Rented a Double Base in really bad shape as you can see in the picture.It went to school of my son and when it came home it had a little opening. When I returned they charged me $200 to fix it. First and last time at this store

Awful customer service. I called and spoke to a woman who either barely spoke English or just couldn’t care less about helping me with a simple question. I asked three times if they carried mandolins. Finally she understood what I was asking and said “I think”. I said um... can you check for me please? So she went and checked and told me they had two. I asked if they were A or F style. She had no clue what I meant. So I explained what they were. She went on to tell me “yes, most of them have eight strings,” which is completely irrelevant. Finally I got tired of doing her job for her and hung up the phone. Their mandolins are in my price range but I’d rather go somewhere else. Don’t bother attempting to shop here, just go to Guitar Center or another custom shop.

We have had a great experience with Allegro Music Center. They are extremely knowledgable on musical instruments and studies. If youre looking for a reliable music store, this is the place for you. Ive been coming here for almost 10 years fixing up my sons violin. Mr. Manuel Beberian is a very skillful Luthier who takes his time repairing and polishing your instruments. He also sells an excellent quality violin with prices varying on its maker. And if you buy an instrument from Allegro, you can receive free string changes if you ever need it.

I have done business with Manuel for over 15 years and find him to be the most reasonable violin shop in Florida. Manuel works hard to get you the instrument you need and makes sure you are satisfied even months after your purchase. He goes over and above the role of a shop proprietor....even meeting you at the airport if you are in transit to make a transaction work for you. I find him to be honest and fair in all of his dealings. My parents have only the very best experiences with Manuel. I highly recommend Allegro Music Center.

Unfortunately it is a far cry from what it used to be. Customer service was extremely poor this morning and my son and I were treated like we were bothering them. They have put pretty much zero knowledge of any brass instruments they seem to have a good supply of the string instruments though. No smiles no welcome nothing that would indicate a knowledge of what they’re selling.

Truly a dedicated spirit to the musical community! A truely Noble and good man who runs this shop has interest in our youth at large. I would hand him the keys to my vintage Porsche as such his character would grant!Buy your musical instruments from these guys!

James Jones runs an amazing organization committed to expanding the leaning of music. Dont have the money to buy an instrument? They offer affordable rentals. I absolutely recommend AMC for all your musical needs.

They dont take debit cards, cash or checks. They require 2 credit cards only way to rent from them. Need to get up to speed with technology. Gas stations and McDonalds runs my debit card as a credit card, but they cant. 🤷‍♂️

Allegro Music Center is the only shop I trust with my violin repairs and maintenance. As a violin instructor, Allegro is where I send all of my students for everything from beginner 1/16th size instruments to beautiful antique full size instruments. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff is able to find each student the perfect violin. They also carry a wide variety of strings, accessories, and books. Allegro Music Center is my go to place for everything for strings!

They fixed the guitar that apparently was too difficult for others to repair. They always communicated with me after I left my guitar. They gave me an estimate of what it would cost me before starting to work on it. I couldnt be happier. Those that claim to provide great service can learn from these people.

Very unprofessional business. Gave them my guitar for an easy finish repair, still waiting for the luthier to finish, 3 weeks after. Everytime I call them, they say it will be ready the next day and then, the next day no body call me back from allegro to say anything about the progress of my order. They have done this to me 3 times so far. Do your self a big favor and take your instrument to another place where at least they appreciate and respect you as a customer. They told me at the beginning the guitar will be ready in a week, is now the 3rd week and still counting. I asked to talk to the owner and guess what? he have not called me yet, can you imagine that? they dont care about customer satisfaction. Very unprofessional, I will never do business with these people again. I am now crossing my finger to get my $3000 guitar back hopefully repaired and not damaged even more. Horrible.

Best store in whole south Florida. Very thougful personal. Whole complex service included . You never end up at home with some small think missing . Personal work way, that you comlitely covering all aspects . Even more, they give recommendation how to save money in your preticular situation . Very open and friendly. Just love this store. From my house I drive to then over 1 hour. And always satisfacte with visit. They give a boost for more then 1 day. Highly recommend !
