They say they will same day ship for orders by a certain time. However, for my order, they did not ship until SIX DAYS AFTER I ordered. Then, four days later when I emailed them about it--I could see on the FEDEX tracking number that the item had not been sent yet--they responded with some BS nonsense, and still did not ship until the NEXT DAY. SAD!

I ordered a mast light which after 2 weeks still has not showed up I live in the same state it was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. Got no response from them through walmart app. Will not recomend.

Ordered a Ritchie SR-2 compass delivered to my house. Arrived quickly, and in perfect condition. Clinometer was not in box; Baron USA sent one out to me right away, and were very courteous and helpful. Compass was easy to install, and easy to read from anywhere in the cockpit.
