DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Its been over a year since I purchased a Multifunction printer from them. The moment that the machine was delivered to me I started having problems with it. I have called on numerous occasions and Im always told that someone will call me back. No-one ever calls me back. The assistant that answers the phone is programmed to ask if I have a contract. I always tell her that I want to utilize the warrantee... She then quickly tells me that someone will call me back. As time goes by the worse the printer functions become. I was sold a lemon !!and frankly I have doubt that the machine was even new to start with... No owners manual was given to me.. I didnt see the box that it came out of either. I am a very small business and this loss is something that I could not afford.I found this company on facebook... Next Im going to express my experience with this company on that very same social site !!
