I did not wish to write this, but because of the horrible service, lies and completely ignoring my repeated calls and emails, I had to. I am a business owner as well and do not want negative reviews. This poor review is well deserved. The day I bought my Escalade from South Miami Mitsubishi it was a mess. I was told be there at 10am. My person I was dealing with over the phone, Tony, came over an hour late. The truck was not ready. It was up on stilts as a show car. They could not find the key, so they had to call a locksmith and jimmy the car open. The alarm went off for over an hour as they had to reset it and the battery died. They assured me the car would be ok. On the way home, the low gas light went on. They only put in 5 gallons. I live 1.5 hours away! I had to get gas on the way home. The next day I woke up the car started. I went out to eat and the battery was totally dead and I was stuck in City Place. I had to get a new battery the next day. They did send me a check, but it took 4 weeks to get paid back. Also, they only gave me ONE key for a very expensive car. That day Tony and the Manager assured me they would give me a key, no problem. It is now 8 weeks ago and no key. I have been calling and emailing every other day and no one ever calls or emails back. Today was it. Tony called me, 8 weeks later on Feb 13th. He said I am sorry to tell you, we can NOT give you a new key for your truck. It is too expensive and that manager is not here so even though we promised you that key, we can not give it! He also said, I know we said you can get a new key, but unless you have it in writing, I am sorry we can do nothing! Well, he knows I do not have it in writing. He shook my hand! Well I can do something. I am a level 7 reviewer on google and will now go to facebook as well. Stay away! Never shop there ever.
Finally Mitsubishi has a good service manager; I think his name was Toni. Hes very nice, well spoken and explained what has happened here with the old owners and management. I was a customer at Miami Lakes then I came to South Miami Mitsubishi. I was going crazy trying to find where to go for service. But now Im glad South Miami finally has a great person in charge..will be back and will tell everyone. Luisa
Great experience. We worked out the prices and terms until I was happy and was able to drive out with the car I wanted. While waiting they let me test drive a sport car to pass the time. Overall great service. Tony and Fanny were particularly helpful. Left happy and most importantly my wife with a great smile on her face
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD! At the moment we have over 6 cars either financed or lease and NEVER had we had this kind of service. First we spent over 7 hours at the dealership. When we finally take the car (Saturday) they said they would call us to finalize everything on Monday because it was too late. I had to call Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so we could finalize everything because they werent ready and NO ONE would tell us what was going on. After finally going back (3rd time) to sign they didnt even had the right manual for the car we were buying (STILL WAITING AFTER ALMOST 2 MONTHS). I told them that one of the speakers in the car wasnt working and they told me it was under warranty and just to take it to the service department which I did, only to find out that the car was made that one and CANNOT be fixed (they know this as they have regular trainings). And now, to top it off, THEY NEVER TRANSFERRED MY TAG. Their system is ALWAYS DOWN and there is nothing you can do. But they were very quick to charge me.DO NOT BUY, LEASE OR DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!! Dont say you werent warned. Lets not forget that the sales people will tell you whatever comes to mind just to make you buy.
Car dealerships are already a miserable experience if you want double or triple down on that go to Kendall Mitsubishi.If you are worried about being bombarded by sales people at Kendall Mitsubishi. Do not worry. I dont think they even want to sell cars. We walked in and did not get help for 40 minutes. The only reason we waited is because we drove 2 hours to get a car for my little brother.When you drive in it feels like the cars are piled up on each other. It is a tiny lot.The people were having a party and all employees were not helping us. Even the manager said it would be a few minutes. It was 40. No we didnt drive there blind. We had two cars in mind and we called ahead for the out the door price.They finally got us the first car to look at. The sales person could not find the other car. Then miraculously when we decided we did not want the first car they found the other at the car wash station. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the car to get cleaned.When we finally got down to price all of the figures were more than the out the door price described. Needless to say this was one of the worst experiences at a car dealer. And that is saying something. I have had some bad experiences.We found the same car at another dealership for the price this place originally quoted us.Do not go here go somewhere else you can get a better deal elsewhere.
We came on a Saturday and were welcomed by Tony and Jean and they were great friendly people who helped us with our reward. Tony was very patient and funny and he gave us a great experience while talking to him about the cars they had. I’m 18 years old and I wanted to get my first car on my own and I went in to Mitsubishi and they got me into a car immediately they put a falsified down payment of $1800 they falsified my information saying that I had a job and I was making such and such amount of money and falsified bank records they will do anything to get you into a car and stick you with that car I went a few months later because I could not make my payment after I thought I would be able to because I had gotten a job and I was making enough money to make my payment but my kids came before my car I have two little girls and I had to pay for doctors appointments and clothes and food so I want to turn my car in before my first month payment because there’s a no-fault law before your first month payment is due where you can go and take the car back to the dealership and they have to buy it back from the bank and I want to return and give them the keys and I took them and talk to them and was being cooperative and trying to work with them and they wanted to pay my first months payment and insurance just to stick me with the car because after you pay your first months payment you’re stuck with that unless they repo your car and I didn’t need that on my credit history so I took the keys and gave them to the manager and Mitsubishi and when me and one of my good friends walked out he was walking behind us and I didn’t think anything of it I got in my husband‘s truck and he threw the key in the back of the truck so I went to go take the key back and go inside and he had locked all the doors so I gave it to one of the new sales representatives they didn’t know anything that was going on he got into a nasty thing and now they’re telling the bank that I never gave the car back but they’re trying to sell the car for $17,000 when I was fixing to pay $23,000 for that car

