Love this place it’s so surreal to be at a record store these days. Took my kids here and they went wild. The store is pretty big and has a huge variety of music from around the world. Lots of classics! They even have Listening stations! Let my kids pick each one CD to buy one chose a Simpsons soundtrack and the older picked a Nirvana’s Nevermind 🥳 and I bought a Menudo one 🙈. There is also a huge vinyl section with great selections like David Bowie, Donna Summer, Chicago and more. Store is clean and they have restrooms.

Great selection of new releases and hard to find imports. Great selection of vinyls and cds. If you spent many hours at Specs and/or Peaches Records and are sad because you feel that there are no more good record stores then please give this place a try. It will bring a smile to your face.

This place is a hidden gem. Not only Spanish music, but a nice vinyl selection of Rock, Metal and Jazz. They also have all the new selections.

I feel lucky that living in the PNW I get to find a lot of neat record stores in between Portland and Seattle. I loved stopping by this place while visiting family for the fact that they have a great selection of Latin music, particularly a good amount of vinyl. Its hard to find Latin music on vinyl and I really enjoyed that this store had a good selection! They have a great range of selection for Spanish language films as well. If youre in need of English language titles, they do have copies of different movies and a large vinyl selection as well so you can buy all sorts of records in one place. I read some reviews that mentioned people only speaking Spanish but the man and woman working there were bilingual and very helpful while I practiced speaking a little Spanish with them. Definitely recommended!

Hands down the best record store I’ve been too. This places is huge. Has every record you could think of, If they don’t have it the owner will go out of his way to try and get it for you. all the records he buys he posts on his IG.

Extensive store, with sections for world music of all Latin American countries, a separate Latin jazz section, a large jazz section, dance-disco, r&b+soul, heavy metal, reggae/ska, and a lot more. The story is mostly CDs but they also have a respectable vinyl collection and a huge section dedicated to music related movies. Overall one of the best music stores in Miami

I have become more of a crate digger over the past year, so I was more in the market for affordable used records, which unfortunately I did not find at this location, but I will say that the place is HUGE; seriously with all the walls taken down the place is as big as a high school gymnasium. There was a large selection of CDs I did not explore, but if thats your thing I am sure you can find what you are looking for. They have a nice new vinyl section, with a great blend of old, new and obscure.Once again, I give it 3 simply because it did not carry what I was looking for, but it is most definitely worth a trip to check out!

The staffs are the very best at what they do...super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Visited the shop and sold my entire collection of albums and cds which was difficult for me on several levels, but they made the process much easier.

Great selection of CDs, DVDs, and VINYL! Every possible genre you can fathom. They have Spanish music separated by country. They have little CD spots against the wall where you can sample various cds. They also have band merch, various shirts mostly.A while back my vinyl player needle broke. They sold the needles to replace it! So I really lucked out!

Absolutely amazing store. Huge collection of vinyls, cds, dvd etc. I was enjoying to spent a time there. I bought Madonnas vinyl named American Life 2LP. Quality is the best. Totally recommend.

It is great to have an old style cd/dvd/vinyl store with lots of selection. The staff is very nice and there are always treats to be found. I bought a film from them which had a problem and they exchanged it without any issue. Incredible Latin selection and great jazz selection. Just wish they had more classical. Highly recommended.

Amazing how this store continue to be a great asset for music aficionados in Miami!I have been a loyal customer since the early 2000s...initially, it caught my attention their great selection of Spanish Rock CDs, then Spanish Pop and Spanish Music in general among many other things but now their vast selection of new vinyl presses is impressive to say the least.New music from new and established artists or old titles in new vinyl re-presses, this is the place!They also have a very cool selection of music DVDs and brand new out of print CDs; pop, rock, alternative and dance just to name a few styles and lets not forget about all the new vinyl box sets.The owner and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Best music store in Miami-Dade county! Its huge and it has the biggest vinyl section I have ever seen since music stores in the 80s when there was only vinyl. You have to see it to believe it. And the staff actually know about music, especially the owner, Hinsul Lazo. He has been in the business for decades.

Excellent service and very customer friendly. Went specifically to look for one Vinyl record but ended up buying much more thanks to their service. Jackie and Nelson were awesome. Any day will recommend folks interested in latin music to check them out - huge store and lots of collection for latin music.

I try to visit this store once a week, I love this place, they have the largest music collection Ive seen. Staff is very nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. If you love music you must visit El museo del disco I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

The selection of obscure bands on vinyl, especially in prog rock and metal is astounding. Ive been to record stores all over the country and this is easily one of the best ones Ive ever been to in terms of selection and bands in the genres Im talking about. Just wow.....also theyre priced moderately, average record going for about $20-$25. They also got a selection of CDs that would make Best Buy blush, as well as concert DVDs and Blu-Ray. I dont understand how this place has been here for (17yrs as of this writing) and Ive never heard of it till now.

This is a GREAT store always with an ample selection of great music and hard to find titles.It was great before they launched a vinyl/LP section, now its doubly great. Theres is no better place to buy new records than Museo Del Disco.Spanish music CDs, check, Heavy metal CDs, they have them, rock en español, check, music video (dvd check, bluray check), and probably the best selection of new LPs/Vinyl around (including Tampa and Orlando).Truly the candy store for the music collector.
