General Contractor approved supplier. Top quality materials with the best price in Miami. They also have a great customer service. No one can beat them.

They made me lose a week on labor. Charged $200 for delivery and failed to deliver. Was supposed to be here last Tuesday. Didnt arrive until Saturday. Had my labor waiting all week. I have broken pavers. Poor customer service.They charged me 2.5% credit card fee. Bad business practice and illegal.

Very fancy lobby. Fancy process and terrible service. The lady who came out was almost offended when I ask her for slabs that looks like concrete or solid materials. I am building a new house and am looking for pool finishing materials. I understand you do not carry that type of product but not need to make a customer feel totally out of place because you have misleading signs and/or I passed at reps lunch time.Poor service at is best!

Be prepared to pay cash or debit. If you want to pay with a credit card, they will charge 2.5% . That’s illegal in the State of Florida.

Awful customer service. I walked in and the lady who “assisted” me was in a big hurry apparently. Every question I made, seemed to bother her. Prices were competitive compared to most tile places.I walked out of there as soon as I could.As a company, they need to work on customer service skills. Welcome to Miami!

I bought 100 square feet of a stock limestone tile (1/2 of what I needed but all my car could take in one trip) The stone was not at all like the showroom sample, we looked at it for a week to see if it was acceptable and decided it wasnt. I called and told them I would like to return it for a diffrent stone. they said it was not their policy to take any returns especially on stone which is a natural product and besides you bought it more than 5 days ago.Even though I wanted to buy twice as much of a more expensive stone they were totally unreceptive.
