Clean, a bit of smell still, nice people working there, the only issue is that a lot of homeless people are walking around inside out and drinking so I dont feel safe to go there by myself in the evening, they have the security codes access, this place would need more security especially at the evening and nights

Great place to store personal items or to use for business storage. Ive been using Box Vault for the last few years and have several units. The staff has always been really nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Simple, straightforward. Very quick set-up. Helpful staff. Prices are not a steal, but competitive in the local market.

Heres the skinny....many of us think of storage units as being expensive & dont think of them when considering what to do with all of your extra stuff. Like many storage facilities they have small units - more oversized lockers than units. These are generally located ABOVE the normal sized ones. Its a way of making use of wasted space. For NEXT TO NOTHING I got mine, during one of their occasional promos. For just a few more bucks, I upgraded to a deluxe sized unit. It is an amazing value. You do have to climb stairs to put in and take out your stuff. So if it is real heavy, that wont. Otherwise, its great. Although some storage places do have some of these where you can access them on the ground, they often require you buy their insurance - its nearly forced. This takes the magic out of getting a storage unit for less than what you spend on a couple of cocktails. BoxVault doesnt do that. The places near Downtown Miami charge an arm and a leg - they can do it because they have plenty of business customers and there are lots of absentee owners in this area. They win your business by being kind on your wallet. Paying next to nothing, I was worried that I was bothering the staff with all my questions. They went above and beyond and put up with every last one. The manager is Angie and she was terrific. The rest of the staff was a reflection of the same values. They really earn your business too. After moving stuff in the Miami heat you want a soda. They have a machine, and it would be easy to inflate prices - its just a buck. Its a great message that resonates throughout the entire business. Honestly, this storage is the place to be to store your valuable items, I love how out of all the storage places they were the first one’s to stand up & greet me so nicely & everyone wanted to help me. This is an upscale storage everything is clean & brand new. The employees there have no problem in answering every question I had & nothing is better then when someone knows there facts. Rent with them & I promise you they won’t fail you! I will be moving in July for sure such great prices & promos!

They have good deals for lockers and walk-in units. You save more with them than with other storage facilities around town.

Worst valet parking ever, the guys were so rude and they never parking my car, also when I was to pay the ask for cash only, they also never delivered my car to exit, I have to walk to my car. Never ever park in this place, definitely very bad experience they need to add another payment method ASAP!

I just want to say awesome place. As I was leaving school needed to use the restroom & stopped by this beautiful building & Angie greeted with such a nice attitude & smile. After I asked if it was okay if i sat down & did my homework She was totally okay with it. I’ve never felt so welcomed. If I ever need storage or know someone I would totally recommend them because there customer service is outstanding!!

This is the best storage facility Ive ever had. Staff is super friendly and helpful at all times. They receive packages on your behalf and then place in storage which is amazing.Definitely recommend this place!

Amazing storage. The lobby looks like a lobby in a high end hotel. Service is very professional and knowledgeable. Storage very secure. Every customer has their own identification number that allows them to access the elevator and every unit has a door alarm. WOW.All units are new and plenty of availability for now. Just about every unit is about eleven feet height, giving BoxVault an advantage over their competition in cubic feet.

Dont rent from these people i moved out but paid for months in advance they was acting like they dont want to refund my money. Box vault self storage they are not to be trusted they will try to steal your money

I am impressed with this facility and its features. The most secured storage facility I ever heard of or use. My unit has its own alarm and I can access it from 6-10 everyday. Manager is super nice, pretty and helpful. What else do you need? I will recommend it and claim an incentive they have for referrals.

They are the nicest people, and make the whole storage thing easier. Helpful staff, very clean, nice and safe facility. The set up is easy so its not a big deal to access your stuff for quick ins and out. If you live in the Brickell area and have awful closet space, this place is perfect!

Buyer Beware. After 4 years of using the facility with on time monthly payments, I moved my items from the storage unit back to my home. I moved on December 15th after the facilities office was closed. I called on the 16th to inform them that I had moved out. The gentleman I spoke to mentioned that they would refund me for the rest of the month. That I should receive the refund between 3 and 5 days. As of January 15th 2020, I have yet to receive the refund. I called back and spoke to the office manager who very rudely and in utter disrespect shouted that they have no such policy, and that the person I spoke to was new. I relayed that at the time I had another storage unit at a Uhaul in another state and that they did indeed refund the unused portion of my monthly rate. She said that Boxvault has nothing to do with U-Haul, yet, when I go to my account on line it is a U-Haul page. According to her, they just rent the page because they dont have one of their own. This Manager should go work in a cubicle where she has no contact with customers, either in person or on the phone. I will submit an entry to the Better Business Bureau.

This storage place is a joke starting with the manager Maria she will do everything in her power to make the client wrong with they commit mistakes. My son deployed and was charged a 24 hour access fee to property and no access ever given for the day we actually need 24 hrs access and we incurred an additional day of truck fee for their mistake and then they refuse to issue credit back to my son because employee Frank did not note the file next day when we complained. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM GET DOCUMENTATION FOR ANY THING THEY TELL AS THEIR MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES WORD ARE WORTHLESS. I dont recommend this place what so ever!

This is a beautiful storage building and the staff was very professional. They were very details and listened to my needs at the time of my moving. I would recommend my friends and family to rent at this location.

After just 4 months they increased my monthly rate by 50% !!! But they did so without notifying me. AND debited the preposterous amount from my checking acct. The sickening part is that they lured me from another storage place which doubled my storage fees in 18 mos, with the promise of never doing such a thing to their customers.The front desk staff is very nice, and the property is new and modern, but you are paying a lot for that.There are 3 other storage businesses within 1.5 miles. Definitely contac them first.

OMG! This facility is BRAND NEW and so upgraded than others. I only need the unit for my shoes and now that I know the features this facility has I will shop for one like that everywhere. Manager and staff are so professional and customer service oriented that you really feel special. They have coffee and donuts, cookies and candies for their customers. Very secured because the elevator takes you only to the floor where your unit is. Plus each unit has an individual alarm and your code to get in and it only works for your unit. I wanted the unit with a/c, but She offered me also one with a/c. Their price is comparable and even like that, she told me she will match prices. I loved it!

Nice place but inconveniently located. I went there during the repair of the road. Parking problems. Located under the bridge, barely getting there. The administration does not work very well. When I arrived it was closed and no one answered the phone. Inside 2 types of storage. There is a large place below, and a little less at the top. You need to climb there by the stairs. High and uncomfortable. But a very clean place and give carts.

Good Prices and an accessible and Clean place to store your Items

Very good place; They have different sizes and good prices. As a customer I can enter every day from 6am to 10pm with a code that triggers the alarm in my space and is only shared with me. My unit is 12 feet tall which allows to store more things. I prefer Bosvault to Safeguard. I recommend it.
