Had a loose cable on my car battery. I called and then stopped by auto zone, Damon checked and secured my cable. And taught me how to do it my self, in case it happens again. This may not sound like much to folks who know their way around a car. But it was huge to me. It made my whole day. And there was no charge. 10/10 customer service. Thanks Damon

I love AutoZone is the great place to go in a Reeses and they treated your tools that you need us what you need for your car the park have really good quality and I am a mechanic and I use AutoZone over any other place such as OReillys or Advance Auto Parts

Damen, the superhero that saved my day, went out of his way while there were customers waiting in line to come help me with my coolant issue. After calling the store, he helped guide me through what was needed and even helped me in the parking lot. Excellent customer service, and this deserves some attention.

Rude female employee! Never even looked up from what she was doing when I asked about windshield wipers, just rattled off some numbers and said aisle 3. Thanks a bunch honey, my question was how do I know what wipers I need for my vehicle? Aisle 3 wasnt really helpful. Yes its were the windshield wipers are located, but thats not what I asked! Tried to leave and go to Oreilys across the street, but I couldnt get my broken windshield wiper back on and it was pouring rain! Finally a technician came out and actually assisted me. I should have gotten a discount!!!

Associate Manager Timothy Christopher Williams really came through and help me with the stubborn headlight assembly for the Cadillac CTS thx again

If you get the right part, let me know because I would have to call Ripleys believe it or not to report the story. And stay away from their diagnostic tool. It works good alright. Good enough for them to sell you a couple of sensors that they have in stock. Oldest trick in the book. Just go online and buy you a nice one and that one wont lie to you or trick you into buying things that you dont need.

They went above and beyond to find parts that were on older tickets

Dude was pretty ride to me, I thought this was a place to get help for motor vehicles. Not a place to insult customers over lack of knowledge. Wasnt even something most people know about. Ill definitely be going to orileys across the dtreet next time

Unless its in their computer they cant help . Very annoying to go twice because they sell you the wrong part . Only to then drive 45 minutes to another store to get the right part and its wrong too . Save yourself time and frustration

A serpentine belt broke on my Ford Explorer while on a family trip. I searched for Auto store and luckily I found this AutoZone. I didn’t have any tools with me and I was far from home. Idk what the lady name but she was very rude and very poor customer service..it was my first time being alone and needed to get fluids etc for my car.. it was very unpleasant...I work in the restaurant business so customer service is most important..and she doesn’t have it..

The elderly man (Mike) was very rude to me, being an active service member, I was appalled by the way I was treated by Mike uniform. I’m embarrassing that he would be so rude to a soldier in OCP’s and not give the proper respect. I will cancel my fleet account for my dealership all because of Mike. I came in on Saturday February 8th, 2020 at 2:15. Also, he was extremely rude to the parts deliver guy as well. Shame on Miamisburg Autozone, very unpatriotic.

William is almost always there when I walk in and hes always super helpful as well as everyone else. They make it really easy to get what youre looking for and price match competitors.

My wifes cars battery died on us... I stopped in (with my car) this morning to be sure they had the battery in stock. AOK! Jumped my wifes car, and got it there. My 6-month-old little girl and I watched from inside the store would the wonderful stay changed the battery for us, and all for about the same price as I would have gotten elsewhere!

Never have anything in stock and service is terrible.

Everyone here genuinely cares about you and your issues and will go out of their way to help any way they can. The people at this location are far better than any other parts stores i have been to

Some of these guys know their stuff some fake it. They arent mechanics, and I dont expect them to be, however they are knowledgeable in many cases. Thanks for the help and parts!

You know ween you call a auto part store the person that answers the phone should know something about car parts I dont know who is hiring these people but that person needs replaced and get someone that knows what they are doing its bad enough to have a car broke down and needing to find parts and call somebody that has no idea about working on a cars or have some clue would be nice good thing OReillys is just across the street 🤬

While mechanics are like doctors for your car, the folks at Autozone are a bit like pharmacists. These guys have always done good job for me. Theyve helped me diagnose problems in my car and located the parts Ive needed quickly.

The girl Csr #09 was rude and pushed the work off onto the boys. I asked if they changed batteries and she said it depends, I had to ask what it was depending on. She was more concerned about eating her Wendys than actually doing her job. The guys were help and friendly.
