This place has to be one of best quality and customer service friendly stone dealers in south Florida! The price was excellent and the salesman BK was amazing. Everything was paid online and delivered as stated. In addition, when I had a few stones that were damaged without question they fixed the issued and delivered them to me. I honestly can say that I have not seen quality service like this in Miami-Dade County in a long time!!!!When I went to other stones/tiles dealers they were not as friendly, nor did they have quality stones with a reasonable price. Thank you so much Sefa and especially BK! Since I have referred multiple friends and family!

I’ve had such an amazing experience with Sefa.When we changed our minds on one of the stones we purchased, they provided us a full refund and allowed us to purchase what we really wanted.Once the stone was installed in the backyard, we did encounter some issues with it. I called Sefa and they immediately came to our house to see the stone, kept in touch with us on how to resolve it and found tester products to clean it.The issue was resolved but most importantly the customer service we received was more valuable than what we paid for the stone.

I would not recommend this place at all. I called a day before heading down there ( 1 hr drive ) He told me exactly which pool coping he had and it was the one I was looking for pool copings. Once I got there, he the owner sefa tells me they have them in stock.Gets to the desk, to check out. He then tried to up sale me and jack the price up and tell me that these are different.... so thanks for wasting my time.

We were looking for a very specific stone material and Sefa Stone had it. Our sales associate, Sefa helped us with selecting the correct stone that we needed. The service was fast and the prices were very reasonable.the service and great help. I located the stone i needed to match my existing tile and they came to my home the same day to ensure I was ordering the correct tile. Delivery was fast. Would highly recommend.

These guys really know what they are doing and the quality of the service and materials is top notch. I put down about 2000 square feet of the Leonardo stone for a back patio and it looks absolutely stunning. The packaging was excellent, as I didnt have a single cracked or broken stone upon unpacking 10 pallets. I will definitely be back and have already recommended to friends.

I must say that I am a totally satisfied customer of Sefa Stone. I ordered 1200 square feet of travertine to create an amazing pool deck and outdoor living area. We ordered gold travertine tiles from Sefastone to renovate our kitchen. Stones are very good and make our kitchen like a different place and their customer service is very good.

I came across Sefa Stone on the internet looking for bullnose travertine tile. I had concerns about how the top step of our marble staircase was going to turn out and Mustafa reasured me that the material we purchased from the store would look great. And it did! We are very satisfied and Mustafa along with his sales representatives were very nice. When we visited the store in person we discovered that Sefa Stone also sells highly quality sofas. We ordered a lovely velvet sofa from the store and couldn’t be happier with our selection. Now we’re renovating the back porch area of the house and again we returned to Sefa Stone to purchase limestone. I’m certain that we will make another purchase from the store in the next few days as we are looking for an additional sofa.
