Beware-Finamac does not stand behind their product! I purchased my first Pro4 in May of 2019. I loved it! So when Finamac ran a COVID special in late 2020 I bought another one. We didn’t need it immediately so we waited until January 2021 to install it. This one has not worked properly since we first hooked it up. We have had the tech out numerous times, (we know there is a Freon leak, but can’t find it) but Finamac won’t stand by their product. Beware that your labor warranty only lasts 3 months! And if your machine needs any major work they want you to ship it back and forth to Miami at your own expense where they will only keep it “10 to 15” days! Really?!? I have a business to run and being without a machine for what will probably be close to a month during our busy season is crazy. Because their warranty is so bad the tech here locally is declining to take any more business from Finamac. We had plans to expand further, but we will be looking for different machines before we can make that happen!
Do not buy equipment from this company. Have had Robopop 2 years lightly used & already broke down. They do not respond to any customer service request, only want to upsell you. You will stay waiting for parts & product for months and be left with no way to run your machines or package your product. As their equipment makes product that only fits a specific size & their specific parts that they only they make. Taylor is now their distribution partner & everything is marked up over 50% of what we were originally sold by the company.
Using Turbo Popsicle machine for several time. I am 100% satisfied. The support, especially Russel are awesome. Helped me with all my questions. From choosing the right machine till online help with connecting, etc. The quality of the machine, how it is assembled is awesome, believe me, got the Chinese Popsicle machine before, so you can not only see, but feel the difference. There is even name and signature of the guy, who assembled it, almost like on the AMG engines.Ordered directly from Brazil.Fast air delivery.For sure 5 stars to Finamac.
My experience with Finamac has been awesome! Russel and Pedro have always been available to answer my questions or educate me on equipment. I also attended the popsicle training class where I gained a ton of knowledge. As a new start up the business partnership with Finamac has been terrific!!!!
The fit and finish of their product is very poor. Looks like it was made in someones garage rather than a professional manufacturing facility. Imported from Brazil. After 3 months of use the glass lid shock dampener failed. The hold down for the heated release of pop bars failed. The front stainless steel cover plate is poorly crafted and arrived missing hold down bolts. The delivery was even worse, crated in a small bobtail truck and turned sideways. Had cosmetic damage that was never resolved, along with rubber seal never replaced. Robopop
A+++ products, exceptional equipment. Customer service is quick and responsive if you need help with troubleshooting. I was able to resolve small mechanical issues I had with the help if the FINAMAC team. They have an office located in Miami for quicker response to domestic issues. I have ordered from them on 3 separate occasions and the turbo 8 machines came in a timely manner, great working condition, and well packaged together. Will be upgrading my equipment in the near future with FINAMAC!
I first placed the order with Finamac 6/1/18 for a RoboPop Ultra and a Pro 16 and wired $11,200 for the deposit. In writing they stated 60 days for order to be completed. The 60 days passed and no updates from Finamac. I called and they stated there was a 30 day delay, this was 8/2018. After the 1st delay, I called again and they stated another 30 day delay, this was 9/2018. I received a voice message from Finamac stating the order was ready to be shipped pending the wire of the balance owed and to confirm the shipping address. Returned their call within hours and they stated it was a mistake and the order was still delayed until October 2018. Called them in October 2018 as they were incapable of providing updates. They stated there is a delay with the Pro 16 but the RoboPop is ready to be shipped. I am frustrated as this is costing me money for rent, plans and other things. I call them again asking for my deposit back due to breach of contract and they say they can sell me the Ice Clean machine to replace the Pro 16 initially ordered and it is a $6,000 difference, meaning I have to pay more. I agree, send them the rest of the wire to complete my purchase of $53,000 (purchased molds, finafluid, 2 towers robopop, ice clean, etc).I receive my purchased items the last week of 11/18. I paid extra money to my architect and to the Health Dept to make changes to accomodate the new machine. I am finally ready to connect these machines in June 2019 and ask Finamac who to contact. They pretty much washed their hands of me and redirected me to Tyler Freezers in Calif. I call them set up an appointment and they send their technician. First, he shatters the glass lid of the RoboPop and stays hours stating I purchased a used machine. Mind you, I am under the impression my machine is new. That is what I paid for. He leaves hours later and my machine works for 1 1/2 days only. This is early July 2019. Taylor Freezer technicians have been out to my shop 9 times in less than 30 days. I have emailed Finamac to assist because the Technicians are new to these machines and need assistance and because my machines are still under warranty. I have emailed 2 supervisors who do not even have the courtesy of replying or even pretending to care. That has been my experience with Finamac and will be telling my fellow business owners who are even thinking of purchasing a Finamac machine to be very careful of their purchase and to shop around.
Terrible company- no support- my machine never worked- foreign company that does not operate in the proper American way. I do not recommend! If I could give them negative stars I would!
I have been using finnamac machines for 12 year. I have 2 turbo 25, and pro 20 batch freezer. Looking to purchase some new. The most important thing is the communication barrier is improving.
The greatest strength of Finamac is not only the quality of its products, but also the personnel who work there. In my experience, from the first phone call they offered me detailed technical information about each of their machines, customer service, and training courses. In my case, Robert Muñoz, Representative of Finamac, guided me in each of the stages of knowledge and evaluation of the products that suited my needs; and later I took classes with Lais Sato, Training Coordinator, who stands out for her professionalism and high quality criteria in the production of ice cream and popsicles. They are both excellent, friendly, and professional.I am starting a new business and I hope to continue counting on Finamac for many years!
