Worst service ever. The store is hardly ever open, and the sales person will ignore you for extended amounts of time to take care of his friends.

I have been to several Boost retail stores in the tri-state area and this by far has been my best experience. Mohammed is pleasant and knowledgeable, and talked me through several options of phones I was considering without being pushy toward the most expensive one. He quickly transferred my service and set up my new phone. I came here because I was unable to purchase a new phone from boostmobile.com, but ultimately I got a much better deal on a nicer phone and the transition to the new phone was much faster and easier than if I had done it myself. Thank you so much! BTW, I almost switched to TracFone because of a deal I got on the phone but am staying with Boost because of the value for better network technology and whats included with monthly service.

My husband and i went to this store and bought him a phone and the customer service was amazing and he took great care of us thank you again for the amazing service i highly recommend this store
