I wasnt impressed with the staff. The man seemed bothered by my boys. I was looking to purchase 3 new bedding sets,, so naturally they would be shopping with me. The staff seemed more concerned with putting a mattress protector down before we even touched the beds. We ended up leaving because we did not get the personable feel from the staff. I do not reccomend this place.

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I received my new mattress within a few days of purchase and the delivery guys were friendly and able to answer any questions I had. How great to have a quality/flippable mattress not to mention a great nights sleep again. I will recommend this company to friends and family.

Purchased a split king bed, best move I made. The salesman was very knowledgeable in his product and worked well with us as we tried bed after bed then back again til we made a good choice. The mattresses are super nice and very comfortable.

We just purchased 3 new mattresses and the buying process was easy and hassle free. No one tried to sell us anything. They answered our questions, gave us their suggestions and then gave us time to make our own choice with no sales pressure. Delivery was also very nice and worth the cost. You truly get what you pay for and highly recommend an Original Matress Factory matress!

We recently replaced a 12.5 year old OMF Mattress that seemed to have lost some of its support over the years. Or maybe our bodies changed over that time span. There wasnt any appreciable sag where we lay, and we probably could have held out longer, but were thrilled so far after 2 nights on the new firmer mattress.My parents always bought OMF mattresses back in Cleveland, and our kids beds and guest bed are all OMF, and weve been happy with everything weve bought, across a couple different product lines. The quality you get for the price you pay is amazing. Check out the store, find a mattress you can comfortably lay down on for 5 minutes, and compare the price to the big name mattress brands. Also check the companys history, the founder used to work for one of the big brands, so he knows how they should be made.
