Didnt have the bottled voo doo ranger, but had they had the 6 pack cans so i just put them in the chiller at the front of the store for a bit.... running low on acid cigars..

I go here for cigars in Miami area, I prefer Costco for alcohol, but this is my next best place for alcohol based on price.

Cleanliness is the first word that comes to mind, followed by attentiveness, organization, and “plethora” due to the overwhelming selection within this store. Every aisle is well lit, widely set for easy passage between customers and platform displays, and employees at hand assisting with as many questions as possible. Definitely love this store, highly recommend, and enjoy seeing those familiar friendly faces!

The store is great. Much more selecttion than other Total Wines. If you visit this store, ask for Louis. He is first class customer service personified. He is a gentleman, a wine connoisseur, and your best friend when you are shopping for something special.

Awesome location fully stocked with 8 years and other very nice red wines. Staff was also very helpful when I looked for a gift of peanut butter whiskey for a family member. I would return to this location for its neatness/cleanliness alone.

Short caucasian lady with glasses provided assistance for me but it was very unprofessional. I was very disappointed with her customer service skills! The cashier (kinda tall African American lady) total opposite. Some type of disciplinary action needs to be taken before another customer has to deal with this idiot. Just ruined my whole night!

I found the wine I was looking for and surprisingly they got very good prices. I dont give them 5 stars because I ask for help looking for a specific wine and the shop assistants didnt know that they have the wine in the store.

I stopped over with this shop last week and ordered beers and champagne. I like the way on how the waiters and waitresses looked like. They were decent, kind, and wears a smile. I really like this wine shop. They have a great selection and prices are pretty decent. Especially when you compare it to any place near the beach ⛱️.However, Im giving them one star because they do not clean the carts, and who knows what is they are not cleaning. Theyre definitely not cleaning the check out lanes between. Now is not the time to slack off with these sorts of health considerations. COVID-19 in the rise now more than ever. The store needs to be proactive about protecting the health of their customers. That should be the number one priority.Furthermore, customers are not following social distancing protocols.

Amezing place for liqueur lovers like me. Great and friendly staffs. First time shop there and I wanted some Ballys cream and didnt where it was ( store is very large) an associate literally walk me to where it was. Not just pointed at the aisle or say he doesnt know. Excellent store ! Always clean and organized, I always find amazing deals and very good quality wines, outstanding customer service, been a customer for the last 14 years . I will never buy liquor from anyone else. I like the trip to the store and walking picking wine from hundreds and hundreds of them, my mom gets very exited every time and spends a good time picking some nice new whiskey cream or some new fruit liquor to try . The variety here is innumerable. They have absolutely everything you can imagine.

Went in this location for the first time over the weekend it was obviously very busy felt understaffed and the bottle I was interested in purchasing was behind locked key and it took a very long time for someone to finally come and assist my wife and myself. I nearly walked away and would have made this expensive purchase else where. Increase staff on weekends potential lost sales of high end product.
