David which is the store manager is so amazing doing his job. He takes so much pride taking care of his customers and his store. He took his time with me and elderly mom. He was sweet to my mom. My overall experience has been straightforward and concise. Ive been a customer of extra space storage for months now and Ive never had a problem. All in all its been the best storage facility Ive used in recent times.

This storage facility is probably one of the best kept, best run and conveniently located storage facility in Miami that I have ever encountered. They have ample carts to assist you with your personal belongings and the way it is constructed, it easily fit my huge moving tractor trailer so that we were able to unload our belongings without any problem or interference to the othe tenants. The manager, Christina, was so helpful and accommodating not only us but all of the tenants that utilize the storage facility. She’s a real professional and runs an amazing operation.. I highly recommend this location and to contact Christina for availability if you plan to have a storage facility that is safe, clean, air conditioned, secure and professionally operated. Kudos to Extra Space Storage and to you Christina for making our move so painless and worry free.

This company is the worst company can you use to store your valuables. They do not care about the security of the facility. I have been a victim of their security and surveillance negligence taking a loss of $13,000.00 and the district manager does not even call me back. If you care about what you are storing DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!

Rafael was very helpful and efficient. My unit is pretty far from the elevator and hard to find. Rafael helped my find it and showed me how to install and open the lock. He said he was going to install signs showing which units numbers are in which rows. I think this is necessary or I fear I will never find my unit without help. The unit was clean and the building seems safe.

Overall great experience. The unit is clean and easily accessible. The loading/unloading area can get crowded on weekends. Dont forget to buy your own cylinder lock before you go or youll have to buy one on the spot for extra $17.
