Upon arrival, the service associates did not pay any attention to me for quite a while. Suggestion: just say something like Good morning, well be right with you... This would make all the difference. After my presence was registered, I was well taken care of, however.

The overall experience was fantastic at the Bill Seidle’s Mitsubishi dealer in Doral, FL.My salesman, Renier Rodriguez, made this process easy and enjoyable. He was extremely professional and explained to me all the details of the SUV. Needless to say I was blown away by this vehicle and bought it on the spot.I have been researching the 2022 new car market for over a month and NO ONE came close to the great price Bill Seidle’s and Renier Rodriguez gave me. All dealers are now charging 17-25% above MSRP price and just calling it a Market Adjustment Fee. Bill Seidle’s is the only dealer that is not trying to take advantage of their customers.This SUV was a birthday gift for my wife and she fell in love with her White on White Outlander when she saw it parked in the driveway with a Big Red Bow. This is one of the nicest cars I’ve ever purchased. Thank you to everyone at the dealer.

Great memories from Bill Seidle´s Mitsubishi and I still remember in 1988 while I was a child visiting Miami and we visited Bill Seidle´s to find a sport utility CAR from the 80´s and I still remember the Nissan Pathfinder (first generation) and the 1988 Hardbody truck (now Frontier) and we compared both options between The Mitsubishi MIghty Max and the first generation Montero 2 door, finally my father bought the Montero 1998 and it was sent to Central America from Port of Miami to Santo Tomas de Castilla Port in Guatemala, and this wonderful Montero first generation was driven for more than 22 years without trouble, so my first sport utility car from Bill Seidle, now I drive a Rogue Sport 2018 and it is my favorite car

Ok so we bought a used car from this place they were ok to deal with but the after effect not so good. We were told if we sold the car we bought, we would get our money (prorated) from the warranty they sold us. Well they have gone back on their word. They keep switching us from person/department instead of honoring their word! I wont buy any warranties anymore from a car dealership.

Absolute worst service department. Dont greet you, if youre lucky they MIGHT speak to you, super rude, will only look up a part with a VIN. Staff made a big fuss about part numbers and not being able to look up anything. I literally had to look up the information on my phone to help the order go through. Only after I am visibly frustrated does the guy ask me for my make and model. If this is how you treat your loyal customers its no wonder mitsubishi is going out of business. Go visit a toyota service department and learn how to treat your customers.

My AC broke down (not even air blowing). I brought it to this dealership on a Monday and told me they needed to buy a part for the AC and it would take 2-3 days. They washed my car and vacuumed the inside. Much appreciated!By Thursday, I had not received a call, so I called. They told me they truck would arrive around 10am. I called again at 12:15pm. At 12:45 pm they called me. I brought my car at 1:31pm and they told me it would take about an hour. It was ready in less than an hour at 2:24pm. The AC seems to be working great.I am updating my review because a week afrer getting work done I went to my regular mechanic. They checked the AC and found the AC fulter was filthy and needed ti be changed. The AC is so much colder now. I am disappointed Mitsunishi dealership did not look into this and recommend an AC filter change.Area of improvement: speed to get parts......it is hot in Miami without an AC in August. Do a more thorough job checking car needs.

I called to make an appointment for brakes before I drove 4 hours to the dealership from my home in Key West. When I got there they informed me that they didnt have the parts in stock. A month later, I called to reschedule and asked them to confirm that the parts were available. They said to ensure they wouldnt sell out again I should prepaid over the phone, so I did. When I arrived for my appt, I found out they had charged me for the wrong parts and they didnt have the right ones!!! They also didnt take down my email address correctly, therefore I never received their survey email so I could tell their management how terrible my experience has been, how convenient!

KEEP AWAY FROM THAT PLACE. I went there during my warranty period and they find a way to proof me that the bumper to bumper warranty do not cover a battery replacement so my options were to pay or 130 dollars for the inspection which in any Autozone is FREE or 190 for the battery and the inspection. Thieves as simple as that thieves. I swore to myself never again put a foot on a Mitsubishi dealer in my life not to buy or service any car. They just lost a client and a client whole family and friends for life for a car battery. To my eyes that’s not a good way to do business. I am just sharing my experience if you want the risk at least you are aware of that that is a luck I didn’t had.

