Equipment was purchased brand new from Acasi and begin failing within a week. We have had nothing but issues with weekly repairs, lack of maintenance support to repair and response time and details from Acasi. Would NOT recommend their products or services to anyone needing a filler.

Overall our experience was great.We have been fortunate that our company has been growing rapidly. Even though we hadnt heard of Acasi before, we decided to purchase equipment from them because their pricing was really good compared to some of the other equipment manufacturers we contacted, and the machines looked well built, unlike some of the Chinese products we also inquired about.Since we didnt have much experience with machines and equipment prior to this, we were thinking initially we needed a much bigger bottling line. After our conversations with the folks at Acasi, they quickly pointed out that the machines we were thinking about wouldnt make much sense for us at our current state and our projected growth, as it would have been a significantly costlier line and a complete overkill for us. Thanks for helping us save money!Their advice was extremely helpful and we felt we were being treated by honest and ethical people and not by some used-car sales guys trying to make a quick buck.

I bought a filler and a capper more than 5 years ago and they have been working great, at the beginning getting parts was not as fast as I wanted but since they created their web base system is as easy as buying stuff from amazon, I don’t think anyone else in the industry offers thisHighly recommended

I’ve seen different manufacturers fillers and cappers and the engineering on Acasi is superior to everything I’ve seen

Spoke with Maria C. about getting drawing for an ELF capper, she said no problem just send over pictures. I emailed pictures, then she never responded so I called back 3 days later and was told that they cant help me, its not an item they carry. I am upset because I have an urgent project to complete and their lack of communication and false statements cost me 3 extra days.