This is the worst car dealership I have ever been too. Horrible costume service! And the sales manager Richard is awful!! They were recently bought out so they’re under a new management. You can tell they have no idea what they’re doing. We went with our 4 months twins and wasted our whole day there going back and forth. They would not budge in and give us a good deal. We had to walk out for them to give us a call when we were already on our way home for them to actually consider our offer. Ridiculous that i to come to that.. we spent over 5 hours with two fussy babies, we hoped it was worth it at the end. It ended up being a huge waste of our time! Do not go to this dealership. First of all it took them more than 4-5 hours to get deal done with me they kept telling me different stories till we ended up agreeing to a deal, then I had to wait another 2 hours to get the car ready so I could leave, we had agree with the manager to take the down payment I had give him within the next 15 days next thing I know they took the money out two days after. Really bad service I’m happy with the car aside that the speakers were not working, but the service is one of the worst, this is one of worst dealers in south Florida!!!! Do not recommend at all!!!!

Having worked years in hospitality Im a real stickler for exceptional service. I had been in the market to purchase a car for quite some time, the process is very frustrating. I found a car online that checked off all of my necessities and I reached out to the dealer. I spoke with Mark, who I later found out was the Sales manager, and after a brief conversation coordinated to come in and drive the car. When I arrived Mark was there to greet me with a big smile and a firm handshake. A client that was already there came out to talk to Mark. Mark asked if he could step away, In his absence Miguel, one of the salesmen, came out and introduced himself. Mark had informed him about the car that I was interested in and he had the keys with him for me to test drive the car. I loved the car and told them I wanted to purchase it. I then braced myself for the part we all hate when buying cars but I have to say... this was quite possibly the least painful car buying experience I have EVER had in my life. Needless to say I drove off the lot 3 hours later with my car and a huge smile on my face. Mario the finance manager quickly got the paperwork for me to sign, everything was easy. If this were Staples, theyd have an easy button. Hell, even the owner shook my hand and thanked me for my business. My son just turned 15 and I know Ill be back when I need to get something for him to drive. If you go to this dealer be sure to say hi to Mark, Miguel and Mario and tell them I sent you. 5 star service!!

The dealer is good but they have a big problem with the tags i have to reactive 3 temp tag when i complain on the Desk the lady that take care of the tags was really rude and not consider that you have to work she just say that i have to come back the day after if is not because i complain she will not help, when i ask to speak to a manager the guy that was there say that he have no time today, I like the dealer and most of the customer service people in there well the ones that stay there because is new people every time that i have to go to the dealer the service and part side are way better people that in the main dealer 9/01/18
Directs you to call in for more information. They literally will text and call you several times until you reply. Then when I did call in to speak with the manager sales JEAN, he was very short and rude..as if he didnt email me claiming I got a pre approval and to call for more info. When I called for more info, he was very rude and sounded as if his trousers were too far up his rear end. He had no patience and I was only on the phone for 2 minutes. I wouldnt dare do business with a place that has zero customer service skills. If the sales manager behaves this way, I would hate to see the rest of the staff. No thank you. You wont treat me like youre giving me something for free or that Im begging for anything. When Im anticipating spending my money, I BETTER GET TOP NOTCH SERVICE.

