Its not that bad as their reviews show... let me tell you they have many things with good price, its like office Depot.

I have to acknowledge the good service I have got in this store. I used to be an Office Depot client, but the way things have turned there, regarding organization and prices (I am referring to printing services, that is what I usually use), made me make the change and I really do not regret it at all. Printing services prices are also fair and the personnel is always there to help you.

The worst costumer service i ever had !!!! I went to print something and Maria V with Marcos M and another associate were talking . I was standing in front of them with no costumers and they don’t even acknowledge me . Absolutely incredible when I complained about it directly, Maria told Marcos he was the manager! Incredible Marcos proceeded to tell me that it was a very important matter what they were discussed . Absolutely incredible! .They give me a name of a Sm Jose C with no phone number to contact him .

Customer service is beyond horrible! From the staff to the manager they are all horrible. Bought a computer and received the wrong one. When I called store they hung up in my face twice and made up something to justify the wrong and put the blame on me for not checking item. The sales people will mislead you!! BEWARE!! This store needs to be shut down completely or new staff needs to be put in place.

Leslie in print services was professional and helpful in showing me how to print out a job and telling me where to find the additional supplies I needed. When I show up at the end of the business day and the staff are still courteous I know Ill go there first before I go to their competitors.

I went to Office Depot in Kendall and Miami Beach and I walked out because of how long it took to speak to someone. I decided on trying staples and had one person ahead but was greeted promptly. Rachel was the associate that helped me and she was AMAZING! Theres nothing better than having a staff that knows their products and services without thinking twice. Really went above and beyond thank you!

I bought an office chair that had defects and this store bent over backwards to help me get it straightened out. The general manager and the two customer service employees were very professional. My problem was resolved quickly.

Great prices and had everything I was looking for. However, their checkout was a long wait. One machine ended up breaking. The employee left with his wireless checkout to help a couple and they just closed the lane down.

This place is amazing!! You will find anything that you need. They even have customizable rubber stamps!!

Ive had to wait quite a bit for service times past but today was excellent service. Help with anything I was looking for and a knowledgeable brain to pick at. I got an external hard drive and some minor office supplies. 10 times better experience than Office Depot across the street.

Saturday morning inside printers doesn’t work. The only dispositive you can use to print is usb ports and do autoservice ........ unacceptable!! Also nobody was fixing the printers ...... otherwise staff is very kind and helpful the only thing is machines are not good today

Ordered on line, never got a response, called at 8:00 when they open . On hold for 30 min.Here at store . In line for 30 min. And I already paid .Worst service ever!!!! Nobody can find my order

I found the computer i was looking for at this place BUT by a total of $ 150 cheaper than anywhere else including Brandsmart USA.They have great skills and excellent costumer service, i really do recomend this place.

PRINTING SERVICESAfter paying and selecting my prints at a self-service printing machine, none of my prints printed.After inquiring, I was required to log onto Google Drive on their computer(which isnt a good idea to begin with). However, Google Drive doesnt work on their computers so I still couldnt get my prints. I had to get a reimbursement in the end.Honestly, there ought to be more than one person working the print services. They always get swamped and the quality of the work is diminished.UNCLEAN BATHROOMSMy girlfriend recently used the Staples bathroom and was horrified at how disgusting and muddy the bathroom was. Ironically, the bathrooms have signs on each stall saying how Staples values how cleanly their bathrooms are.

I went as fast acai could to get there and I was only 10 or 5 minutes late after 8:00 and they would not even let me buy 3 thing and the location is super damn far and the close ones are closed says google maps so like what the hell is that

Terrible service from the managers. The sales rep William was triying to be helpful. But management was the worse. It took me 2 hours to try and place an order for a desk. At the end they couldnt do it. Paid for 2 cabinets and left them there to be picked up with my desk wich was supposed to arrive the next day. Next day desk was not there. I called said i was working and asked them if i could pay over the phone or have them hold it 2 days. Since they already had my paid cabinets. They said NO only till next day. I left worknearly to make it the next day and the Desk eas sold to someone else and the cabinets I paid for were nowhere to be found. Didnt want to refund my money because i disnt have the receipt (wich they kept to attach to the d ska on hold).I come here because its supposed to be quick and hassle free and it was long and frustrating. I’m NEVER shopping there again!

Like they say if it wasnt bad customer service there wouldnt be any customer service

Poor customer service from manager. Employee was helping me and the manager called the employee to work on something he could have done himself but he was too lazy to do. So I was left at the store without help for nearly 30 mins.

Picked up an online purchase. Everything was ready when I arrived and the staff was so helpful!

If your printing something from email save yourself the aggravation and go across the street to Office Depot. Way easier.
