years to get my car taken care of properly.

Bad experience went to get a tire. What instead of the service advisor helping us out I was sent to the parts department to get the tire my self then I had to go back to the advisor just to be charged again to mount the tire also for what ever reason the service advisor was asking me if I had cash on hand to pay him under the table. I had requested to speak to a manager but there was non available so I spoke to another advisor that tried explaining about there system and how it works, this was the worst experience ever and why I would never recommend anyone to this dealer at least the Lexus side of it. I wish they had better respect and loyalty for there customers but it shows that they dont
I came here with the intention of only looking at options. Never did I expect to leave the dealership driving in my new vehicle, a 2018 preowned NX 300. Mihanys Santana attended my every need and listened to what I “needed” in a car. He gave me all the options Lexus had to offer in regards to leasing and financing, and never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Most other dealerships take advantage of women when they come in. Great service, and honest dealers! I will be referring all I know to this Lexus in particular. Please ask for Mihanys!

GREAT BEGINNING, POOR ENDING!I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Lexus of West Kendall. The initial buying experience was phenomenal! Sebastian is an awesome Salesman who worked with me throughout the buying process. He made sure that the car was in pristine condition before I took delivery.I also had a pleasant experience with Luis in finance. He was cordial, professional and answered all of my questions. If I’d been asked to rate the customer service I would have given it a perfect 10!My problems began a few hours after owning the car. THE BATTERY DIED! Imagine my shock after having spent $37,000 a few hours earlier???Lexus Roadside assistance sent AAA. When they arrived 90 minutes later (10:00pm) the gentleman tried unsuccessfully to start the car. He said the battery was corroded and completely dead. The only positive was that I was at home and it was a Saturday. The next morning, I called AAA to install a new battery @ $169.Although I was disappointed, I wasn’t worried because I was certain that Lexus of West Kendall would reimburse me the cost of the battery because it was clear that the car had not be throughly inspected. However, it’s been 3 weeks and still no response fromLexus of West Kendall! REALLY??Great start...POOR FINISH! While, I highly recommend buying a car fromthem..:I would think twice about having my vehicle serviced.

Worst experience ever. Unfortunately l have purchased 3 autos from this dealership Never again. I walked in to buy a new car. Waited 15 minutes for a sales associate.Few customers in showroom. When I ask why I wasnt being served they told me to go somewhere else . I guess they assumed an Anglo old man with a torn shirt was not worth thelr time.DISCRIMINATION!!! Manager Jordan Andrade refused to discuss this treatment. He is an arrogant unqualified manager. Run dont walk àway from this dealership! PS I purchased a car the same day from a different dealership. Losers. No response or apology from the owner. They only respond to their favorable reviews. Cowards.!!!!This was posted 3 months ago.All you had to do was apologize for your abhorrent behavior. You however choose to ignore it. Nice way to run a business. My Experice today was very positive, I was told it would take between one hour and two hours, I was out in less then 45 mins including a free car wash. Thats why my car of choice has been a Lexus for the past 20 + years.

I spent weeks trying to test drive a vehicle listed online. I was told multiple times that it was sold when in reality it wasnt. My persistence finally led me to the vehicle. After finally getting an appointment to test drive the vehicle it turns out the vehicle wasnt where they told me it was. I was quoted a price and told to return the next day. The next day I was told the vehicle was sold. I kept calling as I noticed it was still listed online.I was finally told that the vehicle was available for test drive and met with a sales representative. The sales representative and manager would not honor the price that I was quoted originally in writing and provided me with extremely poor customer service. They finally honored a similar price. The vehicle that I purchased had scratches on it. This was not disclosed to me before purchase and they would not fix it. Instead they tried to get me to pay for the damages with someone they knew. I am currently trying to speak to the manager to get them to fix the scratches on the car. I have extremely good credit and believe that I was treated in a poor manner.

Scheduled service 4/15 with a loaner and when I arrived they said they do not have any loaner cars available. What’s the purpose making a appointment?Wasted my morning and gas. It’s very frustrating to waste time like that. The manager said it was due to a large number of recalls. If they didn’t have any cars available they should have rescheduled instead of waiting for me to drive there to find out. Didn’t get to have my car service. Really dissatisfied and disappointed. I expect better from them.

From the beginning the staff was extremely kind and friendly. Following Covid restrictions they offered me a place to sit and refreshments throughout my stay. They answered whatever questions I had fully. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