Went in to check out their selection of pre-owned Corvettes; good thing was, no one there to bother me while I checked them out. Bad thing was; I think the sales staff were all on break, no one to be found to answer any questions . Went online to get phone number, and what a surprise ; there numbers I tried and I get the same message; “sorry your call can’t be completed”. My message is “sorry I’m heading somewhere else to buy a car”.
This is the first time that I purchased a new vehicle and I decided to go with a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport because of the great features and unmatched warranty that is offered. I went to South Miami Mitsubishi on a Saturday afternoon and was quickly greeted by Luis. I explained what I was interested in and he quickly got me into a test drive, and explained all the features on the car. Being satisfied with the car, he quickly facilitated everything needed to finalize the purchase and I was out the door driving a new Mitsubishi Otlander Sport a couple hours later. I do not recommend this location to anyone. They are extremely rude and lazy. Did not want to perform a free recall on my vehicle. I was told they can not get the parts. How can an authorized dealership not receive parts? They told me to go to any other location that they have the parts. I am not going to be traveling all the way up north when I live around the corner of this “ authorized dealership”.When I called Mitsubishi North America, I was told I can go to any location even south Miami mitsubishi. The lady was rude with a nasty attitude and decided to hang up the phone cause she was done talking. I called back and spoke to a gentleman who also had a bad attitude and did not want to perform the work “ to go anywhere else”. I have been coming to this location since 2009. I will never step foot inside again. The horrible customer service I received is unacceptable. those 5 stars awards you get every year is a joke. Learn to follow your policies. I will be holding south Miami Mitsubishi liable for any damage my vehicle or occupants sustain due to their negligence.
I do not recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle, new or used, to visit this location. I had a horrendous experience! I am a first time buyer and was interested in a used GMC canyon the dealership had on its lot. The salesman had no idea about the vehicles information, regarding an updated car-fax and the factory warranties still offered on the vehicle. I had to wait over an hour to speak with the manager because my salesman could not tell me the out the door price of the vehicle without filling out paper work that would allow him to run my credit. Then when I sat down with the manager on shift he even treated me with zero respect and spoke to me as if he had a chip on his shoulder.He would would not even bother to negotiate the price of the vehicle with me. TERRIBLE. These good reviews are fake. They know it too. Do not come here. I brought my car over a year ago for a new starter. They told me there was nothing else wrong with the car... a day later, Im not kidding a day later my car stopped on the highway. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY. They told me I needed a new airflow sensor. Oh how funny. They didnt care, didnt give me a deal. Didnt take responsibility or anything they told me you want it fixed you pay full price. Cool I payed for it all to get fixed 1700 payed in two days. They gave me a year warranty and she told me the part would last for another 15 years. Guess what a year and 3 months later it broke. The air flow sensor no longer works. On top of that they told me sorry your warranty ended. What kind of service is that. Seriously these guys are crooks and dont care about you or your car. They want as much money as they can get and can care less about you. Pick any other dealer dont waste your time here

I absolutely recommend this dealership! This was my first time buying a car, so I went to several dealerships to consult on different options but Kendall Mitsubishi was the only one who actually took the time to explain everything to me calmly and patiently. I never felt pressured to take a deal as I did in other dealerships where they just threw numbers and expected you to say yes right away. The sales rep that was in charge of my case sat with me until I understood every single number that was written on my offer. They even gave several options so I could decide for myself what best suited me. No other dealer did that! I never felt misguided or deceived as I did in other dealerships and that’s why I went back the next day and bought my car. They also took the time to explain to me every feature of the car, and two weeks later when I came back with some other questions, they kindly sat me down and answer all of them! Definitely an impeccable client service!
Horrible service, I get bombarded with text messages and emails all the time, when I tried calling earlier this week to get information on a new OUtlander I got no answer on their main line and when I was finally able to get someone on the phone I got the receptionist with very poor English (Alba), when I asked to speak to Tony she wouldnt even ask you to please hold...rude needless to say... what kind of telephone etiquette is that?? they need someone with a more professional attitude to answer their phones.

