Tim was my Service Rep, very well mannered, kind, not pushy but very informative; very patient. Willing to explain different brands and manufacturing comparison. Store was super clean, open, expanded, lots of inventory to sample. Store prices were comparable across the web. Yes, Ill return for future purchases.

The sales lady was wonderful. She showed us a variety of options and answered all of our questions. She provided knowledge on the product and made sure to find the perfect option for us at a decent price.

I truly couldn’t make up my mind which mattress! I received SO much help, guidance and direction. I spent literally hours there trying mattresses. I never felt rushed or embarrassed. They let me hang out and experience each mattress! When I finalized the brand, the mattress I needed was not going to be available for a couple weeks. I’m moving and needed ASAP. This is when Evan put on his Superman cape and made phone call after phone call until he found exactly what I was looking for. Never have I experienced someone going so above and beyond! If you need or want a mattress- this location. These mattress experts. These amazing kind people!!! (And the mattresses are great too!)

My husband and I went here after an experience at Ashley Furniture down the street. We are younger in our 20’s and getting our first king bed. We had fully intended on buying a bed at Ashley Furniture because we already had a credit card for it and thought that would be easiest. We went to Ashley and found the one we wanted and we only asked for a few minutes to talk it over. Not even a minute later the sales person came back up to us 4 separate times in a span of ten minutes. I understand it’s their job but there’s no need to be that pushy. I myself am a sales person and I try to not do that to others. I needed to give background information to show why I loved Mattress Firm so much. Upon walking in Ronnin greeted us and let us know the layout of the store. We let him know we were just looking since we weren’t sure if there would be anything we liked or not. He gave us space but was available to grab when needed. We found a bed here we liked better, it was cheaper and more comfy than the bed at Ashley. Thank you so much for making a stressful shopping experience better by giving us space and time to think about such a large purchase. As well as helping us with all our questions. We will be buying from here in the future and I will let my family and friends know that if they wanted a non pushy experience when shopping for new beds to stop by.

My daughter ordered the twin mattresses in Springboro while I was living in Piketon Ohio. I had several issues by phone to secure my purchase for my new home until I met Colt in the Springboro store. I had tried to apply for credit by phone (2 hours) and finally to secure delivery as planned I went to my closest store to me from Piketon in Chillicothe, Ohio. I again had issue setting up the purchase in credit and to secure the delivery I paid with my credit card the entire amount. I went personally into the Springboro store and spoke with Colt. He was very helpful and determined to help me with all my issues and so kind that I ended up ordering another queen mattress AND he resolved the credit issue as well!

Ronnin did a great job explaining all of the differences between the mattresses. He spent time letting us feel each one and we didnt feel rushed at all. Great experience! We would definitely go back and highly recommend 👍

This was my first time visiting Mattress Firm. With multiple people in the store, Angela greeted us right away. She was beyond knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We knew right away that we were going to purchase our next mattress here. We were not sure what mattress to select. The next day we visited the store again and Angela went over all the mattress that was available and she helped us pick the right one for us. This was truly the most pleasant experience we have had purchasing a mattress. Angela made us feel welcome and no pressure to purchase. Amazing place to purchase your next mattress!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Nice store and selection for a small store. Rather hard to get in and out of though. Especially if youre coming from the north side of the 741. You actually have to go through the Dayton Mall parking lot to get to the store because you cant turn left to go directly to the store since theres a median strip.

As a price shopper i came to this store and was pleasantly surprised. The staff (Brittany) was helpful and friendly, and helped me find a bed that I very much liked.Their prices seemed competitive and fair with their selection and seemed to have a higher quality than competitors nearby.

We went in to the store and the first store we went into the internet was down so he got what we wanted and called to the store down the street so we go in and he had everything all taken care of and went over everything and done a amazing job. The sales reps at both stores did amazing. When the delivery came they were just as excellent as the sales reps in the stores they set up the beds and even took our old ones for free! I would go here from now on when needing a new bed and will refer anyone I know that needs a bed here! Keep up the great work guys!

We bought 2 beds from this location. The sales lady was very helpful and good at pointing out what we were looking for. The play area for kids helps to make the shopping easier.

I came in 3 separate times to shop. Was able to tried all the mattresses severable times and the sales person let me take as much time as I wanted but wad always available for questions. I like the organization of the firmness of the mattresses by color too. I got a great sale price and a free adjustable base!

First, I need to start off by saying that Angela was the customer service representative.She is incredibly polite and was incredibly conscious about our price range. She offered suggestions and she was willing to take as long as she needed with us and our indecisiveness. In the end, we were able to find our new bed thanks to her.Mattress Firm hired such a wonderful rep and I highly suggest this location or company (depending on which you can get to) if you are starting your bed journey.