Made an appt for Monday, July 13th arrived andwas quickly greeted with a smile and good morning. My car was taken into the garage and worked on immediately. I left to run some errands, was called with the diagnostic review it was nice to be suggested items without being force fed. I arrived later that afternoon to pick up my car and to my surprise it had been washed and vacuumed. The services provided were at a more than reasonable price with courteous and professional associates. Definitely be back!!!

Great service by the tech staff.Cant say the same for Parts, on July 3/2020 made an order for the A/C clutch and as of today July 12/2020 no part, with hope that next monday or tuesday the part will be available, i was told that last Friday the part was going to arrive by the parts manager, no luck. I will update this comment when this Odessy is over. If someone at mitsubishi other than the people i have spoken to can help, please help.PS: The part and service is already paid for. No money back, 20% charge for cancleing the order, even its not my fault whats going on, sad very sad.5 stars for the mechanics and mainteneance guys.0 stars for parts department.

The people who have worked on my car at Bill Seidle’s Mitsubishi are amazing. Kawika, Kevin and Trevor are genuine and kind. Any time Ive gone in to get my car checked, theyre great at keeping me updated and answering any questions I have. Also, Ive gone in without making an appointment (due to unexpected circumstances/car troubles) and theyve been accommodating and try their best to get my car back to me as soon as possible! This is the first time I ever review anything on google but Id hate for this to happen to anyone else, so I feel the need to write one. My wife took her outlander in for a new airbag wiring harness. They said they didnt have it in stock and had to order one and it should be ready in a week. One week later WE call to see whats the status and were told that its not in stock in the u.s and has to be ordered to Japan and should be ready in another week. The third week they just keep telling us its still processing. The forth week we call to see whats going on because at this point the insurance is giving us a heads up that they wont be paying the rental any longer after 4 weeks. Yes thats right, one month later. They tell us that we have to understand the part has to be hand made and delivered from Japan. Apparently its being made by a master swordsmith and delivered on a camel because ive had things delivered from Japan in a fraction of the time. We inform them that our insurance will not cover our rental any longer and all they had to say was sorry but they dont provide loaner vehicles. At this point were so frustrated that we tell them were gonna come pick the car up till the part comes in. They had the audacity to tell us that we would have to pay them to put the car back together because they took the car apart without having part, real smart... Then they tell us that we should just wait because the part should come in within the next few days and the car would be ready within a week... ONE MONTH LATER, the car is done. Thats right, 2 months (60 days) from the day we brought the car in. So after a lot of frustration and a few hundred bucks spent on uber, we got our car back. They didnt even have the decency cut us a break with the due balance considering they cost us plenty of money with inaccurate deadlines. BUT WAIT! Theres more! A few days after she gets her car back I notice theres a huge chunk of her shift knob missing as if it were hit with a power grinder. I asked her if she noticed it and she said yes but she was so fed up with them that she didnt even bother. I on the other hand, cant tolerate incompetence so I call them and send them a picture as they requested just to have them tell me that they didnt do that. So in other words, were liars. But they did say they could make us a deal on a new shift knob... unbelievable.Moral of the story, dont go here unless you really enjoy frustration and incompetence. Theres a Mitsubishi place south and another one north of this place. Ive never been to either but I can guarantee it cant be worse than this place. I for one, will never go back.

Tony in parts was so rude and uncooporative. I was put on hold 4 times then repeated each time why I called. . I was trying to buy a front license plate bracket and have mailed to out of state. I am giving my girlfriend a car and wanted to send the bracket with a custom plate as a gift that I didnt care the cost. Tony made this impossible. Suggested I drive from key west to mami because over the phone was too much trouble . Then said he doesnt do transactions like this . Even if I am willing to wait and pay for shipping.