I could not have been more disappointed in the service I received at your dealership. I had made an appointment via online to look at a used car you have on sale. I am in no rush and will only buy if the deal is worth it to me. I let the person know of that. JP was the first who tended to this but I guess when I laid out what I had in mind he felt to pass my on to someone else (he stated that he had 3 other customers but when I went in the dealership he was sitting alone without another customer in sight). This new person, whos name is either Peter or Jean (I am unsure since I got two different names told to me so obviously someone was lying) began to speak. He gave me this long and unconvincing speech on do you want me to tell you the truth or lie to you. My first reaction when someone tells me that is not a warm, fuzzy, comfortable feeling, rather I feel as though someone is being disingenuous as they read off a script. It also makes me feel as though that person does not have my best intentions in mind. Well, I continue as I am still seeing if I make a buy. Off the bat I tell Peter/Jean that I had been offered a 2009 Honda Accord that was Honda certified for $12,216 out the door (the price was brought down to $10,500 plus fees) at Braman Honda. I told him that I was looking for something better since the car I was looking at was a 2008. I regret walking away from that 2009 Honda as I see now dealerships as this one will not be helpful. Peter/Jean kept trying to convince me that what that dealership was trying to do was not being honest and reminded me about his truth/lie speech. He kept telling me that what the dealership had offered was using their financing and only through that would the be able to offer me that price. He kept insulting my intelligence by insinuating that the contract I was seconds from signing was false. I am sorry to break it to Peter/Jean who could barely type on the keyboard, I know how to read, I am very educated and extremely cautious, which is why I have not jumped on any car. After spending an hour filling out whatever form he needed to get filled out and giving me the financing speech AGAIN, he told me the best he could do was $12,000. He wasted my time and his knowing very well that I was not about to settle. When I told him that he was dishonest keeping me around doing a song and dance to offer me sticker price he brushed me off. I had walked out of the dealership and decided to get his name to be able to contact management regarding his behavior. Upon seeing him I noticed he was speaking to JP (without customers) about me in a distasteful manner ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR! I had never seen such a lack of professionalism in my life. When I asked him his name he advised me his name was Peter but when I called back I was informed his name was Jean. Whoever he he, his representation was beyond deplorable and I plan on spearing this to management and the Better Business Bureau. Under no circumstance should an employee speak badly about customers where other customers can be located. He really made me believe all the negative stereotypes there are about car sales men. In addition their parking is a nightmare.

This place is easily the most unprofessional place Ive ever seen. After contacting Isis George about a vehicle they had for sale and submitting an application, they are slow as hell getting back, seem like they are in no hurry to sell a car. Comes back and says we got approval with low interest rate but due to privacy we cant tell you that over phone..most absurd thing Ive ever heard. No way in hell Im driving 3 hours and I dont have any clue what the rate and terms are. After I let them know that i needed to know this before driving they simply refused to respond to any communication. So they basically used my personal info for god knows what. Stay away from these scam artists
This dealership sold me a car, lied about where I work and failed to get the bank to finance the loan. This dealership has the audacity to tell me that I owe them money, after putting down fraud into my paperwork. Dont go here, its a bad place that just want to make money even if its illegally down on paper.

I dont know what you have heard, but I asked for a price got my price and bought the car. Now dont go thinking you can buy a new 2017 car at 1997 prices it just wont happen. Be reasonable in what you can expect but be firm. My wife and I did end up on the very happy side because we were able to accomplish what we set out to do and you can too at Kendall Mitsubishi.

Don`t believe anything they say. These people are totally liars. They charge many fees from nowhere, just make you sign the contract and did`t say anything. They said the car was totally certified and they have the little sticker on the windshield showing that everything was checked. And they also said I have two months dealer warranty. ONLY 4 days after I purchased this car, the engine light was on. I went back to the dealership, their so-called professional mechanics just simply reset the light, erased the code and told me the gas cap was loose, then they sent me away. Of course the engine light went back on after a few days. I went back to the dealer and watched them inspect my car, they got the same code as I got using my own scanner. And they said they can not fix this and sent me to another dealer. I went there and those people charge me 500 dollars. I told the manager of Kendall Mitsubishi about this, the bold guy. He was so rude and pointing at me said I did not buy the warranty, so they were not responsible for this. I guess they knew about the engine light and they just reset it and sold this car. They promise to fix the window because the window could not be closed automatic. When I checked the window, I found they cracked the plastic part on the door to fix the window. After 2 weeks, the window didn`t work again. They said they have 2 years maintain, but when I came back trying to take a car wash, they said now they can not wash the car. The managers and the sales are all fraud. Do not ever trust them!

I most honestly tell you this is the best car dealership in the whole of Miami no matter how bad your credit it they will work so hard to get you what you want. My sales man Mr Berny Sal is the best he work with me and he is very honest the General manager Mr Kiamny is a very good man they work hard to get me approved and i get what i want. I will deal with them again and againPlease ignore any bad rewiews these people are the real deal.
They sold me a car with cracked rim(without telling me about it) when I found out After having an accident they didn’t want to help. Second a police stopped me cause the plate number they gave me was wrong, and he thought I stole the car. Third, they had this car online showing price a 1000$ less so they just added to my bill a 1000$ more.Another story happenes with my friend when he got pulled over they didn’t give him the plate. They gave him a dealer plate without letting him know is a dealer plate. They make you signs on gap insurance for 500$ you can cancel like I did they promise me my 500$ back never got them.Be careful buyers they will tell you all those reviews are from previous owner but it’s BS second make sure you make your research first, cause as a first car buyer I had the worst experience.Miami is full of car dealerships that are apparently much better then those fraud artists! Be aware!!!

Moved to GA about 4 months ago and I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails for even longer to get my money back for the extended warrantee I got. Still have not received a call back. Horrible customer service. But they’re wonderful at taking your money.

All buyers beware of that place!!! Very unprofessional, dishonest persons there. I just bought a 2015 Mirage with less than 12k miles from them. They told me that I was getting warranty since it was a almost new car. I went back to service the car with inn a week because the steering wheel was misaligned and the transmission was acting up.. guess what? The mechanics told me that the car was involved in a major accident so the factory warranty was voided. I ran a car fax report and the accident was so bad that the vehicle was disable and towed away. I went to speak to the dealer manager(the really short guy) and he just told me that there was nothing they could do..that the deal was done.... what a joke.... waste of time, money, big mistake!!!! Ive been driving the car without registration for more than two weeks now because they are not even able to make the proper tag transfer....... Jesus was nice but only for his own benefit. The fact the he hided such serious information from me in order to make the sale just makes it dishonest as well.

Most of these reviews are fake or literally the same day you buy the car because they ask u to review them right there and since ur sitting there for a long long time might as well. Im editing my review because initially of course your happy with your purchase. Well, I find out they sell me a crashed car. Next day tire sensor light comes on but all the tires are fine, they say they will resolve it no big deal right? Wrong! First week car wouldnt start, its the battery, had to go down to Mitsubishi and they told me I had to pay $65! I told them hell no u can keep the car then and they gave it to me for free. Two weeks later same problem battery dead car wont start had to tow down and get another battery. Im 6 months in with this car and have spent $500 on the brake system. The A/C doesnt work and Im sitting in a parking lot right now waiting for a tow truck to tow me back to Mitsubishi because my car wont start! Stay away from these crooks they sell garbage cars.

Great service and experience. Friendly staff make you feel like family. Our salesman Liandy was very polite knowledgeable and very informed he show me all the features of the car. Very patient and accommodating they really work with you to give you the payment and price that you want. Liandy and the financial guy were great, they keep trying until I was comfortable with the price. Melissa the phone representative took all my info before I got there and made things easier and faster. All around a great experience again felt like familyI highly recommend this dealer plus this dealer gives you extra perks like more warranty and services for your new car.. very happy with my new outlander LE 2018.
